1. Mindy K.
“We were so happy to find Mindy to watch our dog, Monti. Mindy is clearly a dog lover, and our dog was immediately comfortable with her. Mindy kept me updated with photos and texts throughout the weekend, and I came home to happy and clean home. I’m so happy they bonded, and I would highly recommend Mindy to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter. Thanks Mindy!”
2. Alexis K.
“Alexis is a fantastic dog sitter!! She stayed with our golden retriever for 8 days while we were out of town. Throughout the week, she was communicative, sending pics every day and detailing what they had done together (walks, balls, toys). At the end of the week, she left a detailed note to highlight anything else we needed to know. I so appreciated the level of detail she provided and the clear care she put into taking care of our dog. He’s a part of our family and I’ve never trusted anyone but family with him. We’ll now trust Alexis with him every time! Highly recommend her if you are looking for a communicative, responsible, compassionate dog sitter who will treat your dog like their own.”
3. Antonio V.
About: I’ve worked in a boarding facility and also have my own dog for 3 years that I love very much! I also have taken care of my friends 3 dogs on multiple occasions Only time I’m unavailable is from 4-8pm during the week but on the weekend my schedule is usually open. I will let you know if any time does or doesn’t work. I spend most of the time at UFC Gym Concord where I am the head Brazilian Jiu Jitsu coach as well as a personal trainer. My wife and I work together on taking care of pets, so if anything you’re getting double the care for the price of one! I like to make sure the pets are always taken care of and just aren’t cooped up in their crate all day. I’ll also play with them if they have high energy or work their mind to help tire them out! My wife is also a rover sitter who is regularly taking care of other fur babies so if your pet requires extra attention we make a good team to make sure your pet is well taken care of!
4. Tania M.
“I can’t say enough good things about Tania. The dogs loved her, we loved her! She kept us up to date on our kids with texts and lots of pictures. She is very warm and friendly and we will have her back any time we travel. Thank you so much.”
5. Kate S.
“Kate was amazing! We have a high needs dog and house and she took care of both beautifully. She seat with medications, plant water, cleaned everything top to bottom. I will Book her again and again!”
6. Sierra & Karma L.
“Karma and Sierra were so great with our dog, Bella. She is shy and takes a minute to warm up to people. They had so much patience and spent a ton of time with her, giving her space to shine. They asked all the right questions and offered prior to sitting, even walked her so she'd be more comfortable with them. I am so appreciative how thoughtful and loving they were with her! They also took great care of our house and were super respectful. Thank you both!”
7. Veronica F.
“Veronica was a great dog / house sitter. She sent frequent updates and photos of the dogs which showed just how happy they were. She took great care of the house to the point that I wouldn't have known she was there if I hadn't had booked her through Rover. She was friendly, extremely responsive with booking, and our dogs were well taken care of by her.”
8. Colleen L.
“My dog is a more difficult dog to pet sit - she has huge anxiety issues and doesn't warm up easily and can be bitey. We scheduled weekly visits for the month before our 2 week vacation to try to help my dog and Colleen bond. Needless to say Violet and Colleen are best friends and it was so nice to be able to focus on our trip and not have to worry about Violet.”
9. Brittany P.
“Brittany did a great job taking care of our dog, Bandido! She has excellent communication with daily updates and photos. Bandido seemed very comfortable with her based on those photos and his positions. She stayed in our home and left it clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Brittany and will reach out to her for further house sits!”
10. Anne B.
“We’ve used Anne before and will continue to invite her to care for our pup. She is timely, sends pictures while we’re away, and I can tell gives lots of love to our animals!!”
11. Leah I.
“Leah was amazing with our animals. We had a last minute surprise with our cat needing meds and she was able to accommodate his needs and ensure he was taken care of while we were gone. She kept our anxious dog calm and was able to bond with him over her time with him. She sent us updates and pictures and took such care of our home. We would recommend her to anyone and would love to have her take care of our animals again. Thank you Leah!”
12. Matthew P.
“Matt will be our go-to house sitter and dog watcher from now on, he is absolutely fantastic! Extremely professional and accommodating, we are so thankful that our babies were in such great care with him. 12 out of 10 would recommend”
13. Stephanie L.
“We appreciate Stephanie’s help. She came for a meet and greet within a day or so of me reaching out. Took great care of the dogs and was easy to communicate with.”
14. Felix V.
“Felix watched our dog and cat while we were out of town for a few days. He took great care of them both and our house as well. He even fed the feral cat in our yard which was not required. We will definitely use him again highly recommend him! Our pup is not the easiest and he did great with her. The pictures were much appreciated!”
15. Melina S.
“Melina watched my dog Mickey while I was away for a night. Melina had great communication and sent pictures along the way. I came home to a very happy guy! Thank you, Melina!”
16. Vicki K.
“Vicki did a phenomenal job taking care of our boy Mylo. Mylo had to get some emergency stitches the day before we were going out of town. Vicki handled his care perfectly, sent us regular updates and dealt with all the drama that comes with Mylo having to wear a cone. We cannot thank her enough and absolutely would recommend her to everyone else.”
17. Mary D.
“Mary provided great care for our 6 month old doodle. Puppies are not easy, and she really took wonderful care of him. We had a bit of an unusual scheduling request and Mary was accommodating and flexible. I have no hesitation in recommending her and we intend to use her services again!”
18. Todd N.
“Todd has had years of experience with caring for both dogs and cats. He is friendly, responsible and reliable. He has a heart for animals that have been rescued , and understands their tentative behaviors.. Lastly, he will always leave your pet’s space clean and tidy which is important.”
19. Tara J.
“Tara house sat for us for almost 2 weeks while we were out of the country for the holidays. I could not recommend her more for her pet sitting services. She treated our babies (large German shepherd and little cat) like her own, making sure they were taken care of in their exact usual routine. She fed them per our rather detailed notes, made sure they got exercise and snuggles, and went above and beyond to make them comfortable when they were missing their humans. She sent us pictures and videos the entire time without us asking, all of which allowed us to have a worry-free trip. 1000% recommend Tara!”
20. Crystal S.
“Crystal went above and beyond our expectations of a dog sitter. She was truly the most reliable and trusting and we could not have asked for a better sitter. Never having left the pups for as long as we had to, on top of being anxious about using a dog sitter, Crystal made going away for 3 weeks so incredibly comfortable. The pups looked so happy in videos and photos sent, and Crystal even helped with our training process for them. She deserves 10 stars!”
