“Wow, I’m glad we found Mike! First, he was extremely responsive. When we messaged looking for boarding for our dog in about a weeks time, he replied quickly and set up a meet and greet for the next day. He replied quickly to all our messages bout logistics. Second, he has a great combination of attentiveness and no-stress. He asked all the usual questions about our dog, and wanted to get to know her needs. When meeting Bowie for the first time, he read he body language as other dogs went by and even guessed “she isn’t been to this park before, right?” Which was true. Our dog isn’t used to socializing much with other dogs, so we were a little nervous about leaving her with another dog in the house. But Mike was very relaxed and confident about it, without being minimizing. We could tell that he reads dogs carefully and knows his dog well which made us feel comfortable that he could manage the two dogs interactions well. Finally, Bowie clearly had fun! We got some great pictures of her on hikes, lounging in the yard, and napping on the couch - her kind of vacation! My only hesitation in leaving a positive review is that other people might snag the future dates we want for boarding 😁”

He was very communicative both during our meet and greet as well as during their first stay with him. I had to find a sitter on extreme short notice and I was so thrilled that Chawntea was willing to accept my pup with less than 12 hours notice and for a 13 day stay while I was out of the country. About: We always had pets while I was growing up, mostly dogs and cats. I first adopted a dog on my own when I was in my early 20s, a beautiful chocolate lab named Riley. When I got engaged to be married, we rescued a small dog, Niko - our first baby. Niko sadly passed away in 2023 at the age of 17. She is greatly missed. In more recent years we brought Huckleberry into the family as a small puppy. He is a wonderful Great Pyrenees/Border Collie mix. He was Niko's best friends. We have always had pets; dogs, cats, birds, rats, etc. I am recently divorced and missing being around Huckleberry every day, and I would love to meet your beloved pet and would enjoy a check-in or a walk. I am currently doing consulting for a variety of companies in the medical technology space, providing me plenty of time to hang out with your dogs. Weekend days are the most wide-open, but during the week I also have plenty of time each day. I cannot host pets in my home and am available to drop-in and pick up dogs for walks from a client's home. Any care during a check-in or walk would be through gentle care and support, and hopefully some fun for all. I will talk with the client about any specific needs and requests.

About: My life has always been my dogs. I have been taking care of dogs and other pets my entire life and it's truly my life's purpose. I have experience with all breeds especially elderly chihuahuas and timid breeds. No breed is too difficult for me. They get daily walks and 2-3 hiking adventures a week. They are very different temperaments and energy so I am used to tailoring their exercise routine accordingly. We needed someone to watch him for a few hours over three consecutive days while we had construction happening at our house and my husband and I had unusual work schedules, and they were incredibly flexible and accommodating throughout the whole thing. Poe clearly had the best time staying with them: playing in their backyard, going on walks, and spending time with their family and kids. We have a baby on the way, so it was especially nice knowing he was getting some positive time around younger kids, and Lisa and Cameron said he did great with them. They also sent us adorable photos and videos every day, which we loved. Poe came home happy, tired, and ready for a very good sleep after getting so much attention and exercise! This was our first time having Lisa and Cameron watch Poe, but we would absolutely book with them again. They are such warm, friendly people and clearly great with dogs. I have a school pickup around 3:00 PM, and my 6-year-old is home with me afterward. For boarding and daycare, I’m therefore best suited for dogs who are comfortable and gentle around children. I’m happy to work with each pet’s normal routine and adjust walks, meals, potty breaks, and playtime as needed. I take safety and consistency seriously and always follow each owner’s instructions as closely as possible. In my home, I make sure pets are supervised, comfortable, and given a routine that feels familiar to them. I’m careful with doors, entrances, leashes, feeding instructions, and anything else that could affect their safety. Since I have a 6-year-old child at home, I only accept dogs for boarding or daycare who are comfortable and safe around children. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow the pet’s established routine, including feeding, potty breaks, walks, medications if needed, and any house-specific instructions. I also make sure doors and entry points are secure before I leave.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life, including my sweet lab/German shepherd mix, Layla, who we lost to cancer 3 years ago. Right now, we have a rescued cat and a 1-year-old pup staying with family back in Las Vegas. We were previously homeowners who rented often and managed multiple properties, so we know how important it is to treat others' home like (if not better!) than your own. We will care for your pets in your home as you prefer, and are comfortable with crates, walks, light training, etc.

About: I raised my own dog from the time he was just 2 months old for about seven years, so I have firsthand experience caring for a dog through puppyhood and adulthood. When I moved to the U.S., I had to say goodbye to him, but my love for dogs has always stayed with me. Through those years, I became very familiar with the daily responsibilities of dog care, including feeding, walking, playtime, potty routines, bathing, and giving plenty of attention and affection. I also understand that every dog has their own personality, energy level, and comfort zone. I’m patient, attentive, and careful about following each owner’s instructions and keeping their pet’s routine as consistent as possible. Safety and comfort are always my priorities. For walks and drop-in visits, I’ll keep you updated and send photos so you can feel confident that your dog is happy, safe, and well cared for while you’re away. I’m available Monday through Friday, generally from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and my schedule is fairly flexible. Saturday availability may also be possible depending on the week. I have a school pickup around 3:00 PM, and my 6-year-old is home with me afterward. For boarding and daycare, I’m therefore best suited for dogs who are comfortable and gentle around children. I’m happy to work with each pet’s normal routine and adjust walks, meals, potty breaks, and playtime as needed. I take safety and consistency seriously and always follow each owner’s instructions as closely as possible. In my home, I make sure pets are supervised, comfortable, and given a routine that feels familiar to them. I’m careful with doors, entrances, leashes, feeding instructions, and anything else that could affect their safety. Since I have a 6-year-old child at home, I only accept dogs for boarding or daycare who are comfortable and safe around children. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow the pet’s established routine, including feeding, potty breaks, walks, medications if needed, and any house-specific instructions. I also make sure doors and entry points are secure before I leave.
About: We always had pets while I was growing up, mostly dogs and cats. I first adopted a dog on my own when I was in my early 20s, a beautiful chocolate lab named Riley. When I got engaged to be married, we rescued a small dog, Niko - our first baby. Niko sadly passed away in 2023 at the age of 17. She is greatly missed. In more recent years we brought Huckleberry into the family as a small puppy. He is a wonderful Great Pyrenees/Border Collie mix. He was Niko's best friends. We have always had pets; dogs, cats, birds, rats, etc. I am recently divorced and missing being around Huckleberry every day, and I would love to meet your beloved pet and would enjoy a check-in or a walk. I am currently doing consulting for a variety of companies in the medical technology space, providing me plenty of time to hang out with your dogs. Weekend days are the most wide-open, but during the week I also have plenty of time each day. I cannot host pets in my home and am available to drop-in and pick up dogs for walks from a client's home. Any care during a check-in or walk would be through gentle care and support, and hopefully some fun for all. I will talk with the client about any specific needs and requests.
About: I found my kitten when he was two days old next to a tire in a parking lot - brought him home and had to bottle feed him every 2 hours. He’s now thriving over 4 months old! I also used to have a senior dog a couple of years ago (he passed at 17) who was in diapers, blind, and couldn’t really hear. I have experience with big dogs too (such as german shepherds). I’m a student and I’m currently taking online classes, so I have a good amount of free time, and would be more than happy to take care of your pets :) I don’t offer services in my own home, however, when pet sitting in yours, they will be watched closely and with much care! Your pet is the #1 priority.

About: We adore animals of all kinds. We have hardwood floors for accidents, and filtered water. We have a fenced yard for running around with our kids and potty, always allow indoor access, and we don’t leave your pet alone. James has volunteered at the Dog Shelter for years, has CPR/Rescue training(for humans) and an understanding of CPR and first aid for dogs. After many years of dog sitting, we've welcomed a variety of different dogs (around 50+ at last count) into our home. We have administered eye creams, injections, and many other medicines. We don't clip nails. We are happy to send pictures and videos and even facetime or video chat by request. James works from home, and we typically go for two walks a day so we are always happy to have a guest pet with us. We have thoughtfully organized our home to avoid dangerous substances, escape issues, and to ensure maximum joy and safety! We would love to give you a tour during a meet and greet.

“Wow, I’m glad we found Mike! First, he was extremely responsive. When we messaged looking for boarding for our dog in about a weeks time, he replied quickly and set up a meet and greet for the next day. He replied quickly to all our messages bout logistics. Second, he has a great combination of attentiveness and no-stress. He asked all the usual questions about our dog, and wanted to get to know her needs. When meeting Bowie for the first time, he read he body language as other dogs went by and even guessed “she isn’t been to this park before, right?” Which was true. Our dog isn’t used to socializing much with other dogs, so we were a little nervous about leaving her with another dog in the house. But Mike was very relaxed and confident about it, without being minimizing. We could tell that he reads dogs carefully and knows his dog well which made us feel comfortable that he could manage the two dogs interactions well. Finally, Bowie clearly had fun! We got some great pictures of her on hikes, lounging in the yard, and napping on the couch - her kind of vacation! My only hesitation in leaving a positive review is that other people might snag the future dates we want for boarding 😁”

Despite the rough weather, we got excellent updates throughout our trip and fabulous photos to reassure us that our fur-baby was in great hands.
