About: I am a physically active recent retiree and capable dog lover who recently lost my beloved Wheaten Terrier after 11 great years with him, so I'm well able to care for your very active or senior dog that might have special dietary or physical needs. I'm recently retired and home every day, so I have lots of time to care for your pet. Drop-off and pick-up very flexible every day and evening. Although we have a securely fenced and paved back yard, it contains a swimming pool, so we kept our own pet indoors or on our fenced in, covered deck/patio which is also secure. We have a large dog crate which our dog slept in every night, but this is flexible depending on your own dog's sleeping preferences. I do not let pets sleep on my bed. We live on a very quiet street with no 'through' traffic, so it's easy to walk your dog regularly without risking encounters with other pets. Our own dog was not comfortable around other dogs and this was easy for us to manage.

Pets run my day :)) starting about 6 am to about 6 pm! We get to play fetch most days and have a great routine to make sure we are all having fun and are nice and tired of bedtime! Pets may go in and out unless there are extreme weather conditions. The yard is completely fenced in. The pups have all the space they need to be themselves.

About: I grew up with dogs (a Golden Retriever and Terrier mix) and have since dog sat for many families throughout the years. I love an excuse to walk and spend time outdoors. My children are also very active and enjoy having a dog in our home so your dog is guaranteed a lot of attention, playtime and love. My children are ages 25 (a grad student at UC Davis), 22 (just graduated from UCSC and 18 (living at home and attending community college). I recently moved into an apartment so I no longer have a yard but we do have a nice street view that dogs really enjoy. I have to be mindful of noise having neighbors downstairs and next-door so if your dog tends to bark a lot my home may not be the best fit. Addition services: we had a bunny for 13 years that I really miss. We also offering bunny sitting for neutered and vaccinated buns. I currently work part time at a major airline (4 hours per day) and I typically work 5 days per week giving me plenty of time to spend with your pet. There is usually someone at home either me or my children. We do not have any pets of our own and I only watch one pet at a time. I make sure that everyone in my home is mindful of keeping the door closed.
About: My personal approach to dog care is grounded in genuine care for their well being. Working with my clients I provide prompt communication to ensure your dog is safe, happy, and healthy! Growing up my family had a beautiful 30lb dog that I helped care for from a puppy to old age. Being a part of this process has shown me how to support dogs in each stage of life from rambunctious puppies (structure, training and enrichment) to easing the aging process (special diet, new steps to climb onto the couch, shorter walks etc). Depending on the activity needs of your pup, I’m happy to provide daily walks or short runs (1-3 miles). I'm currently taking a gap year so I have plenty of time for your pups! I'm available weekdays and, with advance planning, can provide housesitting through weekends as well. I live in a single family home with three dogs. However, our family dogs like their space, and it is not available for dog boarding.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats for the past 5 years (maybe more). Neighbors, friends, and relatives have relied on me for walks, feeding, and grooming. I enjoy taking care of pets(in general) because I love seeing their personalities shine through and it’s rewarding to see them enjoy their time with me. As always I make sure the care I give is the same as their owners because I want to make sure the routine doesn’t change. I work from home which is convenient because my schedule is very flexible. I’m usually free in the afternoons from Monday to Wednesday (1-7pm). Thursdays are my busiest days at work as I have meetings all day until 5pm. And most Fridays I’m free as well(10:30am-6pm). For house sitting, since I have a pet of my own (a cat 🐱), I would need to be home by 6:30pm to feed her for dinner. So I would prefer to care for your pet during the day, leave around 6pm, then come back the following morning to continue care. I am open to staying overnight but it would have to be 2 nights at max. Any house sitting stays more than 2 nights I would need to leave to feed my cat dinner and come back the following morning. When doing visits, I will be attentive of your pet and their environment at all times. Every visit I’ll make sure they’re well fed, water is fresh, and play with them as needed. Please let me know if there are specific instructions that I need to follow when I’m at your residence. I’m also familiar with a bunch of parks that are dog/pet friendly in the peninsula so your pet will always be entertained and safe in my care. Also for house sits, because I wfh and work with patients, please let me know of any cameras in your place and make sure to mute the microphones as I do not want to violate HIPAA.
About: I've cared for my own 2 cats since 2018 when they were kittens. Now an expert in convincing and bribing cats to love me (while sometimes shoving meds down their throat). An excellent poop scooper! I work from home in Burlingame (Hanover Burlingame, if you are a neighbor, hi!). Weekdays are wide open for me to care for your pet child. About: I am a physically active recent retiree and capable dog lover who recently lost my beloved Wheaten Terrier after 11 great years with him, so I'm well able to care for your very active or senior dog that might have special dietary or physical needs. I'm recently retired and home every day, so I have lots of time to care for your pet. Drop-off and pick-up very flexible every day and evening. Although we have a securely fenced and paved back yard, it contains a swimming pool, so we kept our own pet indoors or on our fenced in, covered deck/patio which is also secure. We have a large dog crate which our dog slept in every night, but this is flexible depending on your own dog's sleeping preferences. I do not let pets sleep on my bed. We live on a very quiet street with no 'through' traffic, so it's easy to walk your dog regularly without risking encounters with other pets. Our own dog was not comfortable around other dogs and this was easy for us to manage.

About: I have my own dog, Kaeda who recently turned 7! My family & I adopted her when she was just months old, so I have experience with young puppies as well! I’ve also taken care of my friends and family’s dogs & have recent experience in house sitting cats. I loved all my experiences so much, I want to give back and offer it to my community as well! :) I currently work part-time Mon, Tues, Fri from 10-7 so those days would be a little different. I’d wake up at 8am to carry out my morning routine with my dog on the days I work. After work, I like to go out for walks with my own dog and play with her & her toys before ending my day. My off days would follow a similar schedule but with a lesser gap in the middle of the day which I would spend with my dog :) Depending on what a specific pet’s needs are, I can cater to being more or less active with them. Generally, I like keep my pet active throughout the day by going on walks / playing with toys / sunbathing and I give them space if needed. I also value cleanliness by always wiping my dog down before and after going outside or providing baths when needed.

About: Virtually 24/7 availability! I work from home and can provide care and attention for almost all day long. I have had dogs for about 20 years as well as lots of foster/rescue experience. I work from home so I can care for your pet as needed! Your dog can have run of the house - I allow dogs on furniture and even let them sleep in our bed if that's what they are used to. I have a fenced backyard and a small, friendly, neutered Pomeranian mix to keep your dog company! I am in a single adult home with no children.
