Hi there! My name is Lauren. I have 11 years of pet care experience, along with 2 years of professional pet care experience through a boutique pet care company. During that time, I received training in pet care, first aid, and canine CPR, and gained hands-on experience caring for dogs and cats with a variety of personalities, needs, and routines. My soul-dog, Buster, was by my side for 11 wonderful years before sadly passing away in 2025. I’ve missed having that special furry companionship in my life ever since, and caring for dogs is something that brings me so much joy. I’m excited to provide the same love, patience, and attentive care to your pets that I’ve always given my own.

Lauren took fantastic care of my senior pup, and I could not recommend her highly enough. She provided regular updates throughout the day, was contentious to his needs and made sure he was so comfortable. He was always so happy to see her!

I'm currently working towards my Masters Degree in Social Work, which is fully remote, meaning I am home 7 days a week to take care of your pet.

Safety, trust & environment
I take pride in providing a safe, clean, and comfortable environment where pets can feel relaxed and at home. My apartment is very pet-friendly, with plenty of nearby flat, open green space for walks, playtime, and fresh air. I’m meticulous about keeping food and water bowls clean and ensuring pets always have fresh water. I’m also very attentive to each pet parent’s instructions and routines, and I’m comfortable administering medication when needed. I have experience caring for puppies and senior dogs, and understand that every dog has their own personality, comfort level, and needs, including dogs who may experience anxiety.
A typical day
A typical day will include plenty of walks, playtime, and cuddles based on your pet's personality and energy level. We can explore the neighborhood, enjoy the nearby park and green spaces, or relax together. I’m happy to follow your pet’s usual routine so their time with me feels comfortable.
