About: I’ve spent much of my life caring for animals and genuinely love earning their trust. In high school, I worked in dog and cat boarding at a local veterinary practice, where I gained hands on experience caring for pets with different personalities, temperaments, and needs. Since then, I’ve continued pet and house sitting for friends, family, and clients, volunteered with shelter dogs and cats through the PSPCA, and cared for a wide variety of animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, iguanas, ducks, quail, chickens, and fish. After spending the past eight months traveling and pet sitting, I’ve recently made the Bay Area my home. While I’m new to Rover, I’m not new to caring for pets. My goal is simple: to give you peace of mind while you’re away. I’ll care for your pets like family, communicate thoughtfully, and leave your home just as clean and cared for as you left it. My schedule is currently very flexible! I am especially interested in connecting with those in need of in home sitters while I am traveling, but open to day time walks and visits as well. I am a former real estate broker, used to have my own small business. I am taking some time out to work on my art, learn some tech skills, and travel. I am not able to care for pets in my home at this time as my apartment would require a hefty deposit. I am looking forward to working and traveling while using this app!

About: What sets me apart is that I have experience caring for dogs mainly through family and friends, including medium and large dogs, as well as puppies and senior dogs. I’m comfortable following set routines and making sure everything stays consistent, whether that’s feeding schedules, walks, or daily care habits. I also have experience with leash-pulling dogs and basic training routines from working with my own dogs, so I’m comfortable reinforcing good behavior in a calm and patient way. I feel confident handling a wide range of situations and I’m happy to follow any specific instructions an owner provides. With dogs, I like a balance of walks, playtime, and downtime, but I always follow their lead, some dogs want lots of attention and activity, while others prefer space and quiet company. I’m comfortable with both and focus on making sure each dog feels safe, relaxed, and cared for. I also have experience with cats, and I enjoy working with multiple types of animals in a home. Overall, I’m reliable, patient, and focused on making sure every pet is well cared for while their owners are away. Pet care fits into my routine really well because I have a flexible full-time job. I’m usually in the office about three days a week, but my schedule isn’t rigid and I can work from different locations or from home when needed, especially when I’m pet sitting. Because of that flexibility, I’m able to plan my day around feeding times, walks, and check-ins so pets stay on their normal routine. I generally walk dogs in the morning and afternoons, so it’s easy for me to build that into my day. I’m also available for morning, evening, and overnight care depending on what’s needed. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their normal routine as consistent as possible so they feel safe and comfortable while their owner is away. I follow all instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walk times, medication, and any specific routines or house rules. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, whether that’s walks, playtime, or just quiet company depending on their personality. I’m also careful to respect their space and adjust my approach if a pet is shy or needs time to warm up. I keep the home clean and tidy, including feeding areas, water bowls, and litter boxes if needed, and I’m comfortable handling any messes or accidents. I also provide updates and photos so owners know how their pet is doing while they’re away.

I grew up on a horse farm with dogs, cats, horses, hamsters, and the odd rogue toad, so caring for animals with love and respect is literally second nature. I'm a somatic embodiment coach by trade, so I have a unique skill set for helping animals feel relaxed and comfortable in my care. I have joyously fostered 20+ dogs and cats in their transition to forever homes, and have extensive experience with house and pet sitting. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and breeds, from 6 pound little weasels to 80 pound gentle giants. I have a special place in my heart for seniors (and have experience caring for them.) I am comfortable and experienced with administering medication. Because I work from home online and over zoom, I can accommodate animals that need a shorter window of alone time. About: I’ve been around dogs since i was a little girl, i have two senior pets of my own, 15 and 12 years old! a chihuahua and a yorkie mix, and one who is up in heaven. with my senior babies i have learned when to be delicate and when they want to play, I taught my senior chihuahua how to sit and give a paw (even though he’s got a couple screws loose) its not much at all, but its a big achievement for him! with your doggies i would love to learn everything, from favorite treats to favorite routes to walk in! i will adjust my schedule to you and your pets needs! i try my best to be extremely flexible as i know that life just happens sometimes. In regards to caring for your babies, their safety and comfort is my first priority, i would like for them to be comfortable with me instead of your pets being scared, for senior dog care i understand completely the hassle of being careful and the accidents that come along (im an excellent cleaner thanks to my senior dogs) with cats and younger dogs i find i adapt quickly with new environments with the help of you and instructions, i will most likely ask a bunch of questions and it will be only in regards of your pets, everything goes the same with cats! if you would like a drop in i’d be happy to negotiate a time and place! i forward to meeting you and your fur babies!

About: I’m the devoted doggie aunt to some pretty fantastic pups, and I genuinely love spending time with dogs. Walks aren’t something I rush through—I’m happy to let your dog sniff, explore, get some exercise and enjoy being outside. I’m dependable, attentive and comfortable following your dog’s particular routine, whether that means a brisk walk, a leisurely neighborhood sniffari, playtime or just some extra company and affection. I’ll treat your pup like one of my own—even though I’m still waiting for one of my own! My schedule is currently very flexible, which means I can accommodate weekday and weekend visits and walks, including daytime hours when many people are at work. About: I love dogs so much and I know that may sound generic but dogs are so pure and lovable. My love of dogs started with a dog sitting gig that sparked this love and lead me to be a pup parent to Colonel Peanut who passed in 2020. He was a three legged trip that was my ride pr die for 8 years. Since his passing I have leaned into dog walking and dog sitting for others while the grief moves in waves. Point Isabel is one of my favorite places if your pup is an off leasher! Otherwise I love neighborhood walks where we can explore and smell and admire the flowers and discover birds of your area. I have experience with basic training, administering meds, and observing your pup to see what they are telling me they need. I work from home and can be somewhat of a house cat myself if I'm not out for walks with pepperonis. I have a very flexible schedule to fit your pet's needs. I can accommodate last minute booking so please don’t hesitate to reach out. I know what it’s like to be a pet parent so I will treat your pet and home as my own.
