She was an overnight house/pet sitter for our 2 senior doggies for two weeks and I can't tell you the relief I felt after our meet & greet knowing our fur babies and house were in such EXCELLENT hands the whole 2 weeks we were away. One of our dogs is basically blind and deaf, both need daily oral meds, and the other one needs eye drops 3x/day. She handled all of that with ease on top of giving our pups lots of snuggles, walks and love. I'm pretty sure they were bummed to see us come home and her leave them (kidding, not kidding). She also sent videos, photos, and check-in texts throughout our vacation to continue to give us peace of mind. When an issue came up with the dogs getting into a little scuffle, she calmly handled the situation and appropriately contacted me; I appreciated her judgment in the moment. On top of all this, Maikala also took care of our fish, turtles, plants, garbage, mail and even unloaded our Instacart grocery bags on our last day away so we would have food when we got home! Rita did a fabulous job! She sent great pictures and videos of the pups getting loved on and even decided to stay a bit later on our return day when she noticed we were coming home later than what I put on the Rover app. Most importantly, my house was exactly as I left it. I would highly recommend Rita and would definitely have her take care of my crazy boxers again💕

Sierra has been fantastic. My return home was delayed by inclement weather and I was so stressed about the wellbeing of my dog. Sierra was a huge help, fitting in extra check-ins last minute, and doing so much to keep Winnie safe and sound as I scrambled to get home from out of state. Her efforts and updates helped me feel less anxious.
We had the pleasure of working with Teresa (Tess) recently for house sitting. Starting from the meet and greet, Tess was really professional. She inquired about all the necessary details and was open to learning about our dog’s behavior and how to operate the e collar and remote. She even walked with our dog with us during the meet and greet. We loved that she had experience sitting a cane corso, as our dog is also a mastiff. During the house/dog sit, Tess walked our dog 2 times a day, sometimes more and provided extended walks. She sent us 2 updates a day with pics. She fed our dog the home made food we provided her, which required defrosting and heating up in the microwave. She was communicative when she had questions about our dog’s behavior. I’m so happy she did because we were able to explain that that the asked about behavior was playful and she had energy to let out in the backyard. Tess also was tested with a lot of wild life like possums, skunks, squirrels and cats on the walk, she handled all scenarios like a pro and kept all animals safe. She gave Guava cuddles and attention when our dog asked for it :) I highly recommend Tess and will continue booking services with her.
Ella was excellent! Our dog was shy getting to know her but she came for multiple walks prior to our trip so they could get to know each other. She was kind and patient each time letting our dog go at her own pace. Ella sent updates and pictures regularly to let us know things were going well with both animals and followed all our instructions. (I'm also pretty sure the house was cleaner than when we left as well!) We will absolutely be hiring Ella again in the future, thank you for your care!
