“Looks like Georgie had a great time! He’s sound asleep! Would definitely board with Ulunma again. Great communicator; dependable; kept Georgie an additional night at last minute. She sent me adorable pictures while I was away.”

About: I have 2 cats and sit for family/friends pets often. I can follow specific instructions well, and am well equipped to handle most animals. I am a high school student on summer break, and have a relatively flexible schedule to cater to any specific needs a pet could have. I care for pets in my home however comfortable they are. I let them adjust to a new setting, and giving them as much love and attention as they can tolerate.
“Ying is a wonderful dog sitter. She took care of our 75lbs Shepard mix and sent us fun photos and generally cared about his well being. We hope she’s available the next time we need a sitter!”

“Maria and Kevan are wonderful!! They made our dog feel at home and I love all the photo updates I get from them. They’re very sweet and kind and I would definitely recommend them to any pup.”

About: I’d love to care for and walk your pets. Dog park romps, petting sessions, and snuggling provided. I care for them in my home or drop into your home as needed. Experience with large animals, geriatric and young animals. If you are traveling and need a reliable, fun, experienced sitter for your pets, I’d be happy to do a meet and greet and meet you and your pets. I have a 6year old neutered male Australian Sheppard and a 2 year old indoor/outdoor cat. Both are amenable to sharing their space with new furry friends. I'm an active retiree so I have plenty of time for your furry family members. My dog loves to play with new furry friends or chill and give them space. I have a fenced yard and dog door for in and out privileges. I accept dogs that are crated at night or free roaming. Home is well suited to pets.
“If I could give Kelly SIX or SEVEN stars, I would! Our dog absolutely loves her. Her attention to detail, caring demeanor and genuine love for dogs shines through in everything she does. Her philosophy is that a stay at her house is like a vacation for our puppy, too. She is the best.”

“It’s the second time we’ve used Michael, and he’s been terrific. He’s super responsive and provides lots of updates. Plus, the dogs always come back happy. Thanks for everything Michael. Ivy and Jake are looking forward to coming back!”

“Judith is an awesome sitter with a great set up for dogs in her home/yard. She’s been so accommodating and has reduced the stress of my dog sitting needs!! Thanks so much Judith!”

“Chad is wonderful with my Benny. When I leave Benny in his care I know that Benny has a great time and is well looked after because he sends me picture/video updates. Benny is always wagging his tail when he sees Chad. I will continue to book Chad.”

“James and family were fantastic. James is very good with dogs and Bob seemed to bond with him immediately, so I felt very comfortable leaving him. James made sure to text me if he had a question and he sent me picture updates at the end of each day. I will certainly ask James to watch Bob again. Thanks, Tim”

About: I have over 30 years of experience caring for animals, including dogs, cats, and rabbits. I'm currently a stay-at-home mom of 2 (ages 3 & 6) with a very open schedule that allows me to go above and beyond for my furry friends! Our home offers a luxurious 3600sf of comfy indoor space, 3 wraparound view decks for birdwatching, sunbathing and cooling off (dogs welcome in our kiddie pool!), and a fully fenced backyard for sniffs and exploration. We're currently a pet free household and only accept one client at a time to ensure your pet has our full attention, a true vacation experience, and LOTS of love. My husband and I are both experienced caregivers of puppies, senior dogs, brachycephalic breeds, and dogs with special needs. Our kids love animals and are eager to help with feedings, walks, games and snuggles, but also know when to step back and give our furry friends space and peace. I'm an avid hiker, gardener, and nature lover, so if your dog loves to hit the trail and go on adventures, I'm always looking for a side kick! Or, if your pup just likes to chill and snack, I get that too, and I'm here for it ☺️ Looking forward to connecting! I generally don't have a schedule. This means that instead of fitting your dog's needs into my schedule, I create a schedule around your dog! Your dog will be treated like an honorable guest and loved like a member of our family. Safety is always our number one priority, and as such your pet will always be closely supervised, protected and guarded from dangers. Because we have young children, all dangerous household items are always locked away. As a gardener, I'm cognizant of what plants are toxic vs edible and will always keep an eye on your pet to ensure they're not getting into anything dangerous. If I bring your dog on adventures or errands, they will always stay right by my side and will never be left in a car, tied up, or in any other unsafe situation. And lastly, we take "gentle hands" and respecting animals VERY seriously in our household, so even our most fragile senior guests can enjoy a peaceful, relaxing stay.
“Jenni’s was amazing with Saint! She was very easy to communicate with and kept me updated about Saints stay. I am so grateful for her. Saint had the best time and I will forever rebook with her. Thank you so much!”

“Our dog absolutely loved staying with Kate, Chris, and their family! They have a great backyard and gave her lots of hikes, playtime, and snuggles. We are so happy that our dog was treated like family while we were away.”

“Madeleine was great with my dog Julio! She took our very last minute request and was very responsive. She gave updates and photos each day, which put me at ease since Julio is a high anxiety dog. I would definitely book her again!”

“Meera was such an awesome sitter for our Bubba! She had him for 3 days and each day she provided us with pictures and videos of him playing with her sweet dog Riley as well as an update about their days adventures. We will definitely be working with Meera again if we are ever out of town!”

“Chawntea is amazing! Bear was well taken care of and she sent many pictures and videos of him so I could see how much fun he was having. Definitely recommend!”

“This was Rocco's second stay with Jeff and family. He recognized where we were as soon as we started walking to the door and got really excited. They are so great with Rocco, give him lots of attention, take him on off-leash walks, and generally spoil him. We are already planning his next stay.”

“Kit was an excellent cat sitter. I have 2 cats with various medical needs and Kit was comfortable with giving my cat his inhaler, plus liquid medicine for both cats as well as carrying out complicated feeding routines. She was able to deal with my very snotty cat, which is no easy task. I would not hesitate to hire kit again!!”

About: I have house sit, along with taken care of cats and dogs at the same time! I enjoy walking dogs especially since it makes dogs super happy! I just moved to Moraga, since I am playing for the Saint Mary’s Volleyball team. We have trainings Monday-Friday, so my hours will vary but we do have a lot of off time. So just communicating what’s best for your schedule!! I have a gated off backyard, we do however have a pool. But the pet will always be watched over with care! So no worries there.
About: I love taking care of dogs and have enjoyed walking and feeding my family and friends' dogs for several years. They bring me so much joy! Due to my frequent travel for work, I'm unable to have a dog of my own at the moment. I work from home, so your dog and I can keep each other company, take breaks together, and enjoy walks during my lunch breaks. I live in a secure, dog-friendly condo building. While I don't have a backyard, your dog will be very safe and well cared for. Here's a good answer to that question: Pet care is a rewarding part of my daily and weekly routine. I make sure to carve out time each day to engage with the pets I care for, whether it's through walks, playtime, or simple companionship. Since I work from home, I can easily integrate pet care into my schedule, taking breaks to ensure the pet is comfortable, fed, and entertained. I also ensure the pet gets regular outdoor walks, play sessions, and any special attention they need. Whether it's during my lunch breaks or after work, pet care is a priority, and it brings me a lot of joy! I prioritize safety, trust, and a comfortable environment when caring for pets in my home or a client’s home. In my home, I ensure the space is secure and pet-friendly, with no hazards or areas where a pet could get into trouble. I keep the environment calm and peaceful, offering a cozy space where pets can relax. I also maintain a consistent routine for feeding, play, and walks to help pets feel safe and comfortable. When caring for pets in a client's home, I make sure to follow their routine and respect their preferences for care. I always communicate with pet owners about any specific instructions or needs their pet might have. I make sure to secure any doors, gates, and windows and create a safe, welcoming space for their pet to enjoy while they’re away.
“Laura took great care of the cats and house while we were away and thoughtfully left lights on for our late arrival. Our cats are happy and well cared for, and it was reassuring to know someone was bringing in the mail and deliveries. Thanks so much for the peace of mind you gave us!”

About: I was chosen by the cat distribution system and have spent the last two years caring for feral cats, learning their unique behaviors, and earning their trust. During this time, I’ve also fostered and nursed several kittens back to health, always focusing on their individual needs. My approach to cat care is tailored to each feline's personality, as I understand that every cat is different. I’m highly attentive to their body language, staying curious and constantly learning more about them. My intuitive, empathetic nature allows me to understand your pet’s needs even without words. I’m confident that I would be the perfect person to care for your cat, providing them with the love and attention they deserve. Above all, I prioritize following the directions of cat parents to ensure your fur baby feels safe, loved, and comfortable.
About: What sets me apart is the love and care I bring to every pet, shaped by the bond I had with my dog Mongoose, who passed away last year. She taught me how much trust and comfort pets give us and how much they deserve in return. I treat every animal like I would treat her—with patience, affection, and real attention to their needs. I’ll care for your pet like they’re family, because to me, they are. I’m a graduating senior with a full summer ahead, so I have lots of time and flexibility to care for your pet. With no school during the summer, I can focus on giving your pet plenty of attention, exercise, and love every day. I follow your pet’s usual routine to keep them comfortable—feeding, walking, playtime, and any special needs. I make sure they get plenty of attention and stay safe in their familiar environment. I also keep the home tidy and send you updates so you know how they’re doing.
“Alexis did a great job checking in and taking care of our two cats while we were gone for a week. She offered to come meet me and the cats before we headed out on vacation. She was very friendly, nice and loving towards our cats. She was great at communicating and sending pictures and updates when she checked in. We would love to hire Alexis again next time we are out of town!”

“James and his family are amazing, highly recommended. They have a great house, were easy to communicate with and overall made us felt very comfortable having them board our diabetic cat.”

“Zen took care of my special needs cat, our house and our garden while we were traveling for three weeks. It was such a comfort to know she was there and to get regular updates from her as well. I recommend Zenzele without hesitation!”
“Courtney is wonderful! We have very anxious dogs and she did an amazing job giving them individual care to ensure they were comfortable, safe and cared for while we were out of town. She is highly communicative and thoughtful. Would definitely book again!”

She was kind, communicative and flexible. I was able to enjoy my trip knowing my senior cat was in loving and experienced hands!”

About: I have had a dog for 7 years and I have also taken care of two of them in the neighborhood. Walking and sharing with them is a beautiful experience. I'm actually working part-time so, I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm available for boarding on weekends and weekdays after 10:00 am Taking care of a dog both inside and outside the home requires security, affection and constant responsibility, ensuring that their physical and emotional needs are always covered.

About: I’ve been caring for cats for as long as I can remember. I’ve had cats my whole life and have been cat sitting for family, friends, and neighbors since I was 8 years old. While I love all animals, cats have always held a special place in my heart—and I’d like to think they usually feel the same way about me! Whether your cat is playful and outgoing or shy and independent, I take the time to get to know their personality and make sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and loved while you’re away. I enjoy spending quality time playing, giving attention, and providing companionship rather than simply stopping by to refill food and water. Because of this, I’ve become the go-to cat sitter for many of my friends and their feline family members. I’m committed to providing reliable, attentive care so you can have peace of mind knowing your cat is in good hands. 🐾

“Natasha did drop in visits for my 2 skittish cats. She was prompt in replying to my inquiry. She followed the care instructions for the kitties. I will use her services again.”

“Ulunma was incredibly flexible with her schedule to accommodate mine! She texted me pics and updates throughout my dogs stay and her husband and son were just as friendly. I felt super at ease leaving my baby in their care and would definitely recommend her!”
“Great first dog sitting day for Zoe (pittie) at Michael’s. I was worried about Zoe and Michael’s dog (Delilah) getting along (Zoe is a follower who always wants to play and Delilah is an older dog), but Michael was able to allay my concerns and it appeared that D and Z did well together. Will update the review after my next dog sitting day at Michael’s this week!”

“Chad took excellent care of my young and energetic greyhound with a lot of separation anxiety. When I picked her up she was happy and excited, but she didn’t show any signs of distress. Prior to my dog’s stay at his home Chad had invited us over for a meet&greet and he took a lot of time to inquire about my dog’s character and behaviors, which made me very confident that things would be alright. Chad was also willing to accommodated my travel schedule. I am happy with the experience and hope he will be available next time I have to go out of town.”

“James was great. He was aware of Lucy’s profile, sent pictures, asked questions about her habits, personality etc. Lucy seemed to be very happy with her stay with James and his family. If they will have her back, I would definitely love for them to care for her again.”

“We love how thoughtful Kelly is in her approach to taking care of pets and handling so many details to ensure that our Snowy had a wonderful time. Her set-up is top notch and we felt our Snowy was in great hands. Thank you, Kelly.”

“I boarded my dog Tilly with Patrick for a couple of weeks while traveling and she did very well. I was glad that Patrick had a dog with Sophie that Tilly could get along with. Tilly was always in a good mood when we picked her up.”

“Very happy with our dog's stay with Valerie. She took excellent care of him during our vacation including many trips to a dog park. She provided photos and video during his stay that put our mind at ease that he was in good hands. As our dog is still a puppy, Valerie also spent time working on leash walking and other commands that he is still mastering.”

About: At my house, your dog will be in a cozy family environment with my two friendly pugs! Other than my two dogs, yours will be the only dog in the house. I only accept one dog at a time! No contact with unknown dogs over here :) After years of watching dogs for friends and family, I decided it’s time to take it professional! I am a knowledgeable dog lover, a remote worker, and I have a great (fenced!) backyard. After an early wake up and garden time, we have puppy breakfast and then a snuggle sesh! During the day we alternate between downtime in the office/free roaming and outdoor breaks when weather allows. Outings happen in the evening, we love the east bay regional parks! If we don’t have time for an outing, we bust out the backyard toys to still get in a good chunk of playtime :) Banshee (1.5, pug mix) is always down to play tag with pups that have more energy, and Azula (6, pug) is ready for a couch nap partner all day long My large backyard is fully fenced, to keep my two small dogs safe. Even so, we never leave dogs unsupervised! I am a lover of (force free!!) crate training to keep dogs safe and secure when left alone for short periods of time, but as a remote worker this is rarely necessary. I am knowledgeable of plants and foods that are dog toxic, and am experienced in dealing with allergies and other minor health issues and I am comfortable giving medication.
“Gabe and his wife Darra were so good with our dog Wesley (golden retriever). I loved the amount of update pics we got and how attentive they were. Would definitely recommend and book again!”

“Meera took great care of my mini poodle puppy. She took him for a walk and paid special attention to his needs as a puppy who is too rambunctious at times. Meera was great to interact with because she is kind and thoughtful. I recommend her highly!”
“Brayden and Noel took great care of my dog. She can be shy and anxious with new people, and they were very skillful and patient with her. Their communication is great too. I always get a prompt response from them. I highly recommend them.”

“Sydney treated my dog as her own. Her space for them is lovely and she is kind and very accommodating to pets needs. I would bring my senior dog here again for sure ! Highly recommend”

“As always, Vicki did a lovely job taking care of my little dog. She has been very patient and compassionate with her. Communication with her is clear, frequent and stress-free. She is a real five-star petsitter!! We are so lucky to have her💚🐾”

“Kai and I enjoyed Chawntea so much that we rebooked. As a first time furbaby mom it’s hard to just leave my baby with anyone. I am so glad to have found her.”

About: I grew up with 6 pit bulls, taking sun baths with them in my backyard. I’ve volunteered in SF SPCA and donate monthly. My best friend aka Herita is a rescue, she’s been with me for over 3 years now. I believe animals have taught me how to love unconditionally and responsibly. Calm, trust and safety are my top priorities. I hope you give me the chance to connect with you and your fur baby/ babies. I work from home. I normally take Hera on a walk every morning for about 30 mins. Come back and hit the gym. After that I’m free. I can always head over in the am, afternoon or evenings. I have a fenced yard, Herita is spayed and loves to play with other dogs. Her bff is a 3 y/o Doberman. Which I take care of a couple of times a week (take her out on walks and feed her)

“Bernie had such a lovely time with the crew! Kim and Jeff were so lovely, patient, and kind to him. We received plenty of photo and text updates throughout the day, which made us feel so confident about leaving our fur baby with separation anxiety in their care. Highly recommend ?”

“Timothy did a great job walking and caring for our senior dog. I appreciated his updates and photos of Teddy, and I could tell that my dog enjoyed walking with him. Thanks again!”

About: I’ve had pets my whole life, including my sweet lab/German shepherd mix, Layla, who we lost to cancer 3 years ago. Right now, we have a rescued cat and a 1-year-old pup staying with family back in Las Vegas. We recently relocated to Moraga and are staying with my sister until we get on our feet and can bring our loves along with us. We're missing our pets and would love to love on yours! I'm absolutely obsessed with dogs, and my kids love all animals (they'd bring home every stray *anything* if it were up to them!). We found our cat wandering a park and took her in, so I get where they get it from! I know how important it is to feel safe leaving your pet in someone else’s care, and I treat every animal like they’re family. Whether it’s senior care, playful pups, or cuddly cats, I’ve got the experience, the patience, and the heart for it. I work in mental health remotely and my husband is at home with the kids full time while I focus on building my practice so we have a healthy amount of flexibility. We would be honored to be entrusted with the care of your little loves. We were previously homeowners who rented often and managed multiple properties, so we know how important it is to treat others' home like (if not better!) than your own. We will care for your pets in your home as you prefer, and are comfortable with crates, walks, light training, etc.
“Kit is a wonderful! Cooper loves going on walks with her. She is super reliable and communicative. She came to our house for meet and greet before we confirmed her service. We are lucky to have found her on Rover! Thank you!”

“Whitney is extremely patient & professional. My dog is not an easy going pup he’s a bit of a grumpy old fuss pot. She communicates & asks for advice, I cannot stress enough how patient Whitney is. I felt she really tired to understand him & work with us. She is a great walker who goes above & beyond!!”

We have thoughtfully organized our home to avoid dangerous substances, escape issues, and to ensure maximum joy and safety! We would love to give you a tour during a meet and greet.

I’ve cared for a wide variety of animals, including chickens, goats, cats, and dogs, and I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet’s unique personality. I also had the rewarding experience of raising a guide dog, which taught me responsibility, patience, and how to work with dogs in training. I’m comfortable administering medications to both dogs and cats and am committed to providing attentive, reliable care so your pets feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I’m currently home from college for the summer so I am available all day for stays and visits. I have a car so I am able to get to your pet whenever you need! I tailor my care to each pet’s personality and needs, whether that means playing fetch, going on walks, grooming, providing enrichment and playtime, or simply keeping them company and giving them plenty of affection. My goal is to make sure your pet feels comfortable, happy, and loved while you’re away, and to give you peace of mind knowing they’re in caring and capable hands.

“Looks like Georgie had a great time! He’s sound asleep! Would definitely board with Ulunma again. Great communicator; dependable; kept Georgie an additional night at last minute. She sent me adorable pictures while I was away.”

“Meera was such an awesome sitter for our Bubba! She had him for 3 days and each day she provided us with pictures and videos of him playing with her sweet dog Riley as well as an update about their days adventures. We will definitely be working with Meera again if we are ever out of town!”

“This was Rocco's second stay with Jeff and family. He recognized where we were as soon as we started walking to the door and got really excited. They are so great with Rocco, give him lots of attention, take him on off-leash walks, and generally spoil him. We are already planning his next stay.”

“Thank you Frank and Thao for taking such great care of Louie. We appreciated the pictures and updates and looked like he had so much fun playing with Walter in the big backyard. We were comforted leaving our fur baby in your care and will rebook again!!”

“I could not be more pleased and appreciative of how well Kristen and Ryan took care of my Solo. This is the longest I have been out of town in a while and I wanted Solo to be in a comfortable and secure place and with people that will look after her as if she was their own. Kristen and Ryan did that for sure. They kept me well informed of how Solo was doing and it really looked like Solo enjoyed her time with them. I highly recommend Kristen and Ryan and will defiantly book any future pet sitting I need with them.”

“Angela was awesome with Maple. She gave daily updates and made sure that my very active dog was able to get her energy out every day. Would highly recommend/rebook in the future!”

“Mary did an awesome job watching our Great Dane while we were out of the country for 10 days. She was also very flexible in allowing us to set up a couple of brief visits in advance to help our dog get comfortable before we left town. I would definitely recommend Mary and request her services again!”

“Alex took very great care of our dog while my partner and I have to both be away for a week. My dog has rarely been with sitters and is very nervous around new people. Alex has been great at accommodating all of my dog’s needs, and have a great environment to make my dog feels as comfortable as she can. Alex is very prompt with communication, and provided daily picture/video and detailed updates of my dog. Alex has a ton of experience with dogs so I would definitely leave my dog in her care again.”

“What a wonderful experience for our dog Shadow! Bibo’s dog is awesome and got along with our dog really well. Took a minute to adjust and then they were off like siblings! Bibo was communicative and on it. Would definitely book again, and again.”
