She was incredibly attentive, trustworthy, easy to work with, and most importantly, genuinely caring toward Mellow. We came home to a very happy, relaxed cat and a clean and organized home. Patti also thoughtfully kept an eye on the feral cats in our backyard and made sure their automatic feeder was refilled on time. Since our stay was quite long and some dates fell under higher holiday rates, she kindly worked with us and adjusted the booking rates on her end, which we really appreciated. Kira was great, she came over prior for a meet and greet, and a few days later did a visit with our dog. She followed directions perfectly and took our dog on a little walk while we were gone. She was communicative and you can tell she's seasoned in taking care of dogs. Would happily use her again.
Irina was fantastic! She was patient and kind during our meet and greet while my senior dog, Kona, warmed up to her. Kona is new to the area, so it meant a lot to find someone who made her feel comfortable and cared for. I had long days at a company training, and I was so thankful knowing my girl was being looked after. Kona looked so happy in the photos Irina sent, and I really appreciated the peace of mind.
