Love and care like they’re my own!
I have been taking care of dogs since middle school. I had gotten my own dog, Gus, at 12, and I have been a massive dog lover since I could remember. I’ve had the pleasure of dog sitting for neighbors, friends, and family ever since. My boyfriend and I moved to the Bay Area, and I had to leave my sweet Yorkie at home with my parents, so I am excited to help and care for dogs once again!

Micaela is great, and was wonderful with my shy dog. She did two meet and greets with him before his stay, and he adored her immediately. She was very communicative during his stay with her, sending pictures several times a day and quickly responding to my messages. I couldn't ask for a better first experience using Rover, and I would definitely book Micaela again for any future trips. Thank you, Micaela!
Micaela is amazing!! Our little frenchie stayed with Micaela for 4 nights while we visited friends out of state, and she relieved so much stress for me leaving him behind with multiple updates throughout each day. She was so responsive over texts, and Bjorn looked like he was having a great time on walks in the park with her! He was happy and relaxed when we came home. She even went above and beyond to drop him back off to us so he'd be there nubby-tail wagging when we got in the door :) We will definitely be using her services again in the future. Micaela was a great sitter for our dog, Maggie, when we were out of town for one night. She organized a meet and greet prior and Maggie was instantly comfortable with her. She did a great job communicating with us and was very flexible. Our dog returned to us happy and well-exercised. We would not hesitate to have Micaela watch her again!
Sunny did well with Michaela. She got walks along the water and lots of belly rubs. I’d recommend Michaela and would use her again.
Micaela is the best. She just had my little sweetheart for 6 days and was amazing. She updated me and sent pictures that made me feel so comfortable while I was traveling. I will definitely be calling her again and again! Thank you so much for going above and beyond and helping me out Micaela!

Schedule
I am a teacher, so I have weekends open. I am happy to drop in or walk your pup after 4:00 pm during the week as well!

I would love to get to know your dog as much as possible! I am very careful to maintain the expectations of the household and making sure they get all the love and attention they need during our time!
A typical day
I happen to live close to both the dog park and Leo J. Park in Foster City, both of which can be great places to play or walk depending on the comfort levels of you and your dog! I am happy to go on a run if your dog needs to get out a little extra energy on a nice day as well!
