I had significant concerns with my 4 day booking with Anna. During one visit, Anna misplaced our house key while inside our home. We were traveling and did not have signal for about 5 hours, so we could not respond right away. During that time, she left the home unattended and unlocked. My main concern is that based on our conversation, it did not appear a meaningful attempt was made to find the key before leaving our property unsecured, especially since she found it within a few minutes after returning to the property. For the last two 30-minute drop-ins, the visit lasted 11 minutes each (per rover check in and check out times). When I asked about the shortened visits, Anna stated, “I didn’t want to keep getting in their space if they showed no interest in me,” and “I’d usually entertain Pali with pets until he was satisfied but it didn’t take long.” I understand not forcing interaction, but I expected the full paid visit time to be spent in the home providing quiet company, observation, and completing the care instructions. Because I was concerned about the short visits, I reviewed the camera footage. Some basic tasks, such as litter cleaning, appeared to be completed; however, it also appeared that some written care instructions were not completed, including rinsing the water bowl to remove fur/debris prior to refilling it. I requested a refund for the shortened visits, which Anna approved. Overall, I did not feel that our cats received the level of care, time, or attention we booked.

Anna was awesome with our dog. Super communicative and kept her safe on walks. Thank you, Anna!

Anna was wonderful to work with and was great with my dog Mabel. Anna is very communicative, followed instructions exactly, and made Mabel feel very comfortable. I would absolutely book with her again!

Anna has helped us with last minute walks on two different occasions. She was quick to respond, and our two large/giant sized dogs came home happy.

Anna showed up for me in a pinch— I needed help amidst unpacking from a move while my puppy showed signs of needing a little more help adjusting. She walked my young one and brought him back happy as can be! Anna is super professional and polite to work with, I couldn't ask for better communication. Thank you Anna!

Anna is so friendly and kind, reliable and bonded great with my dog! She even did a meet and greet before our first walk so we all felt comfortable. Will definitely be reaching out to her again!
