Nasreddine took great care of Ernie! I really appreciate that she took my booking request on short notice, and was so easy and flexible to coordinate drop off and pickup with. Ernie was SO excited to see her and stay with her again. Nasreddine had already walked and fed Ernie when I picked him up on Sunday evening, which made my evening and return to town that much easier. :)
Shannon was such an amazing help. Unfortunately our pup was not able to attend our wedding rehearsal and Shannon saved the day. She was flexible with pick up times, showed up exactly when we needed her, and was very professional. Shannon’s house is just as described and is perfect to house doggies. I booked Asia at the last minute for a long 6 days stay, and she was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly responsive and very understanding of my dog’s situation. She was also flexible and patient with my late-hour drop‑off and pick‑up, which I really appreciated. She took such good care of Coquita, and to my surprise, my dog even got along with her dog, which is something that never happens because Coquita usually isn’t friendly with other dogs. She kept me updated throughout the stay with pictures and messages, which gave me so much peace of mind. I would definitely book with her again. She made a stressful, last‑minute situation feel easy and reassuring, and I felt completely comfortable leaving Coquita in her care.
Asha was a heaven-sent sitter for our lovely Lola. The TLDR here is: if you're looking for the best person in the area to not just care for your pup, but someone who will show them love, tons of care, and treat them as one of her own, look no further. We were on a 2.5-week far-away vacation and had initially booked another sitter. On day one of our trip, we received a message from the original sitter's sibling that the sitter had to go to the ER for something serious and we needed to find someone else to watch Lola. After searching on Rover, we discovered Asha. From initial conversations to figuring out the logistics of getting Lola to Asha, all the way to getting updates while far away and Asha coordinating with Lola's pack walk group, we felt assured and in no need to stress. When we returned and picked up Lola, we could see the love and care that Asha provided. We were lucky to find Asha and will definitely use her services in the future! I'd give a thousand stars if I could!
