Dogs I have over 20 years experience caring for our family’s dogs (three Labradors and a Cockapoo), and have also been walking and taking care of client’s dogs for years now. I’ve looked after a range of different breeds large and small, and am happy to travel anywhere on the island of Alameda and the surrounding areas. I will show up to walk your dog with two responsible and engaged 10-year-olds; your pup will get to play and have fun! The kids already have extensive professional dog walking experience. I have dog training experience with basic commands and have also cared for senior dogs in the past. Cats Growing up, our family always had at least one cat (and usually two or three!). I was lucky enough to get my very own cat at age 16, and she went on to have two litters of kittens which was an incredible experience. As an adult, I adopted a beautiful two-year-old tabby called Casper, who was the most loving, sweet and chilled out guy you could ever hope to meet and brought our family so much joy before he sadly passed away two years ago. When I am doing drop-in visits for your cat while you’re away, I will tailor my care to your cat’s activity level and personality. I know that there’s a wide range when it comes to whether a cat loves cuddles, wants to play or would prefer to sit quietly - in which case I can just provide a reassuring presence so they know they aren’t alone. Originally from the UK, we have been calling the Bay Area home for 6 years now and we can’t wait to meet your dog or cat and get to know them. It’s a huge privilege to be entrusted with the responsibility of looking after your much-loved pet, and I will care for them like they were my own.
