About: I am a loving and friendly dog sitter! I grew up with two dogs, a poodle and a Chihuahua. My family currently has a bull terrier that I love very much. I also take care of my best friend's dog when she is out of town. I love dogs and going on walks so this combination is perfect for me. She was incredibly attentive, trustworthy, easy to work with, and most importantly, genuinely caring toward Mellow. We came home to a very happy, relaxed cat and a clean and organized home. Patti also thoughtfully kept an eye on the feral cats in our backyard and made sure their automatic feeder was refilled on time. Her rates are also reasonable, and she was incredibly accommodating with us. Since our stay was quite long and some dates fell under higher holiday rates, she kindly worked with us and adjusted the booking rates on her end, which we really appreciated. You can truly tell that Patti genuinely loves and cares about animals. We felt completely at ease knowing Mellow was with her, and we will absolutely be reaching out to her again in the future. Highly recommend!
Kira was great, she came over prior for a meet and greet, and a few days later did a visit with our dog. She followed directions perfectly and took our dog on a little walk while we were gone. She was communicative and you can tell she's seasoned in taking care of dogs. Would happily use her again.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
