About: I started taking care of pets since I was in college. I feed homeless cats and dogs and contact shelters for them. In addition, when sitting dogs and cats, I like talking to these furry friends and I find most of them can understand me! I find most furry babies feel safe and calm when I compliment them in gentle tones and give them warm smiles. Their happiness is my happiness! I work from home so I am available to sit dogs and cats usually full day from Monday to Saturday. Ideally we hope to pick them up before 10 am or after 10:30 am since I usually have meetings at 10 am every weekday. She ran into the house like it was her own. Angela was patient with me being this was our very 1st Rover experience. I had a lot of issues with the website. Kangwoong took care of JuJu as soon as she rushed through the door to play with their daughter. The updates were timely as if Angela could tell when I was missing our little pup. About: I've been a large dog owner for most of my life, but I love dogs of all shapes, sizes, and personalities. Ready to meet the unique needs of every pup, and I come with some basic pet training experience. While I'm here for the summer (May-July), I have complete flexibility throughout the week and weekend. I have no qualms taking them out early in the morning or later at night (around 7AM-10PM depending on the location). Although I'm based in Palo Alto, I am more than willing to cycle or drive to locations throughout the peninsula! I'm most experienced offering the basic services of walks (usually several a day, can range anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour depending on the needs of the dog), feeding, and playing in the yard or at the dog park. I'm also comfortable with basic training, washing, and watching them overnight. While I wouldn't be able to bring any dogs to my own home, I am more than happy to house sit and stay with them overnight.

I make sure the pets have food and water. I've trained my current and past dogs (sit, stay, go home, come, leave it, look at me, and other commands). I am responsible and clean up after the animals whether it's poop or vomit. Furry animals make me happy. I'm extroverted, so I am also social and easy to communicate with. I can care for your pet as long as I'm available. I've a flexible work schedule, and am on holiday for two weeks starting the week of Christmas. I have a cat and dog that likes to run out of the door, so I am careful when going in and out of the house. I'd do the same for you. I make sure they've food and water. If the dog goes on a hike where there are tall grass, then I'd check for ticks after the walk and use a tweezer to remove the tick if needed. If the cat or dog has its tail between its legs, then I'd approach slowly and walk around them to not make them too uncomfortable. If the cat's tail is up and approaches, then I give him/her a scratch on the head or chin. If dog's tail is wagging, then I'd definitely pet him/her. If the pet has dietary restrictions, then I will follow the owner's dietary guideline.
