Gentle Care You Can Rely On
Hi, I'm Jeesoo, and you can call me Jamie. My husband and I recently relocated to Concord, near the Contra Costa Canal Trail and Heather Farm Park, and I’m currently welcoming new clients at introductory rates for my first few clients on the Rover platform. Working from home allows me to be present throughout the day, giving your pet plenty of attention and care. Only one guest is hosted at a time so they can fully relax and feel at home. The environment is quiet and cozy, where they can nap wherever they like, follow me around, play, and settle into their own rhythm. I pay close attention to their body language, take the time to learn what helps them feel safe and comfortable, and adapt to their energy whether they’re playful, relaxed, or a little shy. I understand it’s not easy to be away from your pet, so I’ll keep you updated with regular photos and messages, so you always know they’re safe, happy, and in caring hands. In addition to dogs and cats, I have experience caring for turtles, hamsters, and birds. I’m also happy to care for other animals, such as bunnies, geckos, and small snakes. I’m looking forward to meeting your companion and building a special bond together. Oh, and if your little buddy prefers a bilingual person, I can chat with them in Korean too 😉

Ratings and reviews
Jaimie treated Pepper like her own! Her attention to detail is amazing—she even took notes during our meet and greet to make sure she didn't miss a thing. The updates and pictures she sent yesterday kept us smiling and totally at ease. Pepper was so happy! We will definitely be booking Jaimie again💖

I had a last-minute photoshoot, and I needed someone to watch my dog at the last minute. Jamie did not hesitate. She asked a few follow-up questions and was eager to meet us the next day. I truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Jamie. It was such a relief knowing Kaia was in such loving and capable hands. As a dog owner, it means everything to have someone you trust completely with your pup, and Jamie really gave me that peace of mind. She kept me updated with a ton of photos, which let me know Kaia was happy, safe, and well cared for. Finding someone this reliable, kind, and genuinely caring is rare. If you’re looking for someone to watch your dog and treat them with love and attention, look no further than Jamie.

Jeesoo took such good care of my dog Simba. She’s small and can be a bit scared around new people and environments, so I was worried, but Jamie was very gentle with her and cared for her like she was her own. She sent updates, and I could tell Simba was relaxed and having a good time, which made it easy to enjoy my trip without worrying. She’s really kind, and I’d happily leave my dog with her again.
Jamie didn’t just take care of my dog, she somehow outperformed me as my dog’s photographer too. She sent a photo that ended up being my favorite picture of my puppy. I literally printed it. On top of that, she’s easy to work with and reliable. Would book again.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
- Your furry friend is never left unattended, as their safety and comfort are my highest priorities. - During walks, leashes and harnesses are triple-checked, with pace adjusted to their comfort. - Fresh water, meals, and treats are provided as instructed. - Care instructions are followed closely during drop-in visits and playtime. - Close attention is given to any signs of stress, discomfort, or health concerns. - A clean, safe, and pet-friendly environment is maintained at all times. - Regular updates, photos, and messages keep you connected and reassured while you’re away. - I have a small, palm-sized turtle who stays in her home. (Rover only offers “dog” or “cat” when asking about a sitter’s pets, so I had to select “no pets,” but I do have a cute mini turtle who’s a bit shy.)
A typical day
I’ll ask about their preferences and plan activities that match what they enjoy. This could include walks, playtime with toys or tug games, short breaks for snacks or cuddles, and just relaxing together.
