My name is Mandisa, I am a caring and compassionate Bay Area kinfolk. My dog recently transitioned after 14 years of lovely Boxer dog life. I decided this would be a great way to help others who might find themselves having a hard time finding a responsible person to love and care for their pets when they have the need to travel for work or for relaxation. I am available to board, drop in, walk dogs, take pups to the vet, or house sit depending on the needs of the client. I am very interested in helping urban farmers like myself. I always have lengthy conversations with pet owners including a site visit with the pet and parents. This helps to ensure that everyone is comfortable and the client/pet can see that my yard is fenced in the back and my home is ready for day visits. I am not doing much boarding these days because my Mom has a cat. Willing to consider it.

Mandisa was amazing with our 3 pups, from meeting them on their own different energy levels during the meet n greet, to making them as comfy and chill as possible in our absence. She handled meds no problem and sent us plenty of updates. Can't recommend Mandisa enough :)

Mandisa was incredibly helpful and so pleasant with both my pups. She was caring about my grief and offered to support in ways that also made the dogs feel ok about my not being home. Highly recommend.
Mandisa did a fantastic job looking after our dog, cats and home, and was great about checking in and providing updates while we were away. We look forward to having her housesit for us again!
Mandisa took great care of our little terrier, Luna (who can be a handful some times). I especially appreciated her responsiveness and professionalism throughout the process, which provided such peace of mind, and the notes she left afterward, which were super helpful for managing an issue Luna's been having lately, where she gets so excited by the neighborhood cats that she forgets to potty when you take her outside. Ah, terriers. We look forward to booking with Mandisa agin.

I am an Ethnic Studies professor transitionionng in to life insurance. I work from home and am available for at least two 30-minute dog walks per day. I am looking forward to providing great care for your beloved pet.
