From preparing meals, cleaning reptile cages or cat boxes, going on walks, administering medications, giving baths, taking your pet to any vet appointments if needed, and most importantly, giving the animals the time, attention and love they deserve. Their care and well-being are my top priority so any and all instructions given will be followed exactly. For the saftey of the sitter, please inform me if your animal may show any type of aggression due to pain or anxiety so that I can properly navigate the situation and give them the best care. About: As a current animal rescue worker I have extensive experience with many different types of dogs. I've handled dogs from senior Chihuahuas to excited Great Danes! Being a full time rescue worker, I do work 8 hours a day, 5 days a week so you pet will need to be comfortable being left alone for that long. I am a full time animal rescue worker so will be gone 8 hours a day. Dogs will get one morning and one evening walk, as well as plenty of cuddles! I cannot currently accept pets into my own home, but will gladly come to yours! I am conscious and observant of animal body language and I'm respectful of the environment I am in. I'm always up for a meet and greet to ensure that your pet is comfortable with me.

About: I've been taking care of animals for years, I've had a range of my own pets from dwarf hamsters and parakeets to golden retrievers and fish, I could cover any base you need! I'm available constantly so I should be a-okay all day any day that your pet needs care! I can't wait to meet all of your sweet babies. I make sure to keep my house very clean and lock away anything that may be dangerous to your precious animals whether that may be a plastic kid's toy or a room that's too warm I will adjust whatever is needed to make you pet feel comfortable!

She was an overnight house/pet sitter for our 2 senior doggies for two weeks and I can't tell you the relief I felt after our meet & greet knowing our fur babies and house were in such EXCELLENT hands the whole 2 weeks we were away. One of our dogs is basically blind and deaf, both need daily oral meds, and the other one needs eye drops 3x/day. She handled all of that with ease on top of giving our pups lots of snuggles, walks and love. I'm pretty sure they were bummed to see us come home and her leave them (kidding, not kidding). She also sent videos, photos, and check-in texts throughout our vacation to continue to give us peace of mind. When an issue came up with the dogs getting into a little scuffle, she calmly handled the situation and appropriately contacted me; I appreciated her judgment in the moment. On top of all this, Maikala also took care of our fish, turtles, plants, garbage, mail and even unloaded our Instacart grocery bags on our last day away so we would have food when we got home! She is kind and trustworthy, warm yet professional. You can tell she really desires to provide the best care she can. Her services were worth every penny and we are definitely booking her for our next vacation!”
