Not only did Josie take great care of Bowie, but also went above and beyond by picking him up from the previous sitter that gave her the wrong pickup instructions, persevered to find and pick up Bowie, and took him to the vet to make sure Bowie is okay due to our worries with the previous sitter, all with amazing communication and accommodating last minute requests. We later found out that Josie‘s perseverance and undeterred help might have saved Bowie‘s life. She even nursed Bowie back to health by encouraging him to eat and giving lots of love. Josie was also super respectful and tidy with our apartment while sitting Bowie at our place. She even stayed with Bowie for 8 hours every day to make sure that Bowie gets enough play, attention, and love. She even made a great effort to clean the little accident Bowie had when he wasn’t feeling well. She sent plenty of updates with Bowie and took great care of our dog. We are eternally grateful to Josie and would recommend her to everyone.”

She realized that our younger terrier needed more exercise than our old Golden and added a solo walk for him to the schedule. Her connection with both dogs impressed a friend that came by to check on the cats. I am very pleased with Alisa as a pet/house sitter. I'm looking forward to having her again.
I had an amazing experience with this dog sitter. She took care of my dog at her home and made me feel completely at ease the entire time. Emma was a great house & doggo sitter for us! It was our first weekend leaving them since Kuma started developing incontinence issues (which required additional management), so we were nervous about putting that burden on someone else. Emma quickly reassured us, saying she grew up with senior dogs with the issue and needed similar care. Throughout the weekend, she shared regular updates on the pups, including notes for Kuma's incontinence for my own notes as we navigate his new routines. We appreciated her thoughtfulness and the amount of care she put into her stay for not just the pups, but for us nervous parents. tl;dr the pups loved their time with her, she was a great houseguest, and we were able to leave our "trouble furchildren" at home without constantly worrying. We'd definitely have her care for our pups again and recommend her to others in particular need of a sitter with senior pup experience.
Kaiya helped us last minute with a drop in over the holidays for our 2 medium sized rescue dogs. She was very kind and patient with them. She was easy to communicate with and asked good questions which helped me feel reassured. We will be working with her again.
Erin was a delight to work with—she handled dog/housesitting (2 senior rescues, one rambunctious Aussie shepherd) during an atmospheric river with grace and aplomb. Communicative, punctual, and left the house in great shape. Would not hesitate to have her return.
G'la did a great job with dog sitting and house-sitting in our home in North Oakland. She gave us updates and took good care of our 2-year-old labradoodle pup who has a LOT of energy. She left our home tidy and clean, and we will definitely hire her again in the future.
Sara was fantastic to work with! Our original sitter cancelled 3 days prior to our trip. She quickly came to our rescue, met with the dogs, and asked lots of questions that put us at ease. She did not have it easy with our anxious, senior pup (lots of accidents unfortunately), but she kept up with it all with no complaints and unwavering support. I would happily use her again in the future. When we came home, our place was clean, our dogs were chill, and we couldn't have asked for more. She even watered our plants!
My pup Lulu came down with a stomach issue the day before we left for our trip. Rebecca worked with me to come up with a plan for her care and monitoring, adjusting her diet as Lulu recovered and sending me regular updates on Lulu's progress. Coco was a wonderful pet sitter for my cat Josie! I had a 16 day trip and she sent pictures practically everyday with updates on Josie. She even took good care of my house while I was gone—bringing in packages and mail and washed her sheets and towels that she used. I would highly recommend Coco and plan to hire her again!
Marian is attentive, thoughtful, communicative and reliable. My two girls are pretty particular and can struggle with my being away, but they were comfortable and calm with Marian’s care.
