“Great first dog sitting day for Zoe (pittie) at Michael’s. I was worried about Zoe and Michael’s dog (Delilah) getting along (Zoe is a follower who always wants to play and Delilah is an older dog), but Michael was able to allay my concerns and it appeared that D and Z did well together. Will update the review after my next dog sitting day at Michael’s this week!”

About: I have a wide range of experience with pets, ranging from the basic dogs and cats to hedgehogs, turtles and hamsters. I love them all and will care for them as if they were my own. I’m a stay at home mom who enjoys helping folks in my community care for their pets while they are away. I understand how comforting it is to have someone you can trust to take diligent care of your pet while you are gone. I will take the time to make it ‘life as normal’ for your pet while you are away. Not just rushing to get through the home check in, but giving them quality time, attention and care.
“Excellent care ! Chad is very friendly and knowledgeable. He has a big house with a huge backyard. When I arrived for pick up, my dog was sleeping on the couch. Comfortable and safe. Thank you.”

About: I've had dogs and pets in some capacity or another throughout my life and have loved being Sister-2-Legs to each of my four-legged siblings. I have cared for a variety of animals from young to old, mostly cats and dogs, a bird, and a few rabbits. More recently, it's been a mix of senior dogs and puppies. I'm used to balancing puppy training versus the possible complex needs of senior dogs. My own sweet spaniel passed last year, and he lost both his sight and his hearing as he aged, which presented a few challenges but was a very valuable learning experience. I'm comfortable with all ages and stages of life and love spoiling every single furred family member I care for. I adapt my schedule around your pet's needs and routines. Please message me for schedule details. I may be able to offer drop-ins, walks, or daycare either in your home or at my doggy daycare outside of the time slots listed. Daycare: My yard is fully fenced with a grass area for all kinds of running and toy play time. Everyone is welcome to sprawl out on the furniture both indoors and outside. Your dog is given as much attention and love as if they were my own. I look forward to welcoming new furry friends! Housesitting: My preference for my animals has always been to keep them in their home environment where they feel the most safe and secure. I will follow all their daily routines and any other directions provided and treat their space as if it were my own. Depending on your preference, hikes, beach trips, and other special activities can be added to the daily standards of belly rubs, walkies, and cuddles. As I also have a doggy daycare, it would be great if your pets are dog-friendly and able to participate in daycare during our stay!
“Very happy with our dog's stay with Valerie. She took excellent care of him during our vacation including many trips to a dog park. She provided photos and video during his stay that put our mind at ease that he was in good hands. As our dog is still a puppy, Valerie also spent time working on leash walking and other commands that he is still mastering.”

Thanks a lot to James & his family God bless”

About: I grew up around dozens of foster dogs coming in and out of our homes, so I know how to interact with new animals. This experience has given me the skills to quickly build trust and provide a calm, nurturing environment for any pet. I am back from school living with my parents for summer break and have a lot more free time than usual. I'm pretty flexible with my schedule as I am taking online classes at the moment at Cal Poly. I ensure each pet feels comfortable and safe by providing a familiar and loving environment. Whether in my home or yours, I follow your pet's routine closely, offering regular walks, playtime, and plenty of affection. I pay close attention to their needs and preferences to keep them happy and relaxed.
About: Hi, I’m a local dog enthusiast who will pamper pooch with lots of exercise and love from me, my wife and son! We aren’t just sitters, we are a family and until recently a dog owner of many many years….from puppy to senior with special needs. We have just joined rover to selectively and occasionally fill the void and spread our energy and enthusiasm to your dog(s). We look forward to to hearing from you! I work from home, and so I’m generally here most of the time. So, while I do have family activities off and on, I incorporate your dogs schedule into our lives fully. We recently lost our 16 year old chocolate Labrador, and life isn’t the same. We look forward to spreading love to your pooch and will ensure they are healthy, happy, and walked as much as needed! All in the comfort of our home.

“Ulunma and her husband are fantastic, so nice flexible and my Beauregard loves coming for visits. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them. Beauregard loves visiting, and is super happy every time I drop him off!!”

“Faith was wonderful with our pups! She took care of them while one is recovering from surgery and made us feel so comfortable while gone. She even flagged some medication observations that will help us speak with our vet. We are excited to have her back!”

“Bobby was amazing with our XL, two year old, wolf-GSD-husky rascal, Ryan. Ryan isn’t the most trusting with all men but instantly loved Bobby. Ryan can have challenging behaviors like trying to escape, resource guarding, impulse control and more. Bobby handled him like a pro and with a great attitude. I’m so happy we found Bobby!”

About: I’ve had pets my whole life, including my sweet lab/German shepherd mix, Layla, who we lost to cancer 3 years ago. Right now, we have a rescued cat and a 1-year-old pup staying with family back in Las Vegas. We recently relocated to Moraga and are staying with my sister until we get on our feet and can bring our loves along with us. We're missing our pets and would love to love on yours! I'm absolutely obsessed with dogs, and my kids love all animals (they'd bring home every stray *anything* if it were up to them!). We found our cat wandering a park and took her in, so I get where they get it from! I know how important it is to feel safe leaving your pet in someone else’s care, and I treat every animal like they’re family. Whether it’s senior care, playful pups, or cuddly cats, I’ve got the experience, the patience, and the heart for it. I work in mental health remotely and my husband is at home with the kids full time while I focus on building my practice so we have a healthy amount of flexibility. We would be honored to be entrusted with the care of your little loves. We were previously homeowners who rented often and managed multiple properties, so we know how important it is to treat others' home like (if not better!) than your own. We will care for your pets in your home as you prefer, and are comfortable with crates, walks, light training, etc.
“Sydney was very happy with Kit. She has two friendly dogs and a beautiful home with tons of outdoor space perfectly suited for sunbathing and sniffing. Will definitely bring my pup back for a repeat visit!”

“Gabe and his wife Darra were so good with our dog Wesley (golden retriever). I loved the amount of update pics we got and how attentive they were. Would definitely recommend and book again!”

“Meagan was great! Super thoughtful and very detailed. She also sent lots of updates and photos throughout our pups stay. Our pup, Boots, was immediately comfortable with Meagan. Will definitely be booking a stay again!”

“As always, Vicki did a lovely job taking care of my little dog. She has been very patient and compassionate with her. Communication with her is clear, frequent and stress-free. She is a real five-star petsitter!! We are so lucky to have her💚🐾”

“We are so lucky to have Briana to watch our pup. Hersh is very comfortable and loves spending time with her! Having peace of mind when you’re away from your fur baby is important to us so Briana is our go-to! We always enjoy the pics/vids she sends of Hershel ♥️”

Renee was amazing and we would love to use her again! This was our first time dropping off Rumble at someone’s house so we were a little anxious, and Renee handled everything with confidence and love! She gave him a long walk and he came back super sleepy. Thanks Renee! Rumble loved her!
