My family has always had dogs, giving me years of hands-on experience with dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities. Since I care for the pups myself throughout the day, I do not offer dog walks or outside outings. They enjoy a safe, supervised environment with a large fenced backyard to play, relax and socialize! I have a big fenced yard, turfed and lotta space for your puppy, I have a friendly dog so is a good company to have fun!! Our home is located only 4–5 minutes from the SFO airport which makes drop-off and pick-up super convenient for travelers. We also know that life can be unpredictable, whether it’s a delayed flight, traffic, or last-minute changes, we’re flexible and always do our best to adjust accordingly. My sister has been a professional dog sitter for years, but she’ll be taking a few months off for an upcoming foot surgery and recovery. I recently moved in to help her, and caring for dogs is now my full-time job. “As usual Shao is the best! She dropped by to spend time with ozzy while I worked a very long shift. She walked, fed, gave his medicine, comforted and spent time with him. Ozzy is my senior dog that requires very specific care and she always does the best job taking care of him just as I would do. Shao always updates me consistently with photos and videos of what they’re up to, Ozzy always looks genuinely happy and comfortable, which is so so important because he gets very bad anxiety. “My dog Ozzy is a senior dog that requires specific care and Shao made sure to accommodate perfectly! Ozzy gets little panic attacks when alone for too long sometimes and at times requires medication. She used her intuition and gave him his anxiety pill because she felt that he had asthma like symptoms and was restless. When I came home he was and snoring away peacefully. She fed, walked, and made sure to even put his shoes on for the rain even though it’s a bit tricky to figure out how to put them on! I look forward to having her take care of Ozzy again in the future, def recommend if you have a senior dog or any dog for that matter! 10/10.”
About: I've grown up around dogs all my life and have been petsitting since I was 18 years old. I am familiar and comfortable with the routine that comes with caring, exercising, and loving all different types of dogs. I currently have a small network of clients who have trusted me with their pets for 7+ years. I am typically an early riser and love morning walks to start the day. There is also a park a few blocks away that I regularly run to myself. Whether I care for pets in my home or their own, I try my best to adhere to their routine and comforts. My favorite thing to do is go on nice walks with the dogs I care for and make sure they have enough safe playtime. I work on a hybrid schedule, but am fortunate enough to have plenty of flexibility. I'm available for drop-in visits throughout the day as long as I can bring my laptop, and I'm free for walks Monday through Friday from 2:30–7pm. Weekends are more flexible, and I'm happy to house sit with advance notice. Having a work-from-home setup is honestly a perk for the pets I care for - there's always a calm, present person nearby. I'm no stranger to multi-dog households as I live with my own dog alongside my family's two dogs, so I'm comfortable managing the dynamics that come with multiple pets under one roof. I have hands-on experience with crate training and potty training, and I've cared for dogs in all kinds of setups: yards, apartments, you name it. For house sitting and drop-in visits, I actually prefer caring for dogs in their own environment as familiar surroundings mean less stress for your pet, and I'm there to keep their routine as normal as possible. It's the setup where I do my best work.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for the past 5 years (maybe more). Neighbors, friends, and relatives have relied on me for walks, feeding, and grooming. I enjoy taking care of pets(in general) because I love seeing their personalities shine through and it’s rewarding to see them enjoy their time with me. As always I make sure the care I give is the same as their owners because I want to make sure the routine doesn’t change. I work from home which is convenient because my schedule is very flexible. I’m usually free in the afternoons from Monday to Wednesday (1-7pm). Thursdays are my busiest days at work as I have meetings all day until 5pm. And most Fridays I’m free as well(10:30am-6pm). For house sitting, since I have a pet of my own (a cat 🐱), I would need to be home by 6:30pm to feed her for dinner. So I would prefer to care for your pet during the day, leave around 6pm, then come back the following morning to continue care. I am open to staying overnight but it would have to be 2 nights at max. Any house sitting stays more than 2 nights I would need to leave to feed my cat dinner and come back the following morning. When doing visits, I will be attentive of your pet and their environment at all times. Every visit I’ll make sure they’re well fed, water is fresh, and play with them as needed. Please let me know if there are specific instructions that I need to follow when I’m at your residence. I’m also familiar with a bunch of parks that are dog/pet friendly in the peninsula so your pet will always be entertained and safe in my care. Also for house sits, because I wfh and work with patients, please let me know of any cameras in your place and make sure to mute the microphones as I do not want to violate HIPAA.
