“Kushram and Family are a wonderful find for dog sitting or doggy day care. Give the initial booking request a bit of lead time, as the confirmation that the day/time works may take up to a day to come through. This time I put in a request 9:30pm on a Saturday, and got confirmation Sunday evening. (I suspect requests are processed daily). The initial booking request was the largest gap we experienced in communication, scheduling the meet and greet by messages was easy - they were very responsive and want to ensure you and your pup will be comfortable with their set up and go over any special needs of the dog. Our elder pup Rick was drawn to Kushram and the whole family even on the meet and greet (I think just his wife and adult nephew), as well the drop off day of, and they were able to make him comfortable enough to eat even on a short visit. Given our short booking (only about 3 hrs) we can't really comment on long term pictures/communication during the visit, but I can say I feel pretty happy that I found some place local where I feel comfortable leaving my dog when I need to go somewhere. They also have some experience with some dog special needs, but can help best when they know about it ahead of time. They were not concerned or put off in the slightest by our pups needs (mostly that he's pretty clingy, can get cold easily, and only has 3 teeth and will only eat small pieces of food, and doesn't love hanging out with other dogs), and described other dogs they had watched with similar or more challenging needs such as dog-sitting a blind dog in a new space. Wow! Luna is amazing!!! She is super sweet and kind, and her demeanor is extremely gentle and calm. Our Yorkie, Jackson Pollock, has been really stressed lately; but, he came home happy and relaxed. We got to see some great photos and a video of Jackson throughout the day. It made for a fantastic time for us, because we could enjoy ourselves without worrying about our dog. That’s such a gift. We had the absolute best experience with Anastasiia doing day care for our 2 year old Cavapoo. From the very beginning, she were kind, communicative, thoughtful, and clearly so loving with dogs. Our pup was cared for like family, and we felt completely at ease knowing they were in such good hands. We received great updates, our dog was happy and relaxed when we returned, and it was obvious Anastasiia had been given so much attention, affection, and care. Sarah was awesome watching our Sugar for a few hours. She was very communicative and we appreciated the pupdates. Sugar clearly had a blast playing and we were relieved she was so well taken care of. We wouldn’t definitely reach out to Sarah next time we’re in town to watch our fur baby.

Sarah is fantastic. She's extremely responsive and personable on top of being an experienced and knowledgeable dog caretaker. She noticed and updated me on nuances of my dog's behavior throughout the day in terms of how she got along with the others and seemed to be settling in. Knowing my dog, I can tell Sarah was really paying attention and was spot on in her observations. My dog came home relaxed with a wagging tail and was excited to go back for the second day!
