“Myra was the BEST! Our Akita, Koa, isn’t always the easiest or friendliest fella but he took to Myra very quickly! Myra understood his little quirks and asked appropriate questions during the meet and greet. Koa is a big guy - so having someone who feels confident in walking a big dog was huge for us. Myra was just that!!! Totally reliable. Koa got his walks, spent plenty of time outside and seemed to have a great time with Myra. Myra also sent pictures and updates often which was so great for me and helped me relax much more on vacation. About: I have 4 dogs. I always stay behind on family vacations to watch them. I also make sure that they are fed on time, taking care of their medical needs and always put their needs before mine. I don't see dogs as pets but as part of the family. I work part-time at the best Western on Benicia. I at the moment only work afternoon/ evening shifts. So I always get up 5 am every day making sure I get my dogs needs fulfilled before mine. I have a lot of free time in the morning since I take online course at solano community college. I have a fenced in yard. My dogs were not socialized with other dogs in their puppy years. Because of that I always make sure of my surroundings at all times. I also understand breed bias as well since 1 of them is a Rottweiler german shepherd mixed. Again I always make sure that I treat dogs that I take care of as if they were mine.

Monica was amazing! The first day we met and talked with her for our meet and greet, we were immediately at ease with having her sit for our dog and home. When we were away, we could tell that Monica was so kind, thoughtful and playful with Coco. She played with her toys with her, threw the ball, spent time in the yard and took her on neighborhood walks. She also took her on car rides and in general treated Coco like she was her own. We got so many adorable pictures and updates, and when we got home from our trip, Coco was calm and happy. We could not be more pleased. Also, Monica took beautiful care of our house and administered all of Coco's medications throughout the day. We would hire Monica to sit again in a heartbeat.
Mia watched our pup for 2.5 weeks. Our pup has a back condition so I was nervous to leave him, but she was great with him and following our instructions. I also got to meet her boyfriend and sister before we went on our trip and felt very comfortable with everyone. It was nice that she got to come a few days before we left so we could go over all the instructions. She was also flexible on her departure time when we thought we were going to miss our flight and come home late. Our house was clean and in great condition when we got home. Thanks Mia! I was very grateful to have found Elizabeth on Rover! She housesat for us and took care of our three cats. One of them suffered a health issue right before we had to go away and Elizabeth went above and beyond to provide excellent care for him including administration of multiple meds. She kept me well informed the entire time. Our other cats benefitted from her caring attenton as well. She also took excellent care of our home. Rebecca has been caring for Mikko and Kona for a year and a half now. She is truly the best! She takes great care of them, and has even had to take Mikko to the vet with an emergency and did fantastic caring for him! She is a great communicator and loves Mikko and Kona very much!

Aida stayed at our home and cared for our dog and cat for 10 days while we were away, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. She was incredibly responsible, reliable, and proactive throughout our trip. She sent updates and photos every day. When we returned home, everything was spotless, and it was clear that Aida had taken excellent care of both our pets and our home. In fact, our pets weren’t quite as excited to see us as they usually are when we get back from a trip. We take that as a great sign that they had been happy and receiving plenty of attention while we were away!
