“Deborah was incredible to work with. I can sing her so many praises because of how wonderful of a sitter she is. If you're considering Deobrah to watch your fur babies, don't wait any longer. She's fantastic! Deborah helped watch my cat for a week while I went out of town. She came before the actual start date to meet with family and our cat - this made leaving instructions behind so much easier and helped with nuances. Deborah sent us a pictures of our kitty and provided an update during each visit. Her updates were descriptive and very helpful! This was the highlight of our day while we were away. When our flight got cancelled and we had to be out of town another day, I reached out to Deborah for last minute help and asked if she could extend her visit with our cat by another day. She was so wonderful and agreed to the extra day. This was a huge relief for us. 100% would use Deborah again!”

About: During high school and college I worked both at a pet store (2years), a kennel (1year) and a vet clinic (4 years). During that time I would house sit, and do drop ins. I learned a lot about dog breeds, dog behavior, and general animal care. I can also care for birds, small mammals, reptiles and fish. I have personally owned at least 1 dog and 1 cat my whole life. Currently I own 1 of each. In my free time I love to go to Point Isabelle with my dog Pono, a French Bulldog. You can catch me out there at least 5 times a week walking my dog and loving on other dogs. I live in El Cerrito and work in Berkeley, so I spend about equal time in both areas. I currently WFH 3x week, so I can work animal care into my schedule. When I do go into work it is generally at my discretion so I am flexible. Loving care, based on your specifications. I do have a respectful 10 year old that I will likely bring with me. I would like to impart a sense of responsibility and work ethic.

About: I REALLY love dog. I've been a dog owner for over 20 years. I lost my last two dogs to cancer in 2017. I know how important dog walking is to pet owners. I walked my dogs everyday, sometime twice a day. I would love to fill the gap of dog walking in your home. I am available to walk part time and full time. I would prefer a set schedule. But I am open to drop in needs as well. I can work from your home. For over night stay, I have a back yard for dogs who need to be outside. I have a park around the corner from my house. If the dog is clean and house broken, they can stay in house

About: The experience I have is with my dogs I’ve take care of my one year old dog since she was a 3 months old, and I have another dog, he is one year old I’m currently available all the time, I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I’m available for boarding on weekdays after 8:30am to 2:30pm. It is the first time that I apply to take care of pets, however I can tell you how I take care of my dog. First I take her for a walk in the morning so she can do her needs, then I feed her and when she's done I play with her. then I give her dinner and take her out for a walk again. Most of the time I bath her myself and cut her nails, but every two or three months I take her to Petsmart to have her bathed, cut her hair and nails.

I’m experienced with using different leashes, dog sitting, walking, feeding and dog medicine. I have worked with many different breeds of dogs. I have worked with dogs who are of different ages and backgrounds. I have built connections not only with dogs but with their owners due to frequent and reoccurring walks. I know how to make dogs comfortable with me due to my positive, loving and energetic energy. I am always kind and attentive to the dogs I’m watching and walking because it matters to me how they feel even as animals. I graduated from college and am self employed so I have a lot more free time to tend to other animals other than my own. I always provide safe environments whether the animal is with me or I am at their home. I have a fence and an extra gate in my backyard. Please provide any safety mrasurments needed for your pet.
