Xiao is legit. Professional, reliable, prompt, and very easy to communicate with. What stood out to me is that she does much more than just walk your dog. She understands dog behavior, energy, recall, leash handling, safety around other dogs, and how to read the environment while she’s out with them. She pays attention to the little things too—where they’re walking, other dogs approaching, cleanup, respecting public spaces, and just being responsible overall. She took Anikah to Point Isabel already twice and I felt completely comfortable knowing she was with someone who actually understood her and wasn’t just going through the motions of a walk. She also went above and beyond by helping me think through Anikah’s needs long term, organize some of my priorities, and even referred me to another person she trusts when it made sense for timing and convenience. That told me a lot about her character and professionalism. I would highly recommend her without hesitation.
