We cannot recommend Jae highly enough! She took wonderful care of our cat, Sachi, while we were away for two weeks, and we came home to a very happy, relaxed kitty and well-cared-for plants too. Jae was incredibly attentive, communicative, and thoughtful throughout our trip. She sent us consistent updates, detailed report cards, and amazing photos and videos that clearly showed how much time and care she spent playing with Sachi, giving her affection, and making sure she was comfortable and engaged. It was obvious Sachi felt safe and bonded with her, something that means a lot to us. Beyond pet care, Jae also went above and beyond with our indoor and balcony plants, keeping track of weather, watering schedules, and even helping during storms and high winds. She proactively flagged small issues, like ants near the feeder, and handled them with care and great communication. Most importantly, we felt completely at ease the entire time we were away. Jae is responsible, kind, observant, and truly treats your home and pets as if they were her own.
