About: I've been a dedicated dog mom for over 12 years, caring for my small senior dog. From daily walks and customized meal prep to staying on top of vet visits and medications, I understand the importance of consistent, loving care especially for older dogs who need a little extra attention. Whether it’s a quick drop in or a long walk, I treat every dog like my own: with patience, safety, and lots of affection. I’m especially comfortable with small breeds, senior pups, and dogs with routine based needs. P.S. I am also a photographer and would love to photograph you and your fur baby. I have a few other side gigs, so my availability for drop ins is usually best in the mornings or late evenings after I finish my other work. If you can give me at least 5 days’ notice, I’m happy to plan my schedule around your drop-in needs. I’m also available for overnight stays on the 4th of July; however, my own dog would need to be allowed to stay as well. I’m happy to share more details in person! I have a fenced yard at home for my dog, but I’m currently not offering pet sitting at my place. For overnight stays, I would come to your home and bring my small, super chill senior dog with me. He gets along well with other dogs as long as they’re not aggressive or invading his personal space.
“Nastasia was truly a life saver when it came to watching my doggo over the holidays! My dog can be a little anxious around people, but Nastasia was patient and loving towards her! She gave great updates and prompt communication throughout the stay. I will would definitely book her again!”

About: I have a lot of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I’ve worked closely with puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with disabilities, so I’m comfortable adjusting care to meet each dog’s unique needs. Whether it’s high-energy play, gentle walks, medication routines, or extra patience and reassurance, I make sure every dog feels safe, loved, and cared for. I treat every dog like my own and focus on creating a calm, happy experience while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, and I’m able to be flexible with scheduling. I make time for feeding, walks, playtime, and check-ins, and I’m happy to follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible. I prioritize consistency and communication so your pet feels comfortable and cared for while you’re away. I always focus on creating a safe, calm, and clean environment for every pet in my care. I carefully follow instructions regarding feeding, medications, routines, and boundaries. I pay close attention to behavior and comfort levels and adjust care as needed, especially for senior pets or those with special needs. Your pet’s safety and well-being are always my top priority, and I treat every home and pet with respect.
About: I have always been a huge fan of animals, ever since I was a child. My family has had many dogs throughout the years, as well as cats, reptiles, and even fish at a time. I am very social and respectful of both the owners and the pets, and am looking to help however I can. I just graduated university so I have a lot of free time on my hands and am happy to housesit or take care of pets whenever works best for the owners. A proper balance of love, play, and respect. I make sure my pets know they are loved and cared for, and play with them if they want and let them rest if needed. I am happy to take pets on walks or follow certain procedures or training in order to maintain routine for the pets if necessary as well.
About: I've been living with pets since I was a baby and since then have taken on a large role in their care. I love going on walks and taking pups to experience the outside world. I've been petsitting for family, friends and neighbors for about 8 years now and I'm so excited to meet your furry friends! I am currently enrolled in a Community College Class at BCC which is on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-4:15. Other than that I am free to spend all my time with your pets! I will keep a keen eye on your pets and I am very good at assuring doors are closed and food is put away (my dog has been know to steal things from the counters and try to escape so I'm used to lil rascals).
About: I’ve had experience with dogs and cats I’m very familiar with taking care of them and walking them making sure they are okay and what they need. I am currently a college student i work part time I am available weekdays like Tuesdays through Fridays and weekends from 2pm up until 6pm. I have a yard for my dog and my cats are indoor in which they are used to staying in and as for my dog he only goes to the yard to play and goes right back inside.
“Emily is an amazing pet caregiver! We were out of town for a week and Emily took care of our dear cat who is not the friendliest to strangers. The multiple photos and videos Emily sent every day gave us great peace of mind. Would highly recommend Emily!”

About: I’ve loved dogs as long as I can remember. Caring for your dog will be my number one priority when you select me for your service. I enjoy walks myself and adding a fury friend just makes it better! I can visit your pet in the morning and at night before and after work. Happy to feed them and care for them however you need. I prefer to do drop ins and walks for your dog at your house while you’re away. As long as you need help, I’ll be here for your dog.
“Tanze took great care of our little one! She was so patient during the meet and greet so our kitty could warm up to her. She sent us lovely photos and updates, and gave our kitty all the love and attention she needed while we were away. We're looking forward to working with Tanze again!”

“Sandrine was an exceptional caretaker for our older cat, Henry. She accepted our request on very short notice, was so nice, and did an amazing job following through on everything. She sent great updates and pictures each day, and it was comforting knowing our cat was in such good hands. She's exactly what you'd want in someone caring for your pet. We'll absolutely be hoping to have her watch our cat the next time we're out of town!”

About: I am a lifelong animal lover who truly sees pets as members of the family. I have cared for both dogs and cats my entire life and have experience adopting and supporting senior dogs with more specialized needs. Over the years, I have worked with pets of varying temperaments, energy levels, and routines, and I pride myself on being patient, attentive, and adaptable to each pet’s unique care requirements. I am highly attentive to behavior cues, daily rhythms, and health needs, always prioritizing your pet’s comfort, safety, and overall well-being while you are away. I recently moved to Berkeley from Cleveland, Ohio, and have been enjoying exploring the area and taking long daily walks with my dog. Whether it’s daily walks, drop-in visits, or overnight care, I am committed to providing dependable, loving care and giving your pet the attention and patience they deserve. I work from home on East Coast hours, which gives me open availability in the afternoons and evenings, along with the flexibility to provide care throughout the day. Because my schedule isn’t rigid, I’m able to accommodate walks, drop-in visits, feedings, and check-ins that fit your pet’s routine, not just mine. I also have a dog of my own, so daily walks, playtime, and outdoor time are already built into my routine. We get out for longer walks or hikes at least 1–2 times a week, and I live an active, pet-centered lifestyle. This makes it easy for me to naturally incorporate your pet into my day and give them consistent attention, movement, and care. Creating a safe, calm, and trustworthy environment is incredibly important to me. If your dog is friendly with other pets, they are more than welcome in my home! I’m also happy to offer overnight stays at yours. At home, I have an extremely friendly (one eyed!) mini goldendoodle named Flora–she truly gets along with everyone and avoids conflict at all costs. I also have two cats, Sunny and Matilda, who are accustomed to having dogs around. They’re calm and easygoing, and will simply find a cozy hiding spot if they ever feel unsure. My goal is always to make sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and at ease while in my care!
About: For the past 30 years I have been a champion of animal protection, a professional animal care specialist, and an international animal rescuer with a background in holistic pet care. I started my petcare business in 2003 called Royal Pets Holistic Care. Aside from exercise, feeding, grooming, I provide comprehensive holistic care and wellness education. My motto is “We treat your pets like Royalty because they deserve the Royal Pampering.” The mission is to restore our original Harmony and deep Connection between nature and humans. This is achieved through providing holistic wellness care services. Specialized Care for: Pets with a history of abuse or trauma Shy and anxious temperaments International Rescued dogs Hospice, chronically ill, or has medical condition Misunderstood behaviors labeled as not obedient or well behaved Geriatric older pets ESA training and certification for Emotional Support Animals Holistic wellness petcare education 🐱🐶🐾 🚑 Animal Medical Fund: I donate emergency medical funds at an animal sanctuary/veterinary clinic in India, which is the Mother Theresa orphanage for street outcasts: the sick, elderly, disabled, dying, and rejected dogs and cats in villages. Anyone wanting to sponsor or even adopt, please let me know!! Indian Pariah dogs have ancient genes of longevity back to the Ice Age, so more years of love with your furbaby. They are athletic, resilient, and have super high intelligence. My Snoopy is a Pariah (ancient Indian dog breed) from the Andamans Islands, India. Animal Whisperer: My personal story of how I became an animal whisperer begins with my own petchildren. I would be happy to tell you how I rescued ESA extraordinaire Snoopy from the Andamans Islands. But Summer, my eldest petchild trained me to be an Animal Whisperer so I could be a better caretaker for her. I rescued her from a euthanasia list by “a mistaken record,” but later I learned she was a truly “unadoptable” pet due to her severe Post Traumatic Stress disorder symptoms. She always hid underneath covers and never moved. I had to learn how to "speak Dog" to connect with my autistic petchild who never engaged with the world. You can see her laying in my arms in my bio photo. She was my greatest teacher about Love because she was so vulnerable. Animal Rescue: I volunteered for the SPCA Feral Cat Team TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) program rescuing and socializing feral cats and finding homes for them. I focus on helping India with their spay/neuter and medical care for street dogs. I coordinated TNR in rural villages and in the Andaman Islands, where my dog Snoopy is from. I coordinated animal rescue for several natural disasters. I have rescued many animals in my lifetime, both dogs and cats, and shared photos in my gallery. Holistic Care: What is it? Holistic Care is about being attuned to the individual needs of each animal. I have 25 years of experience as a Wellness Professional. I help humans and animals to Thrive with healthy lifestyle, harmonious relationships and spiritual wellbeing. I attune to each individual animal’s needs through my honed Animal Whispering skills. I am currently switching focus from medical care for humans back to holistic animal care so I have plenty of time to spend with your pet. I am available 7 days a week and weekends. I spend time with your pet observing their personality and getting to know their personality traits. I am fun and play with them a lot. I give them lots of physical affection and I talk to them like they are human. I listen to what they tell me. I have honed animal communication skills from my many years of both rescuing and rehabilitating animals, and as a professional pet sitter/dog walker. I am gentle yet firm when setting boundaries. My philosophy for building trust and safety is being highly attuned to animals and respond to their cues. I make sure to know what the pets' triggers are and provide them with a safe and loving environment, avoiding their triggers as much as possible and being the strong leader of the pack when necessary to create space and strong boundaries.
About: I've loved dogs since I was a little girl. I raised my gorgeous soul dog, Maui, from 4 weeks old. I am the designated dog sitter for all of my family and friends. And I regularly care for and exercise my parents' beautiful husky/pitbull/doberman mix, Kona. We've raised her since she was 9 weeks and she is now 2 years old! We love cuddling, playing with stuffies and walking on leash and off leash all over the East Bay. Our favorite walking locations are Blake Garden, Point Isabel and Point Pinole. Rover is my main job so I am available Sunday- Monday, 24 hours a day available to board, walk and drop-in on your precious fur babies. I live in an apartment in a beautiful calm, quiet neighborhood with plenty of space to go on outdoor adventures. I have no pets in my home currently but could easily arrange a playdate with my family dog Kona if interested.
“Rong is fantastic! She’s taken care of my kitty a couple of times now and always does a great job. She’s been super accommodating to last minute schedule changes, and is always kind and thorough. My cat loves her and I feel so much better leaving knowing Rong is watching her!”
