About: I’ve taken care of my puppy and have experienced training him since he was 8 weeks old and now he’s over 2 years old and very energetic and playful. I’ve also taken care of my cat and experienced administering medications through injection and orally when he got really sick. He’s now 5 years old and thriving. We like to think we can be there for your loved fur-one when you need to go out of town or simply need a small break from your day-to-day routines. We are a family of fur-lovers and have a couple of years experience caring for dogs of all sizes and special needs. She pays attention to the little things too—where they’re walking, other dogs approaching, cleanup, respecting public spaces, and just being responsible overall. She took Anikah to Point Isabel already twice and I felt completely comfortable knowing she was with someone who actually understood her and wasn’t just going through the motions of a walk. She also went above and beyond by helping me think through Anikah’s needs long term, organize some of my priorities, and even referred me to another person she trusts when it made sense for timing and convenience. That told me a lot about her character and professionalism. I would highly recommend her without hesitation.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
