“Margaret always goes above and beyond when she is caring for Enzo….he is a unique pup with allergies and Margaret is great about updating me on his skin condition and taking the extra time to provide a bath when he needed it to calm his skin. It makes me feel at ease when I am away knowing someone cares for Enzo as I would. Thank you Margaret!”

“Jesse and Kimmy took great care of my senior yellow lab Bruno for a week. They consistently sent updates (with pictures) without being asked and were very focused on instruction details when I handed him off. I try to keep a short list of potential sitters for when I’m out of town and they’ll be right at the top from now on.”
“Very attentive and thorough! Took my dog for long walks, made sure she was well-fed, and paid close attention when she was around another dog. Would highly recommend!”

“Peanut had his trial day with Shannon today and everything went great. She took wonderful care of him, kept us updated with lots of photos, and made us feel very comfortable the whole time. We could see that he was happy and well cared for. We will definitely book with her again in the future”

“Manli was absolutely wonderful with our dog, Molly. She was flexible and understanding when our return was delayed, which we really appreciated. She also sent lots of adorable photo updates, and it was clear that Molly felt right at home. She got along so well with the other dogs, and we felt completely at ease knowing she was in such a caring environment. Highly recommend!”

“Jifu did an amazing job taking care of my puppy! He was attentive and caring, and his dog Joki was very friendly, making the experience even better. I loved receiving videos and pictures throughout the day, which gave me peace of mind. I definitely recommend him!”

“I can’t recommend Sarah enough as a dog sitter. My dog, Teddy, absolutely loves staying with her—he gets genuinely excited every time he realizes he’s going back, which says everything. What I appreciate most is how incredibly detailed and consistent her updates are. Every day, she sends multiple photos and videos—Teddy eating, playing, going on walks, and even updates on how he’s doing overall. She keeps me fully informed, down to small but important details, so I never have to wonder how he’s doing. It gives me real peace of mind knowing exactly how his day is going. It’s also clear that she truly cares about the dogs she looks after. She takes Teddy on walks, to the dog park, and even on hikes, making sure he stays active and happy. On top of that, her home environment is wonderful—her two dogs and her cat are all very friendly, and Teddy gets along great with them. He’s not just being watched; he’s having a great time. Whenever Teddy stays with Sarah, I know he’s safe, well cared for, and genuinely happy. I fully trust her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive dog sitter.”

“Our dog had a great time w/ Alissa! She got the right amount of rest & walk. I can tell b/c my dog is focused & was ready to do her exercises. Alissa was amazing from my initial contact. She got back to me right away. Not only did she ask questions, but we had conversations before I even dropped off my dog. I got an update before I even got to work which was only 4 miles away. Her updates were timely as I am used to seeing my dog on a camera, so I felt like I knew what they were always doing. When I went to pick her up I got a recap of the day so i can prepare for our future visits. Alissa is extremely professional & was on top of all my pup’s needs for the day.”

“Tracy and her husband took really good care of Bocu! He was injured the week before and needed some extra care and they were really good with him :) Tracy was sending us pictures of Bocu and communicating with us at all times. It was great to see how Bocu was having a great time with them! This time it was a short weekend stay, but we will definitely repeat with them if we need to!”

“Our dog loves tillana! He loves her so much that when we go on long trips we drive an hour to drop him off. He has so much dog fun and comes home really tired in a good happy way. Every time he sees her, he pees himself in excitement and happily jumps in her car. What better review from a dog is there than that?”

“Stephen is very responsive and provided great care to Snow while we were away. We believe Snow had a wonderful time hanging out with Stephen and his family. We were delighted to learn that Snow loves to sunbathe with Stephen's dog. It's great to know our pet had a fantastic time while we were gone.”

“The sweetest dog deserves the sweetest sitter! Anam kindly did a meet and greet with us before a multi-night stay. Our dog quickly warmed up to all the love and attention. Anam provided just the right amount of photos and updates. Piper enjoyed her stay!! Thank you so much!!”

“Second time with Jessica and she’s been fantastic. Quick to respond, sends updates and pictures. Most importantly my little dachshund loves to go back, great experience across the board. Highly recommend!”

“Kelly took great care of Lucky. He seemed very happy after his time with her and even as we were getting back in the car he went to the end of his leash to get one more look before she left. Highly recommend Kelly!”

“We left our duck rolling retriever, Manu, with Lia for a whole week and I felt so comforted amd relieved every day when I got videos and pictures of Manu having a great time and being so well taken care of. Big yard for playing catch and lots of friends to play with. I got to enjoy my sisters wedding with no worries. Can’t thank her enough and I really recommend her services!!”

“Mora was fantastic. We have a 1 year old cavapoo who can get nervous & separation anxiety - but Mora was wonderful. We got lots of photos and could tell he was comfortable & getting a lot of time & affection. It was only 1 night but would definitely recommend Mora & we will be using her again! Thanks Mora!”

“Ian was/is awesome with my dog. Such a nice human being too. He took care of Cookie extremely good and sent daily (multiple times/day) photo and video updates. He takes regular walks and play time. Cookie liked him a lot. I can only recommend him if you are looking a good pet sitter.”

About: I’m an experienced dog sitter who had just relocated from San Francisco. I regularly watched a dog 3 times a week and can take up to 2 dogs at once. I've helped take care of my parents dog for 8 years since she was a puppy and I take her to the beach, for walks, to play at the dog park, and bathe her regularly. I work until 3pm so I have plenty of time in the afternoon to take pups out for walks. I love meeting new dogs and am used to high energy dogs. I am very comfortable around dogs and want your dog to be happy. I am very clean and want to be considerate of your space.
About: I had 3 small dogs when I was younger and they passed away due to old. I currently have two dogs, one is pit bull and husky mixed and a puppy Yorkie tierrier. Both of them are super high energy. Love to play with them, they love walking, to the beach, to the park and love taking bath! I’ve taken care of my friend’s dogs as well. I work as a paraprofessional at an elementary school. I will have free time during the summer to take your dog to walk, sitting, and boarding. I have a fenced backyard, I have two dogs. One dog is outside and one dog is inside the house. My small dog can play with your fur baby company.
“Isabel has been amazing to our dog, Juno. She has been thoroughly enjoying her walks and time with Isabel and the other dogs. Juno always comes back home feeling happy and eagerly waiting to go for her next excursion with the pack. It’s a relief knowing Isabel takes such good care of our fur baby. Highly recommended!”

“Tillana gets my highest recommendation! My high energy golden puppy had the most amazing time at dog sitting going to the Baylands, on long walks and playing with other pups! Tillana was easy to contact, gave tons of photo and video updates and was the most pleasant and warm person to work with ? I will 100% be returning for her services! Maisie came home content and sleepy from her long day of play & I felt at ease knowing that she was in the best of hands while I was away!”

“Silvana is a dog whisperer! She has a way with dogs that makes them very calm and happy even when they just meet. She is super sweet and sent me pictures throughout the stay.”

About: Firm yet loving care for all dogs, specializing in puppy training, high energy, hiking/running, and managing complex medical needs like seizures, food sensitivities, and limited mobility. Currently working from home with flexible time which allows me to integrate training, walks, play time, and medical monitoring throughout the day, while weekends are dedicated to long runs/walks and trail hikes. My approach to pet care is rooted in structure, trust, and genuine affection. My services will be tailored to each dog's needs indoors or outdoors.

“We needed last-minute help with dog care during while we were away at an all-day sporting event. With one night of notice, Yee Ping arranged to come to our apartment for a doggy day care service, even though she had never met our dog. She let herself in with a key and spent two hours with our dog, including a 40-minute walk on a rainy day. She gave him his treats and even sent us pictures. When we got home that evening, it was clear our dog was well-exercised, calm, and not filled with the usual pent up energy he can be when we're away for 8+ hours (that day it was 12+). What really set Yee Ping apart was her willingness to jump into a new situation, to be flexible with the service and location to meet our dog's needs, and to make sure we had communicated clearly. So glad she was available!”

“Bilbo had a great time at doggy day care with Edward and Elisha! They have a large backyard for the dogs to play and hang out. Bilbo got along well with their dogs Rusty and Ruby. They sent many photos so I know that Bilbo was happy and well taken care of. We will definitely bring Bilbo back. Highly recommend Edward and Elisha!”

About: We have a standard poodle Joki - who joined us in 2020 from a breeder. Joki is well trained and behave very well with other animals and people. I’m currently work from home so I am able to take care of pers all day during the day and provide multiple potty breaks as need. We have fenced front and back yard available for dogs to play and break. We can offer a fence if two dogs need to be kept separate.
“Lia shared nice updates and videos of our Julie investigating Lia's spacious backyard or relaxing inside. She was so friendly and accommodating when I needed to make some last minute changes to our original plan. Julie seemed to enjoy her time with Lia and I felt like Lia was happy to have our sweet, senior girl roaming around her place or napping and snoring!”
“Andrea is great. We did leave our dog Nala the first time with her. She did respond really quickly to our request and during the stay of Nala, Andrea did send us super cute photos and text messages. We are super happy to have found such a good dog sitter and we will definitely bring Nala again.”

About: With nearly three decades as a devoted dog mom, I understand that every dog is unique with their own personality, needs, and quirks. My 29 years of hands-on experience means I've cared for dogs through every life stage - from energetic puppies learning their first commands to gentle seniors needing extra comfort and patience. I've developed a keen eye for reading canine body language and behavior, helping anxious dogs feel secure and keeping active pups properly exercised and mentally stimulated. What truly sets me apart is my genuine love for dogs combined with the wisdom that only comes from years of dedicated pet parenthood. Your furry family member won't just be watched - they'll be loved, understood, and cared for as if they were my own. As a fitness instructor working about 10 hours per week, I have an incredibly flexible schedule that's perfect for pet care. The majority of my time is spent working from home, which means I'm available throughout the day to provide attention, playtime, and companionship. My fitness background also means I understand the importance of regular exercise - both for myself and the dogs in my care. I naturally incorporate dog walks and active play into my daily routine, often timing outdoor activities around my own workout schedule. This ensures your pup gets plenty of physical activity and mental stimulation. Since I work from home, dogs are never left alone for extended periods. They become part of my daily routine - morning walks before I start work, midday play sessions and potty breaks, and evening walks or park visits. My schedule easily adapts to each dog's specific needs, whether that's multiple short walks for a senior dog or high-energy play sessions for younger pups. The combination of my flexible schedule, active lifestyle, and home-based work creates the perfect environment for providing consistent, attentive care throughout the day. I have a large, securely gated backyard with direct access to a nearby park for walks and extended playtime. Dogs stay inside my home and sleep indoors for safety and comfort - no garage or outdoor sleeping. During the day when I'm home, they have free access to move between inside and outside as they please. I maintain their regular feeding schedule and any special dietary requirements, provide fresh water at all times, and ensure they get appropriate exercise based on their age and energy level. I follow all medication schedules and special care instructions exactly as provided. For anxious or senior dogs, I offer extra comfort and patience, while energetic pups get plenty of mental stimulation and play. I send regular photo and text updates so you know your furry family member is happy and well-cared for. My goal is to maintain your dog's routine as closely as possible while showering them with the love and attention they deserve. Safety is always my top priority - secure fencing, pet-proofed spaces, and constant supervision when needed.

About: I’m a local elementary school teacher who loves spending time with animals. During the school year, I teach full-time, and outside of the classroom I enjoy caring for pets in my community. I’ve been around dogs my entire life. Growing up, I helped walk and care for our family dogs, and as an adult I’ve continued dog walking and pet sitting both here in California and while living in the Boston area. I’m also an experienced cat owner with three cats of my own, so I’m very comfortable caring for cats with all kinds of personalities. One of my cats had significant behavioral challenges, which led me to work with an animal behaviorist and spend countless hours learning about feline behavior. Through patience, positive reinforcement, and clicker training, I taught him tricks and helped him become much more comfortable around people. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, or somewhere in between, I’ll care for them with patience, kindness, and attention to their individual needs. My goal is to make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away—and to give you peace of mind through reliable care and regular updates.

About: I have done short term pet sitting for my friends and neighbors, feeding their cats and dogs in the morning and night. I like to take the time to play with the pets too rather than being in and out. Personally, I have had 2 cats and 2 dogs and both my dogs are larger breeds. My golden lab was quite the trouble maker and I was present during his training, so I can say I will most likely be able to train walking etiquette for jumpy dogs. I have been around many animals from cats to sheep and they all took their time getting to know me, but in the end they all love me. I currently have no obligations so pet care would form my schedule. I can spend as much or as little time as you want with the critters! In my own home I have a fenced yard and easy outdoor access. I would go back and forth with the pet to make sure they are safe and seen and have adequate potty breaks. If the client wants the pet to remain in one spot I can make that happen as well.
About: Hi, I’m Dawn and I have been a pet parent for over 25 years to rabbits, guinea pigs and 4 dogs with 2 of them of senior age. All 4 dogs were raised since they were puppies and they are currently based in my hometown with my parents when I moved here. My intuition and experience allow me to provide your pet with the best care and most comfortable environment away from home, so rest assured that they are in good hands. Let’s chat! I’m mostly available during weekdays from 7am to 12 midnight and certain weekends. Date and timings can be further discussed if you require my services. I have a balcony at home and have space available for your pet to roam around freely if needed. Happy to chat more to see what else you’ll require
“Cordigen has been wonderful at providing weekly visits for our puppy, Sammy, and our 8 year old dog, June. I can tell from the photos she sends that they have a great time with her on their 3x/week visits and really appreciate all the care she shows for them. Highly recommend!”

About: I am a compassionate and reliable dog walker with years of experience caring for and advocating for dogs through rescue work and pet ownership. At present I am volunteering with Doggie Protective Services in Palo Alto. Having shared my life with dogs for more than 30 years, I understand that every pup has their own personality, needs, and routine. I am comfortable administering medications, including pills and eye drops, and have experience caring for dogs of all ages, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who may need a little extra patience and attention. After recently relocating to Menlo Park from San Diego, I am excited to get to know the local community—both the humans and the dogs! While I am unable to offer boarding at this time, I would love the opportunity to provide your pup with an enjoyable walk, a fun play session, or a caring visit filled with attention, affection, and companionship. My goal is always to make your dog feel safe, happy, and loved while giving you peace of mind that they are in good hands. I’m new to the Menlo Park/Palo Alto area and would love the opportunity to meet and care for your dog! As the owner of a part-time in-home charcuterie business, I enjoy a very flexible schedule that allows me to accommodate walks, drop-in visits, and pet care throughout the day. Dogs have always been a big part of my life, and I love getting to know each pup’s unique personality. Whether your dog needs a midday walk, some companionship while you're away, or a little extra exercise and attention, I’m happy to help. And don't worry—I can always fit your dog in between slicing cheese! Your pet’s safety, happiness, and well-being are always my top priorities. I believe every dog is unique, and I’m happy to tailor each visit to whatever makes your pet most comfortable and excited. Whether that means a leisurely neighborhood walk on leash, a trip to the dog park, a game of fetch in your backyard, or simply some extra companionship, I’ll make sure they get the attention and care they deserve. Every visit is filled with plenty of affection, belly rubs, cuddles, and love. My goal is for your pet to feel safe, happy, and cared for while you’re away—and for you to have complete peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands.
“Gadget, our Formosan Mountain Dog, has loved Danielle for the past year, walking 3 times per week and house/dog sitting for several vacations. She's the best! Danielle is responsible, prompt, pleasant, and very sensitive to our rather difficult dog. She respects Gadget's needs with patience and understanding. Danielle consistently chronicles the activities and takes great pictures during every walk. She has even taught Gadget new tricks. We highly, highly recommend Danielle!”

About: I've been a large dog owner for most of my life, but I love dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. Ready to meet the unique needs of every pup, and I come with some basic pet training experience. While I'm here for the summer (May-July), I have complete flexibility throughout the week and weekend. I have no qualms taking them out early in the morning or later at night (around 7AM-10PM depending on the location). Although I'm based in Palo Alto, I am more than willing to cycle or drive to locations throughout the peninsula! I'm most experienced offering the basic services of walks (usually several a day, can range anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour depending on the needs of the dog), feeding, and playing in the yard or at the dog park. I'm also comfortable with basic training, washing, and watching them overnight. While I wouldn't be able to bring any dogs to my own home, I am more than happy to house sit and stay with them overnight.

About: I have my own 7 year old corgi whom I love to take on social outings, and have always wanted to own a ranch to foster dogs and other animals. for now, this will do🤓 I enjoy popping in to see my friends’ dogs while they’re at work to take them out for potty breaks & play, and watching my friends’ dogs when they go on trips~ Currently on a 3 month LOA from my nursing job, but am planning on taking a break afterwards due to burnout. Because of that I’m flexible and able to adjust to whatever needs pets may have! Currently I wake up, walk Toast (my corgi), hangout with him for a bit and then run errands if there are any. I can then pop in for a drop in/walk elsewhere (and bring toast too possibly)! He’s an integral part of my life so he’s always involved if he can be! My husband is an anesthesia MD resident at Stanford so he’s often at the hospital with long hours — all that to say he’s not very high maintenance as well so I have more wiggle room with my schedule :) I love dogs, and will always treat yours like I treat mine :) Will leave Toast at home if your dog is not up for socializing, but can also bring Toast if your dog needs some doggie time.

About: I love meeting new animals, and keeping up with the ones I’ve met. My top priority is the well-being of your pets and your home. I am here to help. I am fortunate enough to be semi-nomadic, with a very flexible living situation. I can go anywhere within reason, with enough notice. I love animals, and I love exploring. I follow any instructions or guidelines set out by the pet owner. I also employ common sense. If an animal needs space, they get space. If an animal wants to come along with me, they can- following the pet owner’s rules.
About: I love all breeds and sizes of dogs and cats. I am responsible and reliable. I have raised 2 pit bull mixed breeds and have over 30 years experience. I have flexible schedule because I am taking online classes. I can take your pet for walk or drop in services, whatever your schedule requires. We have a fenced in back and front yard. Plenty of room to run and play in. We also have a large crate if they need to be crated.
“Ian was so incredibly responsive, communicative, and goes above and beyond. He handled meeting Mac like a true pro and took him on an even longer walk than initially planned. Will definitely be booking him again!”

About: I've taken care of many dogs, some of which were very young, nervous, and quite untrained, and made them feel loved, relaxed, and comfortable. I am very good at getting dogs to listen to me, as I have worked with rather hectic dogs and gotten them to calm down. I have spent entire summers in Germany with my cousin's dog, walking it, feeding it, and taking general care of it. I have also taken care of multiple dogs in the same house at the same time, and can handle the needs of several pets at once. I have a very flexible schedule and can work every day of the week! I have a remote internship with a few online meetings per week, but those meetings can be attended anywhere. I like to stick to a schedule and make sure the dogs I am taking care of get walked regularly, whether that be once, twice, or even three times in a day. I also like to be consistent with feeding times and making sure that the dogs I am taking care of always have adequate water. I also always check for signs of concerning behavior. This includes making sure the dogs are at ease and not agitated. I also consistently check to make sure whether the dogs need to go outside to use the bathroom.

About: I am taking a break from work and have the time to house sit and check in as well as board. I have done Rover for a few years now and have worked at dog boarding facilities. I am able to walk your fur babies in the morning and in the evening. I have experience with medication and injections for whom are needed. I have starting training experience and hope to learn more while watching my fur child Ruffles grow and enjoy life. It is true that Each pet has his/her own characteristics, so I try to find way to connect and gain there trust in anyway I can. I understand all pets have different characteristics and I will do everything possible to get to know your pet. I understood pets are a huge part of our familyand that is how they will be treated with love, understanding and compassion. Pets are truly men's best friend, and one that is always there to make our life so much exciting and fun. I can say at the moment I am able to fit any pet into mine and my own pet’s routine! Ruffles gets along with children , any size 🐶 dog and adults! I am trying to board only one pet at a time with my own pet at home just to be in the safer side. However, once your pet is at my home, he or she becomes part of the family instantly. They are allowed on top of furniture. My Ruffles is a non-caged dog but I do own a cage.
“Monty absolutely adores his walks with Isabel! He’s become much better around other dogs by going on his weekly group walks with other dogs with her. We’re so happy to have found her and for Monty to have found his pack!”

“Our dog loves tillana! He loves her so much that when we go on long trips we drive an hour to drop him off. He has so much dog fun and comes home really tired in a good happy way. Every time he sees her, he pees himself in excitement and happily jumps in her car. What better review from a dog is there than that?”

“Ian was/is awesome with my dog. Such a nice human being too. He took care of Cookie extremely good and sent daily (multiple times/day) photo and video updates. He takes regular walks and play time. Cookie liked him a lot. I can only recommend him if you are looking a good pet sitter.”

“Yun and Lina were absolutely wonderful! I could tell immediately that my Franny felt so comfortable with them. They took her along to so many of their activities and I received the cutest updates and photos throughout her stay. Franny came home happy. Easily my best experience on Rover, I hope to have them watch Franny again!”

“When I met Jae on the meet & greet I knew she was a very conscientious dog owner and Bella would be in good hands. She took great care of her and she was open to taking Bella without a lot of prior notice. She sent photos and kept me informed on how Bella was getting along. I would not hesitate to leave Bella again with Jae.”

“Nina and Leo sent me multiple pictures and updates through out Lady’s stay. I’m always Worried about leaving my dog with a sitter but Lady seemed relaxed and happy. They are such a lovely and nice couple. I recommend them and will contact them again for my next vacation! Thank you Nina and Leo!”

“I am lucky to have Lily taking care of my dog, Apollo for 24 days during my vacation. Lily gave me daily picture update of Apollo. My family was happy to see him even though we were thousand miles away. Lily also played balls with Apollo and playing ball is Apollo's favorite toy. I highly recommend Lily taking care of your dog.”

“This was Yogi’s first time away from home, and Cynthia made sure he was well cared for. She sent us lots of updates (which we requested) and Yogi looked so happy the whole time. We weren’t sure how he’d do since we only adopted him a few months ago, but he seemed to have such a great time! Would book again!”
