About: *I only board dogs from one home at a time* I love to jog around Lake Merritt, and I'd be happy to take your fur baby along for a run! I've cared for dogs and cats, healthy and sick, with very specific dietary restrictions and activity needs. I wish I could have my own pet, but since I travel pretty often, this is the next best thing. :-) I’m a Product Manager with a hybrid work schedule. Rest assured, I can easily get from work to home on in-office days for walks/drop-ins if needed. I also work at a dog friendly office. I am available most days for drop-ins 2x/day. On weekday evenings, I typically go on runs (with/without dogs!). Expect many photos of your fur baby while you're away! I'm happy to drop in to check on food, water, litter (for cats), and take your pup on walks. I am very detail oriented, so if you have very particular instructions regarding diet or preferences while outside, you can trust me to follow them. For boarding, I have bowls for water and food as well as doggy waste bags. You would need to provide their food, treats, toys, (litter for kitties), and anything else to make their stay more comfortable!

Since I specialize in making natural pet treats, your pup or kitty will have endless treats during their stay! We have a separate, private room specifically available for pets who prefer their own space or need a quiet environment away from our friendly resident Maltipoo. We are cat-friendly and highly experienced with large breeds (up to 80lbs). From cozy naps to gourmet treats, we provide a safe, fun, and delicious home away from home! • Morning: A refreshing walk around Oakland followed by breakfast. • Mid-day: High energy fun at the dog park with plenty of fetch and ball play. • Afternoon: Nap time! Pets can recharge in our private spare room or a sunny spot. • Evening: Dinner and indoor play, featuring unlimited handmade treats from my workshop. • Night: A final potty walk and cozy snuggles before bedtime. We live in a spacious, pet-friendly 2b2b apartment in Oakland. For your peace of mind, we have a dedicated spare room that is not used by humans, it’s a perfect "private suite" for pets who need their own space, are shy, or require isolation for health or personality reasons.

About: I adore dogs. I can’t have my own so I cherish every moment! I’ve done a good amount of dog sitting/ walking both small and large dogs. We have a great time, I love playing with them, taking them out as many times a day as they like, and having sleepovers to keep them company. I have a pretty flexible schedule so I am often able to make lots of different times/days work. Weekends are totally fine for me as well. In my house I only have space for a small dog. I have two cats. I am able to take them on as many walks as they need a day, play with them, cuddle them, make sure they’re comfy and having a good time. At a clients house it is similar except any size dog or cat is good for me!

About: I have a flexible schedule and am booking dog walks and drop-ins! I can accommodate for whether your dog likes more activity or needs a quiet and calm environment. I have experience dealing with dogs and other animals with anxiety and other medical or physical needs. I work from home at my own pace so I can accommodate different needs! Ideally, pet guests can be left at home alone for about an hour for errands and other events that come up. Please provide a crate if your dog cannot be left alone for over an hour. My home is responsible and dog safe with gates to prevent access to the kitchen. My yard is not fenced but I always keep dogs leashed.

About: Hiya, I'm Peter! I've cared for dogs for as long as I can remember, and have since provided countless hours of pet-care of friends, family, friends of the family, and families of friends! I have years of experience doing walks, play, feeding, bathing, clean-up and more. I have experience with excitable breeds like a neighbor's golden doodle to my family's mellowed-out portugese water doggies, along with senior care. I see animal care as a privilege. Our pets are no less than little bundles of feelings and life that we are given the opportunity to cherish. I have been told on multiple occasions that I am able to calm animals unusually quickly, and I feel that I am attuned to the emotions of animals I care for. I would love to opportunity to provide care to your pet! I work from home in a low-speed position, so I have a flexible schedule for your pets' needs. Normally, I would do a morning and afternoon walk, with potty breaks peppered whenever they need. I can also step away from my work at a moment's notice if anything arises, from entertaining a bored doggie to foiling attempted counter surfing! I have a paved yard for sunbathing and potty breaks, the door to which I work right next to. I live near Lake Merritt, the Morcom Rose Garden, and a dog park, so I can provide walks of all lengths. My home is very cozy and has multiple spaces where an animal can detox from any overstimulation. I can provide a dog crate, scheduled meals, supervision, and play.
