“My son’s dog Dobby stayed with Anthony and Nikita for about 10 days, and our experience couldn’t have been any better. Both are genuinely great, sweet people who love dogs. We did a meet and greet before dropping Dobby off, which I think was very helpful and put Dobby at ease when we finally dropped him off. They were very kind and attentive to Dobby’s needs. I was concerned about Dobby staying in someone else’s house with another dog because he is a rescue and he’s kind of skittish, but Dobby and Mia got along really well. Nikita sent me daily updates and photos and that was very reassuring. I also really appreciated the fact that they took Dobby out on hikes and walks with them. That was a real plus, since Dobby is an active dog. I would highly recommend Anthony and Nikita to anyone who is looking for a pet sitter. I’ll be using them again in the future when I get a new dog!!! :)”

About: I’ve been pet sitting for 12+ years. my neighbors, friends, and family have all entrusted me as their official dog and cat sitter because I love them like my own! i’ve been training dogs (unofficially) for a very long time now. i’ve done well as a guiding leader for dogs, with positive reinforcement as i feel it works best. I have experience with more serious problem behaviors but I would want to discuss beforehand what your pet may need from me and if that is something i can effectively offer. the one thing i want to guarantee is that your baby is not only loved and cared for, but also that they are safe and secure in my care and ability! I actively volunteer and foster for Oakland Animal Services for both their dog and cat programs and I feel more than equipt to support your own loved dog or cat. i believe providing in-home care allows your pet to feel truly comfortable in their own home environment. so for in home care i simply do my best to make sure all dogs and cats in my care are given the attention they desire and deserve! this is up to them (and you) of course whether it’s active walks, high engaged excessive, or simply lounging together. I reside in an apartment with my cat who is dog and cat friendly. if a small space such as an apartment isn’t the best for your fur baby, i am happy to babysit in your own home or (for dogs) take them for many walks, field trips, and parks. i am very flexible when it comes to this so it is truly up to you and your comfortability.

About: I've had the privilege of taking care of many pets growing up; fish, a hamster, guinea pigs, and now my cat. Animals have always had a natural affinity to me and I receive that as the greatest honor. My goal is always to make sure animals feel safe and comfortable around me before I engage with them because I respect their autonomy. As of right now, my schedule is pretty free, so I would have time to walk your dogs or hang out at home with your cats any time! I am always respectful of other people's rules and spaces. I will never make your pet do something they don’t want to do (unless they refuse to follow their parent's rules, of course). About: I’ve grown up around cats and dogs my whole life, and currently have 2 kitties at home. I love getting to know each animal, and experiencing the cuddles and love each have to give. One of my favorite times of day is playtime- I feel like they always come alive and it’s so fun to be a part of. I have also done a lot of overnight cat/ house sitting as well! “Alex took very great care of our dog while my partner and I have to both be away for a week. My dog has rarely been with sitters and is very nervous around new people. Alex has been great at accommodating all of my dog’s needs, and have a great environment to make my dog feels as comfortable as she can. Alex is very prompt with communication, and provided daily picture/video and detailed updates of my dog. Alex has a ton of experience with dogs so I would definitely leave my dog in her care again.”

I needed a last min booking and Stephanie truly went above and beyond to help accommodate and give my dog a great time. She exposed my pup to some new activities, like bike riding, which he loved!! Their beautiful, secure backyard provided the perfect space for our pups to roam freely and play throughout the day. Jeff and Beth's kept us updated with frequent photos and messages, which gave us peace of mind while we were out of the country. About: I’ve grown up with cats and kittens my whole life and continued adopting them as an adult — animals have always been at the heart of my home! I’ve raised and trained a puppy from 8 weeks old, cared for up to 3 medium-sized dogs at a time, and have experience housing and caring for rabbits, birds, and reptiles too. 🐶🐱🐰🦜🐸🦎 Your pet will be welcomed into a warm, loving home where they’ll be treated like family! I’m also a pet parent myself — my 1-year-old pup and 9-year-old cat are both incredibly friendly with people and other animals and absolutely love making new friends. They’re always excited to welcome new furry guests! 🐕🐈 I believe pet sitting is so much more than just filling a food bowl twice a day — it’s about being real company for your pet. Surrounded by cozy blankets, their favorite toys from home, and plenty of love, your pet will feel comfortable and right at ease from the moment they arrive. I’m happy to provide multiple daily walks and plenty of undivided attention throughout the day!
