About: I'm excited to meet new pets and their people! While I'm new to Rover, I'm not new to caring for animals. I have over 20 years of professional experience caring for pets and homes, along with a lifetime of loving animals of my own. Animals have been part of my life since childhood. I've cared for dogs of every size, age, and personality, as well as cats, birds, and other small animals. Most recently, I spent four years living in Hawaii with my own dog, cat, and bird, and have cared for pets throughout the Bay Area, including Marin, San Francisco, Oakland, Contra Costa, and Napa. I'm an outdoor enthusiast who loves mountain biking, hiking, camping, and exploring nature. Mia watched our pup for 2.5 weeks. Our pup has a back condition so I was nervous to leave him, but she was great with him and following our instructions. I also got to meet her boyfriend and sister before we went on our trip and felt very comfortable with everyone. It was nice that she got to come a few days before we left so we could go over all the instructions.
