About: I am a loving and friendly dog sitter! I grew up with two dogs, a poodle and a Chihuahua. My family currently has a bull terrier that I love very much. I also take care of my best friend's dog when she is out of town. I love dogs and going on walks so this combination is perfect for me. I am currently a nanny to one of nephews as needed but I am free every day during the summer to take care of your furry babies. I make sure I read their cues of needing water/food, when they need to pee/poop, when they're overstimulated, stressed, or happy. I also make sure to pet them and show them love by scratching them, patting them, and rubbing them. I also follow any schedule that is given to me to make sure they stick to their normal routine.

“Gian has been a life saver. We moved from out of state and no longer had sitters for my two pit mixes that they were comfortable around. On top of the general stigma around pit mixes, one of my dogs (Storm) is very finicky around new people and it takes her a while to build up trust and until she does, will nip if nervous in a situation if left to her own devices. Gian’s profile said he loved pitties and would work with aggressive dogs so we hoped he would have the patience with her because as soon as she is comfortable with someone, she, like most dogs, so seeet. As expected, Storm was nervous around a new face and took a couple of “practice” visits to be comfortable around Gian. The entire time Gian was patient and nonjudgmental which was huge for me because I get anxious about Storm and when I am nervous, she is more on edge. Gian worked with us and demonstrated his initiative nature around dogs and how he responded to Storm’s quirks to ensure he was safe but also that they were starting to build a trusting relationship. As I said, just a life saver. We all love our dogs and just want to trust that they are in the best hands when we need to leave town and Gian gives me that sense of comfort which is all I can ask for.”

About: My name is Mandisa, I am a caring and compassionate Bay Area kinfolk. My dog recently transitioned after 14 years of lovely Boxer dog life. I decided this would be a great way to help others who might find themselves having a hard time finding a responsible person to love and care for their pets when they have the need to travel for work or for relaxation. About: I live in El Sobrante (East Bay) and only do IN HOME CARE for dogs and sometimes cats. I've found there is less stress if they stay in their own familiar surroundings with your smells; especially if they are blind or deaf or have elderly med needs.. I also give medications and understand senior dog needs. My small Chihuahua SOPHIE comes with me and gets along with everyone. I am semi-retired and will attend to all your instructions, sleep with your baby if that is what is required. I specialize in small dogs but will consider anything, especially if you are in a bind and need someone ASAP. Call me and let's discuss your needs! Thank you. I'm semi-retired and usually available. “We had been looking for a dog walker for a while but after meeting Patti we found exactly what we wanted. She is very friendly, trustworthy and dependable. Patti was thorough on making sure our dogs were cared for in case of an emergency by asking for vet information and emergency vet contacts. On our first trial session with Patti one of our dogs was sprayed by a skunk the nite before and we did our best to remove the skunk smell but it still had a strong oder that lingered. Patti was understanding of the situation and managed to still help us out and walked and feed our pups! We are so grateful and appreciative of her help. She even was kind enough to bring in our packages left at our door. She was on time and was able to manage walking both our Alaskan Huskies! Patti has all the attributes you would want in someone to take care of your fur family members. We highly recommended Patti!”

About: I grew up in a large family of animal lovers, we've always had more pets than grandchildren! I've taken care of my own and other family and friend's pets, walking, bathing, and house sitting puppies to senior dogs. I have a set schedule of Homecare clients, so I'm available consistently to care for your darlings, but can work in mornings too when needed! I care for every pet as family and stick to the routines their owner and I discuss. I make sure pets are fed and walked on schedule and tired them out with play and activities before they end their day. I can also give medications if needed. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and keep pets comfortable by maintaining their normal routine. I also keep the environment clean and safe and send regular photo and message updates so owners feel reassured while they’re away. My goal is to make pets feel happy, safe, and well cared for while keeping their owners informed and confident in the care their pet is receiving.

About: I am mostly experienced with dogs from small to big. I have a 10 year old english bully of my own that currently stays with my family while I’m in school. My dog is high-maintenance due to his breed so I’m used to putting in TLC when it comes to fur bebes. I also am a regular dog-sitter for my friend’s reactive red-nose pitbull who is a rescue, so I am great at redirecting. I have experience dog-sitting larger dogs as well! I am currently a full-time student and am looking for work to fill my gap days within the week. My school schedule is fixed, so I am looking to fill my schedule with paid tasks that are not too time consuming & can promote outdoor activities and light exercise. As long as your fur babes have a routine they’re comfortable with, I’m poor than happy to adapt to their needs whether it’s crate-training etc.

About: I've had dogs, cats and rabbits (plus a few hamsters) my entire life. I am good at tracking down lost tennis balls at the dog park & playing with cat dancer I'm working freelance so have a lot of flexibility. My dog takes me to Point Isabel every day. I also live with 2 cats and 3 rabbits. Consistency is so important for animals. I love detailed instructions for pets that require meds or have other health issues. Since I'm so attached to my pets, I understand how attached you are to yours.

About: I have had dogs since I was 12 years old from small shih tzu breeds to tibetan mastiff‘s. I currently have two Alaskan Huskies and they love playing with other dogs and enjoy having dogs come over and play. I want to open our home to help out our community by taking care of other dogs that need caring for while their families are away on vacation or whatever the occasion is. Taking care of your dog or dogs would fit in with playtime with my dogs as well as going on walks twice a day around our neighborhood as well and trips to the dog park and visiting Pinole Pier trails. I have a fenced in yard and doggy doors that allow the dogs full access to inside the house. I don’t allow our dogs on the furniture but have many doggy beds all over the house so that the dogs have comfortable places to come hangout in and be in the same room as me and my wife.

My senior cat, Juliet, who only likes me and my daughter, actually came out to say hi to Patricia! She truly is a cat person and will take good care of your fur babies. About: I got my first dog when I was 20, now I'm on my 3rd and 4th dog and I've loved every minute of it, got them since they were young puppies and if it were up to me I would have all the dogs, but since I can't I'd love to care for yours and love them like they're mine. Your dog won't regret coming to us! Both my husband and I work from home and we have family who help us at home as well. Your pets will never be alone for extended periods of time, they'll become one of us. Your pets would have company all day long, lots of potty breaks, two doggy friends to play with, a fenced yard to burn some energy and will be part of our family while they're here with us and anything else they might need.
