Hi, My name is Dionna and I graduated from San Jose State with a BS in Business MIS. I worked for D1 and NFL as an equipment manager for last 10 years. I just recently moved back to the bay working in Access Control in the Silicon Valley. Looking forward to taking care of your child while you are away. I am definitely an animal lover. I would stop whatever I am doing to pet an animal or admire it from afar. I love all types of dogs and they need all the love they deserve. I will make sure they feel like you are there with them when you are on vacation or work. You can count on me for the numerous belly rubs and booty scratches. Being able to get extra cash to do something I love is definitely a plus. Hope you can trust me in caring for your furry kids. Schedule for sitting: preferably trained bookings with 4-6hrs without potty breaks. Mon-Fri 2 drop-ins during day and overnight after 4pm, all-day Weekends New Clients: I have the advance booking feature on because I prefer to schedule a meet and greet with you prior to pet sitting (preferably during their feeding schedule)

I make sure to get all the care instructions and home visits with you before your leave so that the furry babies recognize me when you are away, please attach vet information, and direct me to where cleaning supplies are in case of emergencies

Dionna took great care of our 2 girls and our home. Dionna was incredible with her communication leading up to the house sitting and making sure she had all the care instructions down to the little details. The girls were happy and at ease while we were away for a week. The house was spotless when we returned. Highly recommend Dionna!
We were quite nervous about leaving our dog overnight with a sitter. She’s a rescue and we had not left her alone yet. Dionna was wonderful! She sent many pictures and it was clear our girl had been well cared for. I recommend her for your dogsitting needs.
This was our first time using Rover. Me and my wife were very nervous entrusting our three dogs, one cat, one parrot, plus our house to somebody we had never met. Dionna came over to our house twice before we left for our one-week vacation. She assured us we were leaving everything in good hands, took lots of notes, and took the time to get to know us and the animals. She stayed at our house during our vacation and sent us pictures and videos of the animals every day, sometimes twice a day. She also took our dogs on walks and played with them in the backyard as the pictures showed. Upon returning to our home, it was obvious all the animals had been taken good care of. The house was also clean and well-kept upon our return. We will now feel comfortable taking more vacations and not hesitate to use Rover and Dionna for any future trips and vacations.
10/10. No notes. Dionna was amazing!! She was so detailed, organized, thoughtful, and caring when looking after our 2 cats and Bernese Mountain Dog. She sent photos and videos regularly so we always had peace of mind. One of our cats can be skittish and grumpy around strangers but he seemed comfortable and at ease right away with Dionna. Would absolutely recommend Dionna for your pet care needs!
Great communication and punctuality! Dionne kept me updated and even sent a couple of photos, which I really appreciated.
