Things I appreciated that’ll make her my first choice for daycare/boarding in the future: 1) Initial meet and greet made me very comfortable as Beau was able to visit her home and meet her/animals; 2) She asked about, and followed my instructions/preferences for his care—sleeping arrangements, meals, treats, walks; 3) She ensured Beau was safe and had lots of fun with other dogs in her care (a bonus for my very playful dog!) 4) She maintained constant communication! Answered my texts for updates and sent lots of photos/videos everyday. I knew when Beau ate, was out for a walk, whether he pooped, was playing, napping and going down for the night. I felt incredibly reassured Beau was well cared for, his normal routine was maintained and he was having a lot of fun with other (trusted) dogs!”

At the end of the stay, he even surprised us with a laser-printed dog tag, which was such a sweet and personal touch. I highly recommend Francis to anyone looking for a caring and attentive sitter. “Cynthia and her family are amazing. They have a perfect set up to accommodate more dogs. We used her for the first time for boarding when we were out of town and they were professional and took tons of photos so we knew our puppy was happy and taken care of. They ensured he was fed separately (he has food allergies) and tolerated his 9-month old puppy ways. Super happy with Cynthia and will absolutely use her again! I think my puppy misses them and her dogs!”

“Christopher was amazing at caring for my pup Whiskey and made our first experience with Rover so pleasant. This was my first time using Rover to entrust a sitter to watch my pup for an extended period of time for a 2 week stay and he exceeded my expectations for what proper care looks like. Christopher was always extremely responsive and would send daily updates with a handful of pictures updating me on how the day went for Whiskey. It gave me so much comfort as I was initially feeling anxious leaving him for the first time but Christopher was so great at understanding Whiskey’s temperament, energy levels, and needs especially given that Whiskey is a high energy puppy and needs lots of exercise/ play time. I loved how patient he was with Whiskey and naturally Whiskey seemed to trust him in return. I really appreciated how Christopher was also careful to ensure all the dogs he was taking care of played well together and got along well in the same space. I will definitely love to book Christopher in the future for whenever we need to leave Whiskey again.”

“Cindy was great with our dog Eevee! Her on-boarding process was thorough and attentive and covered every aspect of what our doggo needed to have an amazing stay and an amazing stay it was. She gave us a detailed update at the end of each day with images and we could clearly see Eevee was a happy camper! We will definitely be having Eevee boarded with Cindy if we ever need it and she has availability because she really is great at what she does. Thank you Cindy for such a great experience! “My dog, Skittles, was saved by Kazu &Yuko. Originally, We sent Skittles to one of the sitter who we found in Mission Bay. After one night, that sitter messaged me saying that my dog was too anxious, barked and peed on their carpet. They mentioned they basically need me to look for another sitter. We had never have issues using Rover until that day. Long story short I was having anxiety since I wasn’t in town. Kazu & Yuko took over the responsibility. They drove to Mission Bay to pick up Skittles from the original sitter almost right away. Knowing I was anxious, they messaged me 3-4x/day with photos and videos of my dog getting spoiled!!! I love this couple so much!!! They gave Skittles such great care and both of them are so sweet not just to my pet but also to me. Thank you to both again !!!”

“Jose was wonderful with our pup Mila. She can be timid and reactive to other dogs, so we were nervous about leaving her with someone new. Jose was so patient with Mila. He was willing to go on a couple of walks and spend extra time with her to ensure she was comfortable with him prior to her stay. He took great care of Mila while we were gone for almost 2 weeks. We got daily pictures and updates. We could tell she had a great time. I wouldn't hesitate to have Mila stay with Jose again. It was a great experience. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and patient person to watch their dog.”
