About: I had a wonderful German Shepherd for 12 good yrs and 5 beautiful cats! I have also taken care of our neighborhood cats and dogs when families go on vacation. I’ve done dog walking and drop-ins for families in the Peninsula, Livermore, and East Bay. I also have experience with elderly dogs and blind dogs. I am available most of the week unless I am booked by other clients. Please feel free to message me even if there isn’t availability shown on the schedule. I have a fenced back yard where your babies can roam around and play! I also have lots of dog toys for indoor activities !

About: I have been walking other dogs for two years now and my own for 8 years! I have worked with senior dogs and I am very good at knowing when they need a break. I am very passionate about animals and their wellbeing! My sister is a veterinarian, so I know a lot about dogs and their behavior! You can trust me to give your pups walks filled with memories and love! As long as your dogs are with me, I will always ensure that they are healthy and happy! I currently go to college full time, but my schedule is flexible for walks! I am available Monday-Sunday during different times in the day and am willing to work with your schedule as long as you’re willing to work with mine. I will always make sure that whatever walk I book, I make time for and plan accordingly. I currently only do walks, however, I have had two dogs myself one being young while the other was a senior. I made sure to care for them both equally in the ways that fit them best. Because one was 4 and the other was 9, my senior girl slowed down more, so I allowed her to rest whenever she needed during exercise. I make sure to keep the younger animals busy and stimulated at all times! I love all animals so much and only want the best for them! I make sure to keep the dogs I work with safe. I make sure to always have plenty of water, treats if needed, and poop bags during our walks. I also like to bring toys if we are going to an area where they can play! I am pretty well educated as a pre-vet student.

I now run Munchies’ Playhouse and live with my own two small dogs (a Shih Tzu and a Chiweenie), so I understand pack energy, leash reactivity, and pups who need extra patience. We’re walking distance from Orange Dog Park for daily playtime and also have a private fenced yard, so we can socialize if your dog enjoys it or keep things quieter in our own space if they prefer. Comfortable with puppies, seniors, medication reminders, and dogs who do better on separate walks. All sizes welcome. I send photo and video updates so you always know how your baby is doing. I’m home 7 days a week, so pet care isn’t squeezed around another job, your dog can have as much time as they need. I offer weekday and weekend walks, drop-ins, daycare, and boarding, and I can usually do mornings, afternoons, or evenings. I plan around my own two dogs’ routines so everyone stays exercised and calm. Last-minute or extra visits are welcome when my calendar is open. Meet-and-greets required first so we can lock in a schedule that actually works for your pup. In my home, visiting dogs have a calm indoor space plus a private fenced yard. My two small resident dogs (a Shih Tzu and a Chiweenie) can keep your pup company if they’re social, or we keep things separate if they do better on their own. I follow your routine for feeding, meds, potty breaks, and crating. Walks are on-leash unless you say otherwise; dogs who need it get their own walk. We’re also walking distance from Orange Dog Park for playtime when that’s a good fit. I watch energy, appetite, and behavior closely and send photo/video updates so you always know how they’re doing. Meet-and-greet required before the first stay/walk to ensure that we are a good fit for you.

“As usual Shao is the best! She dropped by to spend time with ozzy while I worked a very long shift. She walked, fed, gave his medicine, comforted and spent time with him. Ozzy is my senior dog that requires very specific care and she always does the best job taking care of him just as I would do. Shao always updates me consistently with photos and videos of what they’re up to, Ozzy always looks genuinely happy and comfortable, which is so so important because he gets very bad anxiety. Whenever I get home after Shao dropped by he always looks very peaceful and rested. Thank you Shao! Highly recommend!”

When COVID hits I adopted my little dog Foxy, I immediately fall in love with her and we’ve been the best of friends since then (she is more like my daughter).
