She followed our instructions to a T and we could tell that our dog was super happy with the experience upon our return. “Grace stayed in my home and watched my two fur babies (5-month-old kitten and 3-year-old cat) for 10 days/9 nights and she truly did the most amazing job—I really can’t recommend her enough!! I’m new to Rover and was hesitant to have someone I don’t know stay in my home for that long but Grace was so kind, trustworthy, and thoughtful. She was very quick to respond to my messages and sent me thorough updates every other day with lots of adorable pictures of her playing with my cats, which made me so happy. My kitten is a ball of energy and is still learning how to navigate the litter box (sometimes she steps in her poop) and required some medication while I was away. Grace had no issues administering the medication, she did an awesome job monitoring the poop situation, and played with her a ton (my kitten is probably disappointed that I came home from my trip 😂). Also, I cleaned my home before I left and when I returned, it was just as clean (if not cleaner) than I left it. I will 100% be a repeat client! Grace is fantastic!!”

“My dog is usually wary around strangers, and he was happily jumping up on Molly the first time he met her! I felt completely secure leaving him in her calm, capable care for almost 2 weeks. Molly was wonderfully communicative throughout the entire process, including sending photo and video updates. She also had to deal with unexpected crate rest the last three days when my dog happened to have a flare up of a condition during her stay. She dealt with taking him to the emergency vet with incredible grace and compassion, stayed with him as much as she possibly could and kept me abreast of the situation. She also took beautiful care of my home. I would highly recommend her!”

“Tea was great. Our Ozzy is a large and energetic Lab mix who loves to walk and run. We were away for 13 days and Tea took him on many trips to the regional park where he could run off leash. He has good recall and Tea was able to control him. We received pictures and updates every day from Tea about their daily activities. We could tell when we got home that they developed a good relationship. We highly recommend Tea.”

Shane was very relaxed when I return from the two days away, indicating that her felt very comfortable with Jillian being here with him. “Hieremila was an awesome house guest and pet sitter for my dog Tam! I went out of the country for a little over two weeks for my cousin's wedding and was looking for a sitter who could not only keep Tam company throughout the day and at night but also cater to Tam's needs. My dog can be a bit reactive to new guests and other dogs; she is also on daily anxiety medication and can get frustrated when things don't go her way. Hieremila's energy and calm demeanor was very reassuring during our meet and greet so I felt good about leaving Tam with Hieremila. Though I'm sure there was an adjustment period, I appreciate Hieremila keeping in touch and communicating with me throughout my trip about how Tam was doing. Thanks Hieremila for sending both photo and video updates!! I also appreciate Hieremila working to keep Tam's attention as I know she can get pretty distracted out of the house and on walks. About: Since I was fifteen years old I took care of my aunt's dog, we were always very close. Occasionally, I take care of my sister's cat. I also had different pets growing up. I currently work part-time. I have the mornings free from 10am to 2pm to spend time with your pets, walk them, feed them and play I am good at following instructions and special diets of the animals, always making sure they are feeling comfortable, safe and happy at all times.
