I’m a lifelong dog lover with 20 years of experience raising dogs from puppyhood to happy seniorhood. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes. I have two kids (10 and 12) who love to give snuggles and play with dogs, but they are also respectful and experienced with reading cues when a dog needs space. On walks, I'll make sure your pup is engaged, enriched and comes back happy and tired. When boarding your dog, I’ll warmly provide the home away from home they need and send regular updates and photos for your peace of mind. I am highly communicative and very responsive. I look forward to meeting your pup!

I’ve had several dog sitters for pinto and also checked out a few dog boarders in the area and Christine by far has been the best. I initially chose her since I liked the opportunity for my dog to be able to have a friend and lots of playtime to distract from my absence without the overstimulation, and also unknown factor of multiple dogs in a larger day care situation. Her communication and thoroughness ahead of boarding alleviated a lot of anxiety I had around preparing to leave my dog for the longest we’ve been apart. The day of the trip, I was dealing with a last minute flight cancellation and she was so kind and flexible with me as I worked out a new drop off time. She also set expectations up front with when to expect the daily updates and then delivered exactly as she said she would, which again was a relief. Her updates provided me with insight into pintos daily routine there and the photos she shared were not just helpful for checking in but delightful. I shared them with my family daily to see what pinto had been up to and my mom commented on the high quality of the shots. In terms of care, due to discussions ahead of time, I felt confident in alignment with her around general training, engagement, exercise and feeding which was confirmed throughout the trip with our communication. When I came back, pinto has happy to see me but also wasn’t over stimulated more like she had a fun visit with a friend. I am definitely rebooking with Christine for future dog sitting needs and highly recommend her for others
Christine was excellent caretaker for my Ivy (Siberian Husky). She has a spacious backyard, so that Ivy can roam around and play. Ivy also got to play a lot of Obi (Christine’s dog)! Expect to receive detailed updates of your pup’s stay and Christine and wonderful picture to go along with them!
Christine has been great. Very communicative, always prompt for walking appointments. Before the first session, she took time to meet with us and get to know our dog. She leaves great notes and pics from the walks and is actively working with him on commands.
Christine definitely took good care of my dog Ted. She is caring and sent updates with lots of great pictures. Ted had a good stay here and also made new friends.
Christine & her dog Obi were great with Buddy. He appeared to be at home with them. 3 weekends in a row. Would highly recommend!
Buddy loves this family! They really do treat him like family. Will be using again!

Schedule
I have a flexible schedule, and I’m regularly available for dog walking and drop in visits Monday-Friday. I can board your dog overnight any days of the week or do weekend drop ins or walks with advanced notice. I have a roomy SUV and can pick up/drop off your dog if needed.

I have a one story home and a large fenced in backyard. The backyard has a large grassy area as well as a covered deck, a lower open deck and a concrete area. My 85lb 2 year old rescue pup loves other dogs and will provide your dog with lots of playtime and company. My neighborhood is great for walks, and I live right by a large open park. I have experience with puppies, having successfully housetrained three big dogs from 8 weeks old. I also have experience with senior dogs and special needs dogs. Our previous labs lived to 15 and 13, with one that had regular seizures in her last year of life. I believe in positive reinforcement training and will make sure to keep up with any training you’re currently working on with your dog during walks and while they stay with me. I’ve taken care of dogs of all ages and sizes and have a confident yet warm personality that will help your dog quickly get comfortable with me.

I have a large fenced in backyard that’s perfect for playtime and sunbathing. My neighborhood is safe and perfect for walks, and I also live right by a large open park with lots of space to get those sniffs in.
