SPCA-trained, all-dog walker in SF
Three years at an SPCA animal shelter taught me to read dogs of every breed, age, and temperament, from anxious rescues to energetic and rambunctious bigger dogs. As the parent of a senior rescue with anxiety and a finicky appetite, I bring hands-on experience with senior care, calming techniques, and patient, attentive handling that puts nervous dogs at ease.

Your dog’s safety and comfort come first, whether we’re out on a walk or spending time at my place. I have a private balcony at home for supervised outdoor time, plus a big community playground nearby that’s great for extra space to play, sniff around, and burn off energy. I’m attentive to each dog’s individual needs, from leash handling to knowing when a dog needs a calmer, quieter space instead.

What I really appreciate about Ash is how much she genuinely cares about the animals in her life. She originally fostered Princess and ended up adopting her, which feels very true to who Ash is. When she cares about an animal, she really commits to them. My dog Soba also loves spending time with Ash and Princess. We’ve had playdates together, and I’ve always felt comfortable having Soba around her because she’s attentive, gentle, and really good with dogs. I was especially touched by her experience fostering Persephone, a Great Pyrenees who came from a shelter afraid of men and anxious about car rides. Ash was patient with her and took the time to slowly build her trust, taking her to beaches and parks and helping her get more comfortable with the world. Over time, Persephone became much more playful and confident. Ash has a very caring, patient nature, and I’d feel completely comfortable trusting her with my own dogs.
I cannot recommend Aishwarya highly enough as a pet sitter. If you are looking for someone who is completely reliable, respectful, and trustworthy, she is exactly the person you want watching over your precious fur babies. Beyond her dependability, what truly sets her apart is how extremely empathetic and genuinely caring she is. Having fostered many dogs over the years, my personal standards for animal care are exceptionally high, and Aishwarya is one of the very few people I would trust without hesitation to care for my own pets. She has a natural intuition with animals, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and entirely at ease when their parents are away. Schedule
I’m currently between roles and actively interviewing for full-time positions, which has opened up a great routine for dog care. I’m reliably available early mornings after 8:30- 10:30, and evenings from 5-7 on weekdays. Weekends are flexible and worked out based on requests as they come in, so I’m happy to accommodate what fits your schedule.
