“My dog Ozzy is a senior dog that requires specific care and Shao made sure to accommodate perfectly! Ozzy gets little panic attacks when alone for too long sometimes and at times requires medication. She used her intuition and gave him his anxiety pill because she felt that he had asthma like symptoms and was restless. When I came home he was and snoring away peacefully. She fed, walked, and made sure to even put his shoes on for the rain even though it’s a bit tricky to figure out how to put them on! I look forward to having her take care of Ozzy again in the future, def recommend if you have a senior dog or any dog for that matter! 10/10.”

About: I've grown up around dogs all my life and have been petsitting since I was 18 years old. I am familiar and comfortable with the routine that comes with caring, exercising, and loving all different types of dogs. I currently have a small network of clients who have trusted me with their pets for 7+ years. I am typically an early riser and love morning walks to start the day. There is also a park a few blocks away that I regularly run to myself. Whether I care for pets in my home or their own, I try my best to adhere to their routine and comforts. My favorite thing to do is go on nice walks with the dogs I care for and make sure they have enough safe playtime. I work on a hybrid schedule, but am fortunate enough to have plenty of flexibility. I am mainly available on weekends, as I will be home all day and can give proper attention and care to the pets I care for. When caring for pets, I try my best to adhere to their specified routines and boundaries. I live in a clean, cozy duplex and am able to take pets out for bathroom breaks conveniently.

About: I have worked with kids so I am used to being calm, patient and new or challenging environments that necessitates extra care and attention towards your pets. I am a college student and my work schedule is from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. I have class every Tuesday and Thursday night from 6pm to 10pm. I’m available weekends and Friday night. I do not have any pets at the moment so my house is very clean and your pets would get my full attention. I have a decently sized yard for any outdoor time. I have a bed and toys to keep your pets entertained. My neighborhood is quiet and safe with minimal traffic, perfect for long or short walks.

About: Growing up I’ve owned many dogs and love them so much! They bring so much love in a household! I’ve also dog sat when I was younger. I just have so much LOVE for fur babies! As summer is approaching for the next month, I am working a full time job during the week and will be available after 3pm. However on weekends I am free to come play and check in on your pups throughout the day! I have hands-on experience with crate training and potty training, and I've cared for dogs in all kinds of setups: yards, apartments, you name it. For house sitting and drop-in visits, I actually prefer caring for dogs in their own environment as familiar surroundings mean less stress for your pet, and I'm there to keep their routine as normal as possible. I spent my first few years in university as a dog sitter and loved meeting so many different pups. I currently work part-time at a dog daycare! I love being outside, taking my dog to Golden Gate park and to the beach, or just quiet walks along the trail! I work part time at a doggy daycare in the city until 1:00pm so I would be available for drop-in visits and walks anytime after then. While I'm in the home, I ensure your pup is safe by not leaving any of my belonging where they can get to them, I respect your home by removing my shoes, not eating food while there and leaving it just as I found it. I have experience with reactive dogs, so when I'm out of the house with your pup, I keep the leash on at all times and always have a close eye on your pup. I prefer hands-free, loose leash walking when possible so that I can react quickly. I do not go to dog parks or allow your pup to meet with any other pups while on our walks. Depending on your preferences, I am happy to have a slow, casual walk and I am also happy for a high energy park or beach walk as well. Also with your permission, I do love treats and training on walks!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for the past 5 years (maybe more). Neighbors, friends, and relatives have relied on me for walks, feeding, and grooming. I enjoy taking care of pets(in general) because I love seeing their personalities shine through and it’s rewarding to see them enjoy their time with me. As always I make sure the care I give is the same as their owners because I want to make sure the routine doesn’t change. I work from home which is convenient because my schedule is very flexible. I’m usually free in the afternoons from Monday to Wednesday (1-7pm). Thursdays are my busiest days at work as I have meetings all day until 5pm. And most Fridays I’m free as well(10:30am-6pm). For house sitting, since I have a pet of my own (a cat 🐱), I would need to be home by 6:30pm to feed her for dinner. So I would prefer to care for your pet during the day, leave around 6pm, then come back the following morning to continue care. I am open to staying overnight but it would have to be 2 nights at max. Any house sitting stays more than 2 nights I would need to leave to feed my cat dinner and come back the following morning. When doing visits, I will be attentive of your pet and their environment at all times. Every visit I’ll make sure they’re well fed, water is fresh, and play with them as needed. Please let me know if there are specific instructions that I need to follow when I’m at your residence. I’m also familiar with a bunch of parks that are dog/pet friendly in the peninsula so your pet will always be entertained and safe in my care.
