Ocean has a handful of special monitoring needs due to a chronic GI condition and his playful interest in exploring, if not trying to consume, anything. Perry is extremely conscienscious and is very alert to Ocean's behaviors. Perry is also wonderful at making sure my dog is properly back in his kennel area when he drops off and leaves. Ocean is also over the top happy and excited the moment he realizes Perry is coming to walk and play with him. This is the 3rd time Nikka has taken care of my dog, and she is absolutely the best!! Nikka is utterly reliable, responsible, responsive, and smart, with a calm, loving demeanor with my animals. She was able to take my very unpredictable, reactive, 60 lb. senior dog on substantial walks, without incident with other dogs, on her daily drop-in visits. I'd trust Nikka in any emergency situation to make the right choice, and to always put my animals' best interests first.
Julianne was great - very quick and easy to communicate with, proactive in getting an in-person meet and orientation with our dog before we left for our trip. She was very engaged and friendly with Maddie and kept us in the loop, leaving us with nothing to worry about.
Mystyc (and Jai) took excellent care of our two cats while we were away for 3 weeks! They followed all instructions perfectly, were awesome at sending over regular reports and photos during the scheduled check-ins and even helped to take packages in.
