My name is Mario and I am a video editor and producer. If your pup needs a good, friendly spot to hang just hit me up. About this sitter: Hey my name is Mario and I am a dog lover in San Mateo. I am great with training puppies and love to go for long walks on the beach or through parks with pups. Why I love dog sitting I am a life-long dog owner and have helped train a lot of my friend's dogs with terrible behavior. I was the loving owner of two beautiful rescue pups that loved long walks on the beach and candle-lit dinners with kibble and water. I am great with older dogs, and young dogs with manic energy (raising a abused rat terrier, and troubled beagle was a crash course in dogs with neuroses). I will walk your dog at least twice a day/night per stay as part of the stay. I like lengthy 30-45 minute jogs as well for energetic / working dogs. My major service I offer is fixing issues with young pups or anxious dogs. Correcting bad behavior and training is something I worked a lot on during Covid as I spent a lot of time training pups after my pups passed. Your dog is going to love me. Thanks everyone. M.

I highly recommend Mario! He made the whole process seamless and took amazing care of our little guy! He sent us pictures 3x per day, was communicative, and followed our instructions to a T. I look forward to using him again whenever we are unable to bring our dog with us!
Highly recommend! I received plenty of photo updates of Phillip, including some great pictures of him having fun at the park. He looked so happy and comfortable, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. I really appreciated the communication and knowing he was being well cared for. Mario has watched our dog Buddy several times while we are away on weekend trips or for longer overseas travel. He always takes amazing care of our dog. Mario is great at keeping us updated with lots of photos and messages.Buddy gets lots of great outdoor exercise, has lots of fun, and comes home a very happy dog. We will definitely use him again.
Mae was very happy with Mario. He sent pictures and let me know how she was doing during the day. She got to spend a lot of time outside playing and she ran to him the second morning.

Schedule
I am currently freelance and mostly work from home or in client’s homes as needed, so I have plenty of time during the summer to hang out with your pup.

Lots of long walks in the park. Lots of playing in the house. The usual things dogs like. Early riser so day starts around 7.
A typical day
Your dog's sleeping arrangement I usually ask if they have a bed, bring it. Time I'll spend with your dog 8-14 hours usually, I work from home 80/90 percent of the time. I work at my computer in my home office and walk often as my job requires numerous breaks for walks/coffee and such.

- I like medium sized dogs and small dogs. I always need to know if they have health or behavioral issues. Normally I ask if they are friendly with other pets/children and people. What medication they need, and what they prefer in their routines so the dogs and I can all be on the same page.
