1. Christine H.
“Wow! We had such a great experience with Christine watching our cat, Scout! She was super responsive with communication throughout the whole process. We had a great meet and greet with her and Scout prior to our booking. Christine was great with reaching out, she left detailed report cards after each visit and took great pics of our kitty so we could see how she was doing. Christine was absolutely wonderful and we would highly recommend!”
2. Maria B.
“Maria did drop in visits for my two cats Ash and Pepper while we were away. It is clear that she really loves animals and cares for them as her own. She was a great communicator with lots of pictures and updates and followed all instructions carefully. She also was super accommodating when I had a bunch of large packages get left at our door unexpectedly by taking them in and out of the way until our return. I would definitely hire Maria again to watch our cats anytime.”
3. Dylan S.
“Dylan is great with our indoor cat. She has dropped in to visit him on several occasions now from a few days to a week long visit. Dylan plays with our cat and reported she has found what toys are his favorites. When we return home, everything is very clean and our cat is happy. Having Dylan take care of our cat gives us such peace of mind while we’re away.”
4. Darren L.
“Darren was very helpful with taking care of our cats and accommodating to our modifications. The cats were well taken care of and we loved the reports we received after each visit. We would highly recommend Darren for pet sitting and we will be using his services again.”
5. Ruby Z.
“Ruby has cat sit for me and took my dog on walks many times at this point. She is always reliable and I can just tell that she loves animals. She treats them as if they were her own and my pets love seeing her as well. Highly recommended!!”
6. Alexandra M.
“Alexandra is a lovely young woman who helped me with my elderly high maintenance cat every time we left the house. I trusted her with the keys to my home and she would come and sit with my kitty and play with her and feed her and brush her and she loved her like she was her own. I have remained good friends with Alex and can’t wait to get another pet for her LOL. I could not give her a better reference. I would trust her implicitly to care for your pet, A true animal lover through and through.”
7. Yeyu L.
“Yeyu did a great job with our 4 cats. She cleaned the litter, feed them, gave them clean water, and gave one cat his pill every day. She was professional, friendly, and responsive to messages. Very happy with the job she did”
8. Christine H.
“Christine was very responsive, accommodating and overall caring and intentional with her care of our cat. Normally our cat can be quite shy and/or sassy towards people but literally the second Christine met her, she gave a sweet meow which is rare. She made sure to take notes and provide the care as close as possible to how we do it. She provided a bunch of adorable photos and I’m so glad Christine was available. We would definitely book with her again and you, reader, should too! 😸”
9. Cecilia P.
“Cecilia is WONDERFUL!!! Extremely attentive and thoughtful when it came to watching our dog Marco while we were on vacation. Absolutely recommend her!!!”
10. Jessica H.
“Jessica sent photos of suki daily and seemed very well cared for. She had plenty of food and water and was in a good mood so I know she took good care of her”
11. Connie W.
“Connie did daily drop ins to check on Mercury for us. She was incredibly helpful, understanding and empathetic, and we felt much better knowing she was looking after Mercury. Would highly recommend her to anyone needing a cat sitter.”
12. Loni & Andrew L.
About: Currently, Drew and I have 3 pups of our own. Daisy, Hoku, and Maggie, all 3 are rescues & we love them so much! We both have grown up having dogs and cats our whole lives. Loni has been the one her friends and family call to watch their animals while they were away even at a young age. We love furry friends, and since we were already watching dogs and cats for friends and family, we figured we would expand and offer our services on Rover. We will be sure to overload you with cute pics and video updates throughout their time with us, so you will always be confident they are in safe, reliable hands. We both work, but between the two of us our schedules are flexible and gives us the time to spend with you furry babies! We love to do things together, so majority of the time your fur babes will have the attention of both us. Drew and Loni have both been through dog training with their own dogs and can work with your dogs if needed. For those we are doing drop-in visits for, we could go multiple times a day (depending on your needs and booking) to make sure they are comfortable, safe, pottied, fed, and has water + lots of love and attention! We walk Daisy and Hoku every day, Maggie is older and prefers the comfort of the house where her snacks are, but we would love to have your dogs join our 2 if you are comfortable with that. Since there are two of us, one of us would walk our 2 dogs and the other one would be 1:1 with your dog. One of us will stay in your home with your fur babe while you are away and make sure they are well loved and taken care of!
13. Lauri D.
“Lauri has been great and has come for a few drop ins with our 3 dogs. They love her and she gives them plenty of love and attention. She goes above and beyond and helps out with things like picking up poop without being asked. Thank you Lauri!!”
14. Jamie B.
“Amazing person. Very loving to my dog. I would definitely rebook”
15. Zoe K.
About: Hi! My name is Zoe and I’m a recent college grad who’s always loved pets! I grew up with an adorable tuxedo cat, Polly. I have also dog-sat for my neighbors’ two dogs, making sure they got plenty of playtime and walks. 16. Kelly W.
“Kelly took care of my 65 pound baby with such great love and care. My goldendoodle is usually picky with his food, and often skips meals. With Kelly, I could tell that he was comfortable and relaxed, as he consistently ate his breakfast and dinner throughout his stay. If you want your fur baby to experience a true vacation, Kelly should be your go-to person!”
17. Uma M.
“Uma was so friendly, caring, and responsive. It was lovely meeting her before we left— she was thorough, organized, and very comfortable with our cat. She was very communicative during the trip and took lots of cute pics! I would be very happy to work with Uma again!”
18. Meghana N.
“As someone who has known Meghana for over a decade, I can wholeheartedly vouch for her exceptional dog caregiving skills. Whenever my family and I were away on vacation, Meghana would make sure my dog was well taken care of and my dog would always come home well-fed and happy. Meghana is incredibly responsible and genuinely loves animals. Dogs always gravitate towards her warmth and kindness, and it always put my mind at ease when she was watching my dog, allowing me to enjoy my time away without worrying. In summary, I definitely recommend Meghana as a responsible and compassionate pet caregiver!”

About: I’ve been using Rover to take care of different sized dogs (from small to large ones) since 2017. We did housesitting up to 2 weeks at a time and I dog walked frequently. It was mostly through my roommate’s account back when I was in school, and I stopped after school to focus on my career. Now that my partner and I have a 4 year old podengo-terrier, we started using Rover as a dog parent. It made me realize how much I missed meeting other dogs! I work part-time as a healthcare worker in hospitals in the area. My schedule changes from week to week. On days I work, I am not available between 7-5pm, but can take care of your pet before and after. For house sitting bookings that last for a few days, my partner can will likely help out during the day if I have work and your pet needs more attention during the day. We are not currently dogboarding because my partner is allergic to certain breeds, but may be open to it if we are a good match! When I care for your dog, I will take him/her on a long walk and spend time cuddling and playing fetch with him/her, depending on his/her activity level! Please let me know what they like to do and their preferences. I will also follow your parenting preferences around the house while you are away.
