I’ve taken care of family and friends pets, as well as my own for 10 years. They’ve relied on me to walk their dogs, feed their cats and provide appropriate enrichment. I also have experience with disabled cats and bunnies. I absolutely love animals and own two cats, two bunnies, and a tarantula. I feel it is important to establish trust with your pets so that they feel comfortable around me, or keep my distance and provide just the essentials if they’re shy and aloof. I am well versed in reading animal body language, particularly in cats and rabbits due to my years of experience with them. If you have a special needs pet, I am comfortable with providing antibiotics or medications. The disabled bunny I took care of lost her two front teeth and developed painful abscesses along the sides of her cheeks. I was tasked with draining the puss out of her cheeks, as well as making a special food recipe that allowed her to eat her food comfortably. She also needed to be syringe fed her medications and sometimes her food. I have experience with all different kinds of cat personalities such as: aggressive, easily overstimulated, affectionate, or shy. I am prepared to provide them with respect, care, and love, no matter the behavior.
