“From the moment that Kaycee interacted with my dog (Pinot) and cat (Kiko) during our meet and greet, I knew I was leaving my pet family in the right hands. I was gone for 5 days and I really appreciated the daily updates with photos. Pinot gets anxious around other people or when I'm away and you could see in the photos that she was comfortable and not stressed! Part of Pinot's anxiety is she will eat very little and Kaycee was sure to inform me about how much food was gone each day. She also tried to keep their routines to reduce the stress on all the pets. It really helped me not worry about being away from my pets. She also went above and beyond when my cat was possibly stuck behind the washer/dryer and she called me and tried to help get her out. And she also wheeled my trashcans in/out on trash day! It was my first time using Rover (I usually use family or friends but I moved away from them) and Kaycee made my first Rover experience great! Kaycee is so great that I am going to book her for my next 2 upcoming trips!”

“Darla has been dog walking and dog & cat sitting for us for just about a year. It is great to have someone we know we can depend on and trust with our pets and our home. Both of our dogs are rescues, and they each have their own behavioral challenges. Our 65 lb. dog, Honey, is reactive to dogs, anything with wheels, running, screaming, big trucks, etc. Because of Honey’s size plus the reactivity, she needs to have a dog walker who can control her and we wanted someone willing to use counter-conditioning (positive association) training. Darla has been on board with the training since day 1, and has taught us some training techniques along the way – which is great. There’s no one else that we would have walk or pet sit for Honey at this time. Our 15 lb. dog, Ruby, was a stray living on the streets and didn’t like people much when we adopted her. Ruby now loves people and being pet, and we’re certain that Darla has played a role in that. Darla has a background working as a vet tech, and that I think helps her be that much more attuned to our pets’ well-being and happiness. She’s even been able to give us unofficial advice/affirmation when Ruby had a minor injury (not during her stay). Since we both work outside the home to varying amounts, we currently have Darla walk both our dogs twice a week. We have changed vacation dates to ensure she’s the one to care for our pets while we’re away, she’s just that great. Darla is also willing to care for our house plants, and always manages to leave our house and yard cleaner than we left them. Darla goes above and beyond when pet sitting, is incredibly courteous and conscientious, and the dogs adore her – we cannot recommend Darla enough!”

“Our pets (dogs, parrots, hens) LOVED Ciara. She was responsive, attentive and very loving to our fur/feather babies. She stayed in our home for two weeks and we came back to find everything tidy and everyone happy. She and her boyfriend, Zack (also listed with Rover), even handled some minor emergencies (dog diarrhea and broken irrigation) as well as we would or could have. They are really a spectacular team and we can't believe our luck at having found them (thanks to Rover!) They even gave us rides to and from the airport. Ciara is absolutely cut out for this type of job.”

“Nicoletta was amazing. She stayed in our house for a weekend we were traveling and took care of our 3 furbabies--1 very energetic dog and 2 kitty cats. We were so happy to see pictures all weekend that she sent of the babies playing and having adventures. She was also careful to check on us for extra details and our itinerary to see if she would be needed due to delays and what not. We returned to a clean house and very happy pets. We will definitely be rebooking in the future :)”
