Dog Loving Home
Our adorable Lab, River is a very smart, active, and sweet pup who is 13 years old now! We just love it when he gets to play with other dogs and meet new friends. So we welcome all friendly pups to come visit our home and to take care of them while their parents are away for work or play. I work a flexible schedule at a bio-science company. My husband, Ramon has his own insurance business with Farmers Insurance which he can run remotely, allowing him quite a good amount of time to spend at home with River and our DogVacay guests. Therefore, the dogs are always under our direct supervision. We live in a quiet, safe and dog friendly neighborhood. We now live in a nice home with a big backyard which we have fenced off to make sure that your pets are safe and are not able to go outside the yard. They are always supervised when they play outside. We have all sorts of doggie toys and treats to make their stay more enjoyable! We consider dogs like our kids and always look after them to make sure that they stay happy and healthy. You will be sent updates and photos of your loved ones while you are out on vacation too! We are very flexible and understand that life is full of surprises, so if your flight is delayed or you hit some traffic on your way back from vacation, we are only a call or text away and will always be happy to accommodate and adjust. We are one of the most understanding and considerate homes you can find out there. We are located only 9 minutes away from SFO which is ideal for those who would like to drop off their fur-kids before flying out. Your beloved pet will have tons of fun and receive a lot of love and attention while staying with our loving family! We are currently both working remotely from home and will be here to supervise and take care of your dogs. We are very flexible with your drop off and pick up schedules (nothing too early please). :) We have a huge fenced yard where your dogs can run and play, we treat your pup as part of our family. They are free to roam, play and lounge around. We also believe in reinforcing your rules, we will follow your instructions should you wish them to sleep in their crate at night so that they are still used to this routine when they go home.

Wei is the BEST dog sitter you will find! She watched my 6 month old puppy for 10 days which is no easy task. She went above and beyond- even bathing her twice while she was there. She also provided timely updates to give me peace of mind while I was away. I 100% trust Wei watching my puppy and you should to!
Wei was warm and welcoming. I felt very reassured leaving my young puppy with her for the very first time. I will be back again soon.
My puppy Freya loved her stay at Wei’s house! Wei made everything convenient and had great communication. She also made sure to send me updates throughout Freya’s stay and sent a super cute video of her dog and my dog playing in the yard together. I would definitely recommend Wei to take good care of your pet.
Our previous positive experience with Wei and Ramon was different from this recent ten-day booking. Upon picking up Coco, I noticed a fresh bloodstain on her belly. Initially, I thought it was a flower stain or an itchy bite. We took her to Pet Food Express for a bath, discovering she was extremely greasy and slimy. We had requested that the host family wipe her down due to her allergies. During the bath, we found her front left muzzle soaked in blood and her tail missing a large patch of fur. The wound was inflamed and open. The vet suggested Coco’s injuries were consistent with animals crated and confined for extended periods. It was concerning because Coco never bites her tail. A month prior, Coco weighed 77 lbs. After the vet visit, she weighed only 70 lbs. The food had instructions to defrost only the night before, but the surplus food returned to us was defrosted, which was inconsistent with the package instructions. Coco lost seven lbs. in ten days, alarming the vet. We provided treats, but she still lost seven lbs. Her dehydration was concerning, as she drank water repeatedly for two days. We gave her chicken broth to restore her electrolytes. Considering these factors, Coco’s health had deteriorated. We had a positive experience with Wei in 2023, but this past experience was very concerning. Coco is our family, and we paid $900, including a tip, to find out she was neglected. Upon handoff, Ramon should’ve noted Coco’s fresh injuries to her muzzle and tail, which were scabbed and surrounded by blood. While it’s good that Coco is alive, in addition to our Rover payment, we now have to pay for a vet visit and antibiotics and a cone. She’s in pain, and her tail hurts. We never had to do this before. Over the ten days, we only received five pictures and one video of Coco. We’re sitters on Rover, and the state she was in is unacceptable. We wouldn’t subject our guests to such conditions, let alone lack of communication about these issues.
Wei is awesome! My puppy stayed with her for a night and came home well fed, brushed, and very happy. I will definitely use Wei’s services in the future. 10/10 highly recommend.

Zeitplan
We work from home these days and can always take care of our furry guests needs, they are free to roam around, crash on the couch, chill next to us while we do our work. We play with the pups as well when they look bored or need some stimulation, tummy rubs or just plain old hugs and kisses.

We live in a big home which gives our guest pets a good amount of space for themselves and for others who happen to be at our home during their stay. We give them a good amount of yard time as well to run around in the huge backyard and just play with other pets to burn off some of their energy. We are very careful when it comes to safety, so all areas are fenced off and all doors are locked to prevent dogs from possibly going out. They are also always supervised while they play and interact with others. They are always hydrated, kept away from the heat during the warmer days. We turn on the heaters during winter to keep them nice and toasty during the chiller months. We maintain a clean home, do not have kids which may accidentally feed the dogs anything that they shouldn't have.

We normally give your dogs a healthy amount of love and exercise, we let them play in our huge backyard, stimulate them with toys of their preference and overall just let them run and play with our dog or other guest dogs.
