About: Since I started caring for loved ones' cats and adopted one of my own, I've learned what special creatures they are. Friends and family trust me with their care and I fall in love with their unique personalities every time. I clean litter boxes at least once a day, provide fresh water and food, keep track of food intake and frequency/quality of bathroom breaks, make sure they get lots of play time, and administer topical and oral medication as needed. About: I've always had pets of all kinds, but cats have been my favorite. My oldest cat lived to be 20, she was well loved. My last cat just passed in November of last year, and I feel the loss. I'm now ready to shower your pet with love and care! Right now I can take one cat at a time, or 2 if they are from the same home. They must have a carrier or cage. I will provide the litter box. About: I grew up as the daughter of a professional dog trainer—my mother—and have carried on her love for all animals. I was taught how to handle reactive, nervous dogs with calm gentle confidence, keep high-energy dogs busy with engaging activities, and give mindful care of dogs that have any special needs. Dogs have been a part of my life since birth, including my 15 year old boy Chunk that is so disarming, he makes an excellent companion for even the most nervous dogs. I’ve gained a broad amount of experience as the go-to enthusiastic dog sitter for all my friends and family’s pets. I would love share a warm, welcoming home with your pet where nightly snuggles on the couch are the norm. I work from home so I can be as available as your dog needs. My partner also is home for most of the day, and only works in the evenings so one of us is almost always home. We live surrounded by trails and parks so your dog will have ample adventures during their stay. Every dog will be treated with the same love and care as if they were our own. We have a large fenced yard that they are free to roam, and a cozy home with dog beds everywhere. We allow dogs on couch and bed, though I can maintain any rules you have in your home for consistency. We do also have a cat so we cannot accept any dogs that are in any way aggressive towards cats or small critters.
“Kushram and Family are a wonderful find for dog sitting or doggy day care. Give the initial booking request a bit of lead time, as the confirmation that the day/time works may take up to a day to come through. This time I put in a request 9:30pm on a Saturday, and got confirmation Sunday evening. (I suspect requests are processed daily). The initial booking request was the largest gap we experienced in communication, scheduling the meet and greet by messages was easy - they were very responsive and want to ensure you and your pup will be comfortable with their set up and go over any special needs of the dog. Our elder pup Rick was drawn to Kushram and the whole family even on the meet and greet (I think just his wife and adult nephew), as well the drop off day of, and they were able to make him comfortable enough to eat even on a short visit. Given our short booking (only about 3 hrs) we can't really comment on long term pictures/communication during the visit, but I can say I feel pretty happy that I found some place local where I feel comfortable leaving my dog when I need to go somewhere. They also have some experience with some dog special needs, but can help best when they know about it ahead of time. They were not concerned or put off in the slightest by our pups needs (mostly that he's pretty clingy, can get cold easily, and only has 3 teeth and will only eat small pieces of food, and doesn't love hanging out with other dogs), and described other dogs they had watched with similar or more challenging needs such as dog-sitting a blind dog in a new space. Thank you for taking good care of our pup!”

I'm not just looking for the perfect rpretty pet, but I want you to feel confident and at ease with the care and love I will give your furry family member I'm retired so can give full time care to your pet. My yard is large and fully fenced in. the house is pet friendly as well. I am retired so mostly home but do go out occasionally for shopping and other daily activities. I would prefer to crate your dog for my out periods. Also your dogs should be house broken, I will take them out as often as needed for bathroom breaks I will treat all your pets as if they were my own, and hope we can build a long and trusting relationship with each other. About: I’ve been in the veterinary field for 3+ years and have worked in general practice with cats and dogs. I have experience with working with nervous pets and pets with special needs ! About: I have over 10 years of pet boarding experience. In my home are 2 cats, 1 pug and 1 turtle. My babies love when we have guests and truly enjoy the company as much as I do. I work great hours and not too long which leaves me with plenty of play time and 2 long walks a day. I spend most of my time at home which gives us plenty of quality time to hangout. There is a large patio on the second floor for sunbathing during the day while looking at a great view of the water. As well as 2 cats, 1 pug and a turtle who love company and everyone is free to roam the whole house but they do have their own fur baby room for space if they like.
