Your pet’s safety is our top priority—we treat your little one like family. Their health, happiness, and comfort always come first. Our home is fully puppy-proofed, thanks to our experience raising our own pup. All food & water bowls are washed and replaced on a daily basis. Water bowls are refilled with 7-stage, reverse osmosis filtered water. Our floors are sanitized daily using non-toxic, pet & human friendly electrolyzed water to ensure a clean environment at all times. We believe in creating a comfortable, home-like environment, which means we don’t crate dogs unless you specifically request it. We've found that many dogs—our pup included—thrive with the freedom to roam, and we find that trusting them with that space helps them feel more relaxed, secure, and happy. Our home is tucked away in a safe, ultra pet-friendly neighborhood that offers a calm and welcoming atmosphere. We’re surrounded by lush walking paths just steps from our front door and are lucky to be right next to Muwékma Park—a serene, Apple-campus-like retreat with open fields and fresh grass, perfect for playtime and peaceful exploration.

A typical day
We genuinely love spending time outdoors and going on long, enriching walks. Providing both physical and mental stimulation for dogs is something we take pride in—whether it’s engaging them in fun indoor and outdoor games, taking scent-filled strolls through our neighborhood, or exploring the beautiful nearby parks. Keeping your dog happy, active, and mentally engaged is a top priority while they’re with us. For daycare, we go on at least 2 walks a day; for overnight boarding, we do a minimum of 3. For longer stays, we may take your pup hiking with us, at nearby Mission Peak, Pacifica, or Coyote Hills Regional Park. Your pup will enjoy at least one full hour of exercise daily, tailored to their needs and energy level. Our love of good food extends to how we care for your dog’s diet. We stock our pantry with high-quality, single-ingredient treats like bully sticks, dried herring, freeze-dried liver, yak cheese, and rabbit ears. We also keep dog probiotics, turmeric powder, pumpkin powder, mushroom powder, and multivitamins in stock at all times.

Hi there! We’re Ting and Ning, a husband-and-wife duo brought together by our shared love for animals. Our family includes an energetic Border Collie pup named Olive—truly the friendliest dog you’ll ever meet. Over the years, we’ve had the joy of caring for all kinds of animals—everything from dogs and cats to hamsters, rabbits, birds, turtles, fish, and even elephants! (Ning once volunteered at an elephant rescue center in Thailand, helping care for over 100 elephants, 700 dogs, and 1,600 cats! 🐘🐕🐈). We’re deeply passionate about providing thoughtful, attentive care for your pets. We treat every animal as if they were our own, and take pride in ensuring they feel happy, safe, and loved while you're away. We also understand the trust you place in us when we’re in your home—and we honor that with the utmost respect and responsibility. We can't wait to meet your furry (or feathered or finned) family members! 🐾

Another fantastic experience for Ollie! The attention to detail and level of care was incredible. Walking with Olive has been the best experience we’ve had for Ollie. Very happy with Ning and Ting. They were super responsive and provided detailed updates every time they visited. And my shy cat even came out to greet them the second time they visited which is pretty rare for him.
Ning and Ting are fantastic! They provide excellent updates on how Ollie was doing on the walks and have even helped teach him better leash manners & behaviors. It’s such a relief knowing he’s in such caring, capable hands. They clearly have a passion for dogs, and Ollie loved his time with them and Olive!
