We revamped our services, pricing, and policies to prioritize your pup’s well-being. - Base stays are at the standard nightly rate. - For 5+ nights, clients get complimentary steak or a premium dinner and drop-off for extended stays. - An extended-stay discount applies for stays over five nights. New clients must meet Coco and the household. Proof of current rabies and vaccinations is mandatory; unvaccinated dogs are not accepted. Pickup and late fees are flexible if changes are communicated in advance. Uncommunicated changes follow Rover’s default policies and fees. Rates reflect additional care, cleaning, and wear-and-tear protection. A 15% discount is available for verified veterans, first responders, and teachers. We treat every dog with the same care as Coco. After witnessing her return with sticky paws and wounds, we’re committed to gentle, safe care to prevent similar situations. Our hygiene standards are stringent. We perform daily paw cleans, wash bedding regularly, monitor dogs for injuries, and wash bowls thoroughly. Meet-and-greet sessions and proof of vaccination are required for a safe and compatible environment. I’m a licensed service provider with the City of Emeryville and operate transparently. My business license is available to demonstrate our legitimacy. We always book through Rover and follow their protections and policies to safeguard your safety and ours. Our integrity is reflected in the premium care, clear communication, and responsible stewardship of your pet’s health and well-being. These changes ensure all attention is on the pets, cover increased cleaning, maintenance, and replacement costs due to higher demand and damage, and formally recognize Coco’s exceptional care. We uphold high hygiene and safety standards, create a serene environment, and facilitate schedule adjustments for additional attention.

Timothy and his family was absolutely an amazing rover experience. They sent daily updates and made sure he got all the love while I was away. Their dog coco was also so sweet and an amazing companion for Eddy; he loved her! Would recommend and definitely will be booking again!
Tim is fantastic. He messages regularly and sends updates throughout the day and a ton of photos. I appreciate that he over communicates like “Alfalfa pooped twice today”. And he’s diligent about keeping Alfalfa clean which as a doodle mom is very important since he can get easily matted or even have random things stuck in his paws. His dog Coco is super sweet and gentle. I think Alfalfa had more energy than her but she’s an older dog and was very patient. I would highly recommend anyone to use Tim. And we plan on using him more often!
Bella enjoyed her second stay with Tim, his wife, and their pup, Coco. We received timely updates each day and never questioned if Bella was in good hands while we were away!
Pat and Tim took great care of our big, anxious doggie, Shasta!, for an overnight visit! We appreciated how responsive and communicative they were, and they took a lot of pics of our pup to assure us that she was having fun and relaxing. Shasta was happy to come home the next day, but she will miss playing with Coco and hanging with her new buddies, Pat and Tim! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!
Pat and Tim took really great care of our dog Bailey! She got sick while we were away but they took great care of her and sent us detailed updates so we didn't worry. She got plenty of walks and clearly misses them and Coco!

Schedule
We work from home so we get to take our pup and your pup for regular timed walks through the day. Making sure to include an hour long morning or afternoon walk depending on their energy and health levels.

In our home, safety, trust, and a comfortable environment are paramount. Pups who stay with us for boarding and daycare will enjoy our welcoming living room, bathed in natural sunlight. Additionally, we have a lovely patio where they can relax and soak up the sun. They're even welcome to join us in the office, where we work. Our cozy 2-bedroom apartment provides a secure and loving space for your furry friend. We prioritize Coco‘s hygiene and health and use Earth Brand wipes, Bark dental treats and Burt’s bees, hypoallergenic dog shampoo to clean, dirty paws and bums. After a walk. Your dog will also get the same treatment. We love pups that smell fresh and cuddle-ready. Furthermore, we’re experienced in administering oral medication for those clever pups who may need it, ensuring their well-being during their stay.

In a typical day, we prioritize the well-being and happiness of your pets. Our routine includes energizing walks, engaging playtime, and, if suitable, visits to nearby parks. We ensure a mix of activities tailored to your pet's preferences, creating an enjoyable and stimulating experience. We also prioritize quality time on the couch.
