“Chenyang is excellent with our dog! She stays tuned into him, matching his pace and helping him enjoy his walks despite his health challenges. We rest easy knowing our pup is in good hands!”

“James was so thoughtful, loving, and attentive to both the dog needs and the neurotic dog mom needs! He had two dogs to walk and took the best care of our little crew. We could tell from the pics that the dogs were so happy, and he sent us updates and pics along the walk. We recommend James 1000000%. Thank you!”

About: I’ve cared for my own two friendly cats, Ace and Olive, for years, and I regularly help friends and neighbors with their pets. I’m patient, gentle, and attentive to each animal’s unique personality. Whether a pet is social, shy, energetic, or calm, I always make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their owners are away. I work on weekdays, but I’m fully available on Friday nights and throughout the entire weekend. This gives me plenty of time to focus on pets staying in my home. Your fur baby will get consistent attention, playtime, and care during their stay. Pets staying in my home will enjoy a clean, calm space with a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time. I have two friendly boy cats, Ace and Olive, who are gentle and used to being around other pets. I follow all care instructions closely—feeding schedules, clean-up, treats, and comfort routines. I always prioritize safety, give regular updates, and make sure your pet feels relaxed, happy, and cared for while staying with me.
“This is a long overdue review, but Maria is literally the best!! She’s been taking care of my dog Rado since January of this year, and she is so incredibly kind, reliable, patient, and amazing with Rado. Rado is on the more nervous and reactive spectrum, as he is a rescue from another country. Maria is able to work with his anxiety and stubbornness despite it all. If you are looking for someone to help take care of your fur baby, cannot emphasize Maria enough. She’s truly amazing! I cannot thank you enough!!”

About: Hello! My name is Andi, I own a German Shepherd/Husky mix with lots of energy! I have experience walking, bathing, feeding, and training pets. I also have experience in de escalating situations and assessing when a pet is over stimulated. I am comfortable with dogs & cats of all sizes and more than willing to care for pets with special needs so long as I am given proper instruction for the care they require before hand. Looking forward to hearing from you! My schedule is currently very flexible. I have an SUV which can comfortably fit up to 3 dogs, making commute very easy. I prefer house sitting requests to be a few days in advance. I love spending time with animals and volunteering at shelters, I have taken care of many pets through my time as a pet owner. Not every animal is comfortable with strangers upon first meeting, which is absolutely something I have encountered and worked through. It is a joy to see pets come out of their shell as they become more comfortable around a new person. In addition to patience, I have experience in high stress situations and am a quick thinker due to this. I value strong communication and practice it daily.
About: I am an animal lover with two cats of my own. Currently, I work at a vet hospital and have experience with both cats and dogs. Additionally, I’m a pre-veterinary student so I’ll take any chance to hang out with animals as I can! I work at a vet hospital from Wed - Sat but I am free for bookings Sunday - Tues all day! Drop-ins before 11am could be made possible for Wed-Sat I do not offer pet care in my own home but I am able to do drop-ins or walks wherever the animal is located! I have my drivers license as well.
“Jason has been the best with my little doggie. He is always reliable with her daily walks and provides lots of photos and updates on how she’s doing. He’s also flexible when I need to adjust her schedule. Highly recommend!”

About: I have independently taken care of my dogs as young as 9 years old. I have personally raised my own dogs since they were puppies. I have made home-cooked meals, groomed, and love to stay active by bringing them to the beach, parks, and easy hikes! I am currently working a part-time job and college student, but would love to transition into a much flexible & fulfilling job, such as dog sitting. Cleanliness and staying active are priorities when it comes to caring for my fur baby, Koa. She may be shy at first, but she’s incredibly sweet and loves playing with her squeaky toys and puzzle toys that keep her mentally stimulated. Koa enjoys spending time outdoors, so we go on regular walks and visit nearby parks whenever we can.
About: I have had dogs my entire life and understand the love, attention, and care they deserve as members of the family. In addition to my personal experience, I previously worked at a dog boarding facility, where I gained hands-on experience caring for dogs with different personalities, energy levels, and needs. I also volunteered at Pets Unlimited in San Francisco, where I helped care for animals and gained additional experience working with pets in a professional setting. I currently have a friendly Golden Retriever named Whiskey, who is well-socialized and enjoys the company of other dogs. I have also successfully boarded dogs in my home with Whiskey and always prioritize safe introductions and a comfortable environment for everyone. My goal is to provide your pet with the same level of care, attention, and affection that I give my own dog, so you can feel confident they are safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. I work full-time during the week, but I’m available on weekends and can provide attentive care throughout the day. Whether your dog enjoys relaxing at home, playing, or getting out for adventure, I’m happy to accommodate their needs. I love spending time outdoors and can take dogs on walks, hikes, and other fun activities to help them stay active and engaged. I also have a friendly Golden Retriever named Whiskey who loves meeting other dogs. If your pup enjoys canine companionship, Whiskey is a great playmate and helps create a welcoming, social environment. My goal is to make sure every dog feels safe, comfortable, and has a great time while in my care. I live in a townhouse community with plenty of grassy areas for potty breaks and several nearby walking trails for exercise and enrichment. Dogs in my care receive regular outdoor time, walks, and attention based on their individual energy levels and needs. My home provides a safe, comfortable environment where pets can relax, play, and feel at home while you’re away.
About: Hello, your pet can call me Auntie Drew! I have many years of experience with dog and cat rescue. I’ve also volunteered at the Palo Alto animal shelter, ran a breed specific meet-up/rescue and participated in a pet assisted therapy group at the Stanford children hospital for many years. I have had dogs and cats my entire life. I’m excited to be able to meet new dogs and cats and give them the upmost care, comfort and safety in my home. Auntie Drew will take care of your fur baby as good as you would! Every guest goes home with a new toy. 💕 I take guests out for potty breaks at least 5 times a day (more if I have a thirsty customer or senior dog). I also have an enclosed private dog park to use that is very clean. I’ll always be there 100% for your pet giving them attention and will love them like my own! The goal is to have my guest dog happy, comfortable, exercised, well feed and watered and returned safely to their family members. For safety reasons and to give my full attention, I will only have one dog at a time and up to three pets (cats included) from the same family. So if you have three dogs or two dogs and a cat that’s fine. They will be the only ones I take care of. My home is minimal and I have open rooms with no doors so I’m always in the same room with the pet. I do not let my guest dogs come in contact with any other dogs during walks or at the private dog park. Safety is of the upmost importance to me. I won’t be taking my doggie guest for car rides, non-private dog parks or Fort Funston for safety reasons. I know when I boarded my own pets I just wanted them returned to me safely after having a comfortable stay so that is my goal for pet guests.
“Marisela has been great with our new adopted dog, Jack-Jack. He’s been sick this week, and Marisela was very kind and compassionate. Checking in to see if he’s okay and making sure he’s comfortable and gets fresh air when he wasn’t wanting to walk. You can tell she loves dogs!”

“Seng was awesome! She made time for a meet and greet and few days before our walks were scheduled to begin and asked all of the important questions to understand how to best care for our dog. She's very kind, upbeat and clearly loves pets. Our dog can be a weirdo with people sometimes but he very clearly loves Seng and she loves him too. She was great about sending photos and keeping us updated with each walk. I would highly recommend Seng to walk your dog!!”

“My dog and I have been so happy we found Perry. Perry does an amazing job walking, playing and monitoring Ocean. Ocean has. a chronic GI condition and also wants to eat anything he can get to in the house or on walks. I've had a hard time finding someone who can really care for my dog. Perry Is extremely talented at looking out for things Ocean can get at. He also does an excellent job of redirecting If my dog starts having episodes of leash reactivity. It is evident Perry has strong training taking care of dogs. I appreciate that he listens carefully to what the plan is when he drops in and the thorough report and pictures. Best of all, my dog is really happy whenever he sees Perry. I am extremely comfortable knowing Perry can take great care of my mischievous and often sick dog.”

About: I work with kids so I am used to being calm, patient and new or challenging environments that necessitates extra care and attention towards your pets. I am a college student and my work schedule changes frequently however I am available weekends as well as mornings on Thursdays and Fridays as I don’t have classes those days. I do not have any pets at the moment so my house is very clean and your pets would get my full attention. I have a decently sized yard for any outdoor time. I have a bed and toys to keep your pets entertained. My neighborhood is quiet and safe with minimal traffic, perfect for long or short walks.

“Tina was my first experience with Rover and if I could give her 10 stars I would! She catered to mine and Bebos needs and kept me updated with pictures which I loved! She is awesome and I'm happy to book her again to take care of my baby! Thanks Tina :)”

This was our first time booking with Seng and she was absolutely amazing! We were in a situation where we needed help walking our dog for several days on short notice and Seng was very accommodating and scheduled a meet and greet for the following day. She was very warm, kind, and affectionate towards our dog and he loved her. She was always on time, communicated well, and sent great photo updates throughout the walk. We look forward to having Seng look after our dog again!

Shailyng was great, she writes the best updates and send a lot of pictures. It makes me feel like I'm with the dogs while reading the updates. She will take care of every little detail. The dogs were happy when I came from my trip which means they were well taken care of. I'll make sure to refer her to my friends.

Nikka has been my go dog walker since moving to Pacifica. She is kind and sweet. My dog Mia a goldendoodle enjoys her 1 hour walks with Nikka. I trust Nikka when walking Mia. My favorite thing is that she has everything you need treats and poop bags all I have to do is leave the stuff for Nikka to use. She follows instructions and requests and is has been available for last minute request and is she’s not available she responds and gives alternative times. Definitely recommend her for dog walking services

Jennifer was great with my dogs - a high energy golden retriever and a french bulldog mix. She walked them everyday for 10 days and provided me with updates. We live an are with coyotes and she was aware and cautious about that. I fully trust her with my dogs and highly recommend her.

I couldn’t be happier with the care and attention Jamie gives to Ellie. It’s is clear she loves animals and treats Ellie like her own! I love the photo updates and appreciate her reliability and flexibility. If you’re looking for someone kind and trustworthy to care for your animals I recommend Jamie.

Guidi is so patient and trustworthy. I have a 17yr old shi tzu Maltese (Ozzy) who needs very delicate care and has especially significant needs. Guidi was able to adapt and accommodate immediately. This was her first time meeting Ozzy and she was able to care for him and provide all his needs (short walk plus fed and meds) he looked very happy and peaceful when I got home. I definitely recommend to anyone w a senior pet or pet family member in general! 5 stars through and through!

I needed dogwalking for my high-energy, slightly neurotic 11 yo Border Collie Sophie and was SO nervous because I hadn't ever gotten a walker before - Sophie is a bit "special handling" as all border collie owners will understand, so I just managed on my own/with occasional help from friends and family who knew my dog very well. However, I was in a last-minute pinch for a work trip and found Christal (who responded immediately with about a day of headsup, and happily discussed all of Sophie's behaviors/needs ahead of time) and all I can say is her reviews speak for itself! She was just the right fit for my lovely but weird sweet crazy border collie. I got nonstop photos and videos every single walk. Also I just can tell Christal honestly loves each and every dog she works with, it was obvious from her updates and videos. I felt so assured and absolutely am a convert - will be using her (and rover) regularly now for extra help when I need it :)
