Ying’s dog Charlie is also incredibly gentle and calm, and although my dog is often anxious around other dogs, they became great friends. While I was away, my dog also developed some irritation in her paws, likely due to pre-existing allergies. Ying informed me promptly and treated the problem effectively per my instructions, and her paws were completely healed by the time I returned to pick her up. There are some dogs that do not feel good in loud and busy areas. So I make sure to go on walk them in quieter places. “Ying provided a fantastic boarding experience for 16 days for my dog. She took my dog for at least two walks per day, played fetch with her every day, and also took her on a longer hike. She sent me extensive updates three times per day with numerous photos and videos. The detailed information allowed me to see that my dog was happy, relaxed, and well cared for. Ying’s dog Charlie is also incredibly gentle and calm, and although my dog is often anxious around other dogs, they became great friends. While I was away, my dog also developed some irritation in her paws, likely due to pre-existing allergies. Ying informed me promptly and treated the problem effectively per my instructions, and her paws were completely healed by the time I returned to pick her up. I highly recommend Ying for boarding and I won’t hesitate to use her again the next time I travel.”
