I like to start the day with a walk, do another one midday, and end with a final walk before bed, along with regular check-ins, feeding, and quality time throughout the day.

Schedule
My work schedule is currently a bit fluid. I’m happy to share my current availability upon request. I’m usually up by around 8 a.m. and in bed by midnight.
