I've found there is less stress if they stay in their own familiar surroundings with your smells; especially if they are blind or deaf or have elderly med needs.. I still need to get my key back from Angela. I had asked her to contact me and set up a summary meeting on how Cooper did while I was gone, and we missed communicating with each other. She still had two dog walks scheduled when I got home, and we have not been able to communicate with each other to set up the summary meeting. I was using one walk for the summary. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
